"Jakasan Hariteh!" Mr. Kato, the building manager, stormed down the hall toward the handyman.

Jack looked up with a sigh, wondering if Kato was ever going to get his name right. "Just Jack is fine." He stepped down from the ladder and pointed to his chest. "Jack. Jaaaaack. Haaaaaart."

As always, Kato ignored the correction, launching into a tirade in Japanese that meant nothing to the English-speaking surfer. Jack nodded occassionally, hoping that might speed things up to a point where his boss would hand him a work order he could ask for help deciphering. Kato's gestures toward the newly installed camera made Jack look at it as well, a sense of pride in his work rising in his chest. He had created a perfect security camera set-up that was fairly inconspicuous and didn't detract from the architecture, and for an incredibly reasonable price. Everyone on the floor could use the closed circuit to check on channel 44 and see who might be in the hall, giving them fair warning of fangirls.

Kato glared, his round face turning red, and stormed over to the circuit box, still shouting at the top of his lungs. He flipped it open. Jack blinked. "Uh, hey, Mr. Kato? Careful, I haven't finished the isolation loop on that." He sighed as his enraged boss flipped the main circuit, plunging the entire floor into darkness. "I tried to warn you. I just don't speak Japanese."

((Just to let you know, there's a blackout now wink time for romantic candlelight maybe?))

((Jack's on the job, it shouldn't be a long delay!))

Jack sighed, crouching to get his flashlight out of his toolkit. "Yeah yeah yeah," he muttered to the new, frantic tone Kato was spilling on him. He flicked on the light and guided the manager to the stairwell, noting the power was still on in the rest of the building. I'll take care of it, just.. shut the hell up and go away."

He sighed and made his way to the end of the hall, opening up the fuse box to replace the blown circuits. It would be about a five minute job, but he knew Kato would give him at least an hour's worth of screaming about it later on in the office.

Jun pushed up his glasses and blinked a few times at Rease's question, "Erm. I can't see a bloody thing."
He deicided to answer truthfully.
But then he laughed softly, "Well, at least it's not as embarassing."
He counted off from his fingers, "One, I'm stark naked in one of my roommate's sleeping quarters."
"Two,"He counted his second digit, "I have the positively most painful erection known to man."
He sighed counting off the third finger, "And three, I have no bloody idea what to do first."

Jun noticed immediately how wrong that sounded, he tried to explain what he meant by the third reason, "I mean, finish what I started with you, or go check on Kyohei and Zeke."
Jun was glad it was dark, otherwise Rease would see the blush that crept into Jun's cheeks.

Jun couldn't keep the smile off his face, "You have a good point on points one and two," Jun followed Rease blindly," but how do you suppose you're going to relieve my pain, Model Boy?"
Jun decided on that nickname for Rease a while ago and seemed to have taken a liking to it.

At Rease's comment Jun looked incredilous, thus he brought it upon himself to enlighten his long raven haired roommate.
Jun let out a low growl and pinned Rease between the bed and his body, his hands burried themselves in Rease's long dark locks as his heated lips found his own.
This kiss was hard, manly, demanding. Then Jun pulled away and smiled shyly, "Answer your question?"

((hehehe, nice segue, as if we don't know what's happening 'elsewhere'))

Jack looked up as the power came back on with a whir of environmental units and appliances, as well, of course, with the lights. "Well there's one crisis averted. I hope nobody was trying to tape Sweet Eighteen." He returned to the security camera box to make sure Kato didn't inadvertantly send the floor back to the dark ages again.
