The creature stepped back, confidently. It wasn't so much the link or control that he could excercise, rather it was just trust in the overwhelming hunger Tegral would feel. With the negative energy quickly getting absorbed and thinning in his bloodstream, he'd need something to replace it.

Meanwhile, the scientist backed up against the wall. "s**t!" he echoed, as he searched his pockets frantically. No weapon, the briefcase on the bed. He was unared, except for the injector, which he feared would do nothing to stop Tegral. After patting down his bloody labcoat, his left hand finnaly found something familiar. His cell phone! Taking hold of the thing, he quickly fipped it open. Peeling his eyes away from Tegral, he began to dial as his body shook.

A huge metal blade suddenly slammed into the door frame, the sleek design of a battle axe popping the hinge from the wall as it collided into the door. Again another blade slashed into the other hinge, but this one appeared to have been a type of sythe, or a cresant blade. Tegral suddenly knew what was going on...or rather what it was he was doing. He knew traces of magic...or rather someone inside him did. Because of his normally technologically enhanced body he had forsaken the useage of mystic abilities in favor for pure, cold, tech. Now, stripped of technology, and hungering for something he began to pull back at that mysticism. The door shook as a spear took to it's handle and finally caved when a large battle hammer slammed it down.

A smile took to his lips, two fangs peirced his lower lip and a black ooze dripped to the floor. A long sword flew into the room, and another. More weapons flew into Tegral's person, each one humming with a magnetic field. One of the sword swords began to bend it's way around to form a slight curve around the blades that had formed a sort of arm to Tegral. Suddenly Tegral's vocabulary jump started and his fanged teeth parted to allow speach! "You're mine now, flesh bag."

The man would have screamed, if he could. Instead, simple silent terror washed over him. His entire body shook, as he pressed against the wall. He wanted to cry, to beg for his life, but he couldn't think. The phone dropped from his hand, hitting the wooden floor with a thud. His eyes darted about, as if there may be some way to escape, but deep inside he knew he was finished. It had all been for the money, for a high life of joy and fun, he'd sold his soul for it, and now he was doomed.

Tegral's smile turned into a snarl as his jaw was dislocated from the socket that held it in place. Neural receptors numbed the pain as his body reconfigured itself. His "arm" made of metal blades and tanned hilts flashed outwards, one of the short bladed swords that made up his forearm extended out. There was a soft creek of metal as the short sword that served as his elbow began bending back and forth to act as a holding juncture. Using this extended blade Tegral slammed into the scientist's arm, careful to make sure that he used the broad end of the blade so as to not lose any of that precious blood. Wait...blood? Why did he want the scientist's blood?

The man let out a cry of pain, as his arm was pinned to the wall. His free hand grasped at the blade, trying to pull it away. This only caused his hand to be cut, and his blood to slowly drip onto Tegral's blade. Tegral would of course be too strong for the man to escape, but he still tried out of desperation. With the injector held tightly in his grip, he knew that his only chance would be to inject Tegral. It wouldn't ensure his life, nothing would save that. However, he only hoped that if he suceeded KB might let his soul be stashed away, rather than damned to hell.

Tegral's eyes closed tightly and opened just as quickly as they had shut. His desires, his demands...his hunger! Lashing forward the cybernetically enhanced humanoid dropped the strange magnetic field which held his "arm" in place. The edges of his cheeks began to rip in an attempt to make his mouth open wider. Tegral's fanged bite came clamping down on the scientist's face. Most vampires would attack the neck, seeing as how it provided them with the most blood, but at the moment Tegral really didn't care. He just wanted to quell this strange hunger deep in his belly. His jaws clamped down with the strenght of an allegator. Unrestricted by pain or the limits of muscles, his cybernetically enhanced body put him far above the humanly trivals such as pain or rest.

Xol leaned back on the doorframe of the kitchen entrance watching the scuffle. As long as it didn't come within range of him or endanger anyone in the Dojo then he saw no reason to break it up. Besides, it was breaking the monotony of just waiting around. He would get his chance to do battle, however he would not waste his energy on anyone other than Mastema and his cronies at the moment.

There was a smile behind the mask. Tegral was perfect, and now Tegral was his.

Naturally, the man screamed. His screamed were drowned, as his body jerked before Tegral. As his face was torn at by Tegral, he couldn't help but just keep screaming, his throat quickly becoming dry as he thrashed. His right arm came up, driving the injector deep into Tegral's side. The trigger pulled, the virus would be shot directly into Tegral. It was more of a reflex than an attack, as the man's free hand pounded senselessly at Tegral.

Tegral's snarl reverberated in his throat as he felt something bubbling in his stomach. His internal systems were not designed to have blood as a primary nutrient source. His anti-viral systems were simple...if something forgien and potentially deadly entered his system he would forcefully purge his system clean. Meaning he would vomit...not just his food, but everything! Food, bile, and acid. First came the spray of old food and bile, and closely followed by Tegral's stomach acids.

Releasing his clamp on the scientist's face he, instead, adjusted it so his bite extended around the neck. Now he was going to need some blood, instead of letting it all spray out from under his lips.

Still gripping the 'weapon' the man thrashed. He had gone unconcious by now, and did not feel the sickly mixture force it's way in his mouth and over his face. Instead, his body just senselessly thrashed. The thrashing would slow into idle twitching, as his blood flowed quickly into Tegral's gaping maw. The man would not last much longer, before Tegral would be sucking back the blood of someone dead. The warm liquid continued to pump though, for the moment, slowly getting slower and slower as Tegral sucked it back. Surely the man would die, and it seemed as though as a person he already had. His body was simply alive in a literal sense.

The creature twitched slightly as it watched. Xol's presence wasn't quite unnerving, but it was something he hadn't expected. With a heavy shrug, the creature took a step towards Tegral, the clawed feet of it scratching at the floorboards as it did so. "..."

(( Xol, we're upstairs in one of the bedroms. Not that it's really something of any consequence, but I just wanted to let you know in case we mingle at all. In which case one of us could throw the other down the stairs and watch them roll and flail fruitlessly. xd ))

((Damn it gaia!))

Tegral's jaw snapped shut, ripping out a chunk of the scientist's wind pipe. Letting the scientist's lifeless body collapse to the ground Tegral spat the saliva covered chunk of throat down ontop his body.

A strange firelike coating suddenly engulfed Tegral. It produced no heat, and no light, but it looked to be a strange fire surrounding his body. It worked, effectively, the same way the heatlike haze did, transforming Tegral to Hidjie and vice versa. His arms were there in a rushing torrent of flames, as were the missing leg.

Hidjie took a moment to brush his hair back, out of his eyes. Pausing he looked down at the scientist, such a scene should have made him sick...but why wasn't it? Looking at his hand he took a moment to examin the extension with odd caution. It was almost as if he had never seen his own hand before. Finally done with his self-examination he turned around and sees the hulking, seven foot, creature standing right behind him. "Oh, mother ********..." he blurted out before he even thought about the words. The creature held a strange sence of security, or atleast familiarity, but every fiber of his being, and those that did not belong to him, were screaming at him to just run for it.

*Twitch*

It was the response of a body dead, yet still the muscles thought it was alive. Oddly, it would continue the random twitches for a few more moments before laying their eerily still. The hand had a dead vicelike grip on the injector, and so it slid from Hidjie's body as he pulled away. The man, who'd given up his life to make money, had served only to die. He had never found it right to be raising a dark idol for children, never found it right to be dooming people to a fate that he did. He'd never done the dirty work, he'd always just waited patiently for the next body, the next cheque, hoping for a break. Hoping that maybe, just maybe he could escape and find a nice place to his own, with maybe a dog, a wife and some kids. A little place to escape the horrors he had seen. Instead, his soul found only hell.

The creature seemed to nod, knowing it had let the man's soul escape to it's justly fate. As he took another step forward, he loomed over Hidjie. His right hand extended, to pat Hidjie atop the head as one might to a child. There seemed to be an intimate connection between the two, and KB's mind tapped into it, his raspy distant voice filling Hidjie's head. "Don't be afraid child... I won't hurt you, though we have much work to do." Though slightly patronizing, there was no doubt that Hidjie would feel the binding, and know that in a sense KB truly was a parent of sorts.

"Uhhh, yea...right. All work and no play makes Hidjie a dull boy. How about you get to work and I'll run down stairs to get some coffee." Hidjie jabbed both thumbs towards the door and took a slow, cautious, step to the side. It wasn't so much as if he was afraid of the creature, cause if the damn thing said boo he was afraid he might just wet himself, but it was more of the ingrained feeling if you saw a wild animal you were not to make any sudden movements. This thing seemed enough of a wild animal to make a damn grizzly look like a house cat!

The creature nodded, before turning and moving out the door. It had to stoop a bit to move about the place, but soon it was down the stairs. Leaving his newborn spawn to fend for itself, the creature exited the Dojo. No doubt someone would clean up the place later, and dispose of the body in the room. In the time the creature had been there, it had made the upstairs quite a mess. Huffing slightly, it's clawed feet scraped once more at the gravel as it began the long walk home.

Hidjie sighed as he decended the stairs. Coffee nothing, he needed some whiskey. Pressing his back against a wall he slid to the floor and pressed a weary hand against his face. He felt oddly cold, yet he was burning up inside. Oi, what a world. Why couldn't he just stay where he was?! Tavern girl every night, beer round the clock...hell, he coulda had any noble woman he wanted!!

Now what the hell was going on? "What a day..."
