Nerezza wakes up after eight hours of sleep, and goes into a meditative state for 15 minutes.
Dínenél also wakes up after eight hours of sleep, and waits for the other party members to wake up.

((Sorry, wasn't on much. This is happening before you guys arrived))
After throughly disposing the bodies hidden away from the elves sight range, Ziggy decides to go to the nearest tavern and Detect Magic his loot as well as Identifying it. After wandering a while Ziggy happens up a inn. stare "The Cracked Mirror? ... Hope that doesn't describe the luck of the people in there. Two silver pieces a room? Meh, why not. Innkeeper a room please, as well as any tea up have." stare Throwing down 2 silver pieces, stare "Bring the tea to my room and I'll pay ya then." stare Now to start finding out what gem is in all this junk! Pouring out the stuff he found in the shop Ziggy uses a Scroll of Detect Magic on the pile.
((And yes, I am filling the blanks along the way. xp ))

It appears that the only thing magical in the entire shop was a small wooden wand with a white piece of cloth wrapped around one end and fastened on with two metal bands. Everything else was fake.
((also Identify requires a costly material component (a potion made from wine mixed with a crushed pearl, costing 100g)))

You all head down to the main room. There's an unusual number of changelings here, all in their natural forms, and you see a surly half-orc woman serving them breakfast.
