It took Tellus a moment to see exactly what it was that Raven was doing but once she realized, she moved towards the small redhead and placed a hnad gently, almost unnoticably onto the woman's shoulder and began feeding her energy, fire energy mostly,though what little air she knew how to access went along with it, that she herself had unconciously gathered in the desert as well, feeding Raven's energy as best she could.
Perhaps, she could have done more on her own, but at the moment amplifying the woman's energy was the best she thought herself capable of. The energy use however was both exerlerating and infeebling, once done with helping Hono, the blue haired Leviathan woman would collapse to the ground, any magic used on her would simply be absorbed into a black void.

*She could still feel him, he was still alive at the least....and that was all that mattered to Raven as she used the last of her strength to smother the remaining fires in the city and she slowly stood up to look appreciatively at Tellus* Thanks dear 3nodding
I need a nap...*Her eyes rolled up in her head and she sagged to the ground with a sigh*
*The sun light would revitalize the little red head but it would be hours at the least before she managed to regain consciousness*

"Over here as well!"
The shoud carried over, ringing out distinctively before becoming lost. The sound of hurried footfalls came next, to accompany the occasional shouts.
"Still breathing or not?" Came the seemingly cold query. In truth, it was a tired voice, and the question was getting ridiculous to ask, as the answer would simply continue to be no.
"I can't.....wait, I have a pulse!" A warm hand, pressed against the throat of the nearest body, not in a groping or assaultive manner, merely in that of a....medical one? Bleh.
"Their alive??" The soldier was relieved, truly-- as casualties were high and survivors were a godsend.
"Quick, send for stretchers, we'll get them back to the medical post."
"Right away!"
More footfalls....and pretty soon, the sensation of being lifted up off the groud. Then the slow and steady lurching as the body was carried, the warmth and choking plumes of smoke...and then nothing.

Hours later indeed.
No more hard, heated ground. Rather softness, comfort and warmth. The sound sof hushed foosteps. and soft murmurings. A bit off in the distance, the cry of those having surgery performed on them, others being healed in not so pleasent ways....
The enviromen was vastly different, which would lead either one to beleive that they were no longer, simply laying outside on the ground.
They had indeed been found and brought back.
But brought back to what?

Tellus woke up with a monster of a headache, her small hands running through her long blue hair before glancing about. "Whhaaa happened?" looking about for Raven or anyone familiar for that matter. She could barely remember where she was let alone what was going on. Then the stench hit her and she almost passed out again.
Green eyes looked around for anyone who could tell her what was going on. "Excuse me...Excuse me..."

*Hono woke slowly, drifting up through the nightmare of watching a city in her dreams...burn with a fire that pleaded at her to help it not stop it...a fire that begged for it's life until the last moment...and when the fire died she felt cold and empty, alone with the moans and screams of it's ghost in her mind*
Why must the fire die and the humans live...they were the ones who let the fire have this city, and so why did you stop it little bird...Why?
eek *Hono sat up with a gasp realizing that though was not her own... and the dream had been nothing of the sort...* Tellus...
*Shivering and teeth chattering made it hard to raise her voice as she squeezed her eyes shut again and rubbed at her head and shoulder reminding herself that the next time she took a nap it would be better top lay down first* xp Tellus?
stressed I swear I am going to hurt Sunstrike when I find him...I am really going to hurt him...*Rave was crying...tears of loss and pain as the devastation washed over her...she didn?t need to look at the city again, all it had taken was one glance at the people around her to know that she didn't want to be here a moment longer than she had to*

She hadn't gotten anyone's attention yet and looked back at Hono. "Yes miss Hono? I'm not really quite sure where we are. I'd assume the city we were outside before. I can still smell the sulfer, it's clinging to my hair." But even as she spoke, the scent of fresh water began to permeate the air, surrounding both of them and eventually the rest of the room, almost acting lik ea natural frebreeze to cleanse the room of the stench of sweaty and bloody bodies.
"Whoa...what did that? Do you smell that Miss Hono?"

o.~ *Rave opened one eye and cocked her head to the side* Well I know it wasn't me.... I'm a little too much into my... hot side... at the moment
stare I am so going to hurt him...*shuddering at the though she got to her feet unsteadily making certain not to look directly at several small fires and braisers that were being used to heat water around them... it was a strange struggle that he mind was playing as it tried to get her to stoke those fires back to life*I need to get outside... right now!
*Shivering and looking around Hono sought simply the nearest Exit that would keep her out of the way of the busy medics rushing around*

Before she even knew what she was doing, she was standing and pushing against Raven to head out. The water she didn't mind so much but she was absolutely aching for heat. It felt like her insides were going crazy. "Papa..." A small whimper before she rushed out with the other female seeking the warmth of the outdoors. Even as they stepped outside, the heat seemed to increase around them, the people in their immediate area almost swooning with the sudden heat wave, even as the air began to pick up as well.
"What the hell is wrong with this place..."

mmm*Rave was suddenly feeling better, soaking up the heat as she had out in the desert, and regaining her strength with it.. even if she was still dangerously low on energy* What do you mean?... I rather like it.. although I am a bit afraid ninja that I might try to burn the entire place down...
xd *she grinned happily stretching and the wind whipped around her for a moment before moving on again as it had before. Brushing her fingers through her hair she looked at the other woman smiling* Perhaps it is not this place... but rather who is in it?
Sunstrike fathered my fire... and Kas hold the key to yours at the moment... Now what do you think happens when you draw two powers like them together in a war zone?... and then you bring in a pair of healers wink *she laughed happily the fires deep in her eyes stirring to life as that tiny strange voice whispered in the back of her head about being warm and happy again* Perhaps the gods are not as gone as mortals like to believe, for this would be a grand game for their lot of I ever saw one xp

She looked over at Raven, her large luminous eyes not comphrending. "I'm not sure I udnerstand what you mean Miss Hono? Explain?" Sounding much like the little lost girl she was in fact, please remember dear reader that our young heroine is in fact much younger in mind then most of you. She has simply had a hard life and lots of experience packed into that young life. She waited expectantatly for an answer, hoping that she would finally be allowed to understand some of what was truly going on around her.

confused hum... lest see.. sometimes power calls to power, and perhaps yours is trying to tell you that it is tried of sleeping... I know mine sure as hell was twisted *she cleared her throat looking a tad embarrassed at that statement*
See, in the old days the gods set challenges for their chosen champions, and to make certain that a challenge as tough enough sometimes they handicapped the champions*she gently poked at Tellus sending a spark of power into the girl to see if she could find a resonance to follow* Like you... I highly doubt that Gaia brought you into this world only to produce the next keeper, that is just a waist of energy and power, and Gaia is never one to waist anything...
Think about it.. here we are, suddenly in the middle of a war, two women who have suffered a serious loss in the powers that we have grow up with... now if this was the old days and I new that Odin was looking over my shoulder to see if I was worthy to become one of his champions I would know that I have to find the right person to help.. and in helping them I would have the chance to get back the power that Odin took from me sweatdrop
but these are not the old days, and everyone I meet keeps telling me that the gods of my past are all dead and gone.... but situations like this make me think that perhaps "everyone" is wrong... and there is still a chance that we can save you, but we have to be up to the challenge before us..*she laughed again and the wind stirred around them once more* or perhaps I am just going insane, and you should run for the hills while you still can stressed

Tellus chuckled at the thought. "It would be nice to know I still have a reason for being living, despite the pain." She then smiled over at the other woman. "Challenge huh? I haven't had one of those in a while. Being a 'blessed one' sure as hell hasn't given me much in the way of phsyical challenges to overcome. I'm game if you are Miss Hono? Shall we see what awaits us?"

stare yes... let us find my dear Sunstrike... *Her voice was cold and sharp enough that had Sun been there right then he would have known that he had seriously erred in bringing Raven here... before she smiled again and suddenly skipped off calling over her shoulder, red hot sparks dancing off the ends of her hair to flutter to the ground* And Kas of course 4laugh I haven't pestered him in such a long time heart

sweatdrop "Umm..err...kay?" Follwing after the woman, not knowing what inthe hell was going on but figuring it might not be a bad idea to just follow her elders leads for once. 'Whatever you say Miss Hono." Was Kasuga really here? Or was she just imagining things...
