Temari was walking to her first period class when she paused, frowning in concern. What was Deidara doing? It looked like he was about to cry, pounding on that door so frantically...
"Deidara? What are you doing?" she asked, manuvering over to the distressed blonde, Shikamaru following lazily.

Kiba opened his door and turned on the light again. "Get inside Akamaru." The dog yipped and ran in. He jumpped onto a chair next to the door and looked up to his master. Kiba just gave him a small grin. "Come on Kan-kitty." He led the other to the couch and made sure he was sitting down. "Do you need anything?" He asked softly.

Kankuro leaned back slightly on the couch and winced slightly. "Maybe some ice... " He murmered, actually glad to be sitting down. He stared blankly at the ceiling, though there was still hints of anger in his features. "You might be out of ice, though, but thats fine..." He said quietly, still staring at nothing in particular. He had no doubt that his sister knew about his prediciment, by now... he'd get an earful, quite possibly, when he got home, but right now, he didnt give a crap. "You should probably go back to school... Being late's better then not going." He turned his head slightly to look at Kiba.

Kiba didn't say anything at first. He just went to his freezer and pulled out a bag of ice Hana kept in there for when he hurt himself working down in the shop. He walked back to the livingroom and sat down next to kankuro. "Nah, it's ok. Shino can bring me my work and it's not like I can't miss a day."

Kankuro took the ice bag from Kiba and rested it against his side. Finding that his costume was a bit thick to let the ice do its job properly, he carefully zipped down a zipper that was hidden in the front and painfully pulled the sleves off, leaving him in half-costume, half-normal clothes. He lifted his shirt slightly and winced at the color of his skin. He even noted that some of it was green... Quickly putting the ice on it and clenching his teeth to hold back from crying out in pain, he lowered his shirt so that Kiba couldnt examin as far as he'd gotten.
((I dont know what it is, but if I put ice on my bruises, it always makes them hurt worse...))

((Me too. But that's just cause it's cold and I hate the cold....I put a class of hot choclate on my owwies and they get all better! At least that what my little cuz says I say.))
Kiba winced at the small sight he had seen. He moved over to Kankuro's other side and took the ice from him, holding it to the bruise. "If it hurts to move you arms you should keep them relaxed, idiot." Kiba growled softly, not wanting his friend to get even worse.

"I'm fine..." Kankuro growled, but relaxed his arms as told. He leaned his head back once more, this time his eyes being closed, as he focused on blocking out the pain that racked through his side. He let out a soft sigh, then clenched his teeth a bit at the pain the sudden mass escape of air made on his side.
((Hmm... I think it was my aunt who said something about putting warm things on bruises, or something... though, I just usually go with the ice, because thats what everyone else tells me to sweatdrop ))

Kiba looked up once again. "Maybe we should try something else. The ice isn't do any good." He sighed, "Thanks, Kankuro... you dind't have to push Haku and me out of the way. And I think you're worse off then I would have been. You're in pain. I wouldn't be feeling anything if the car had hit me...not where I was...."

"I'd rather you two to not get hurt then even think about risking the chance of you getting... killed." He sounded like he was over-thinking it, but couldnt help it. "What else is there to do?" He turned his head to the side once more and looked at the boy next to him with a weak, painted smile. He actually wondered if the face paint was still there... "And i'm not going to let you call someone here to come check on me.. That stuff costs money, and its usually expensive...." He grunted.

Deidara did not respond to her, didn't even act as though he heard her. He slammed his bloodied fist against the door once again, his pounding growing weaker. "Gaara-chan..." he called, his voice shaky. "Please, un....open the door....I want to help, un..."

"So? I can pay for it. I've got my job here and the one at the grage! (Because I can see Kiba working at a grage....oil and stuff on his outfit and just having fun cause he's getting dirty.) I can pay for but you need someone to look at that. Someone who knows about this kind of stuff!" Kiba looked worriedly up at his friend.

((Heh... the phrase getting dirty... makes me think of dirty things... xD ))
Kankuro glared slightly at Kiba. "And here, I was going to buy you groceries, since it seemed like you couldnt... Your fridge is bare, as well as your cubbords..." He muttered, leaning back his head. "Dont waste your money... They usually make you buy a million other things that are just as expensive from them, which jacks the price even more. Its not worth it." He grunted. Really, all he needed to do was just lay there with a constant amount of ice... Sure, it would take him ages to heal, and it would hurt alot for weeks, but getting someone to look at it didnt help much, either. Just cost you more money...

((Only cause you dirty yourself DTT.))
"Just haven't felt like going shoping. I usually just go out to eat when Mom and Hana are gone." Kiba sighed. "What about our old health teacher, from like second grade. Remember she use to work at the hospital. I've talked to her just a few weeks ago and she said she would do stufffor cheap if not free. Please, Kankuro?" IN his worry he hadn't remembered to call his friend Kan-kitty.

(( ninja Shhh.... I dont want to scare off anyone... ninja ))
Kankuro sighed again, but it was only short so it didnt hurt much. "Fine...." He muttered, not wanting to argue about it anymore. It hurt to argue. "Just make sure its cheap before she does anything." He grunted. "I dont want you breaking your bank over me."

((Don't worry, DTT, I sure that everyone in this and every other roleplay in this guild that is active anyways, know that. You can't scare us off.))
Kiba nodded and walked to his phone. He picked it up and called the number. After a few minutes he sighed, hanging up and walked back over. "She's not home. Maybe she is still teaching. But she's like 50 something...Not that she looks it or anything." He paused and sighed once again. "Umm...Kankuro, about last night...nevermind...forget I said anything!" He looked up quickly and grinned.
