EchoLimaFoxtrot EchoLimaFoxtrot THISTLEThis is the co-ownership agreement between myself (EchoLimaFoxtrot) and Werewolfkin on the matter of Thistle (son of Dusk and Viola).
Both of us will have full RP right. This won't really result in dual-personalities, thought there may be some memory lapses. When it comes to breeding, both have rights, as long as Werewolfkin gets a basket from his first or second breeding. Either of us can enter him into the breeding slots/whatever. Lifemates will be dual-decided and both of us will need to agree in the available thread. AMMENDMENT! This is the co-ownership agreement between myself (EchoLimaFoxtrot) and Werewolfkin on the matter of Thistle (son of Dusk and Viola).
Both of us will have full RP right. This won't really result in dual-personalities, thought there may be some memory lapses. When it comes to breeding: Werewolfkin has full rights to his FIRST breeding; ELF for his SECOND breeding; and his THIRD will be figured on together (both still must post an okay in the permissions thread if Thistle is not Lifemated, just for precautions). Lifemates - if any is chosen - will be dual-decided and both of us will need to agree in the permissions thread.This is agreed upon and I am fully aware of our agreement.

 Co-owner agreement for Scathe Between Shar, Remove and Infini. *all parties get Sig rights *Shariea is the rper *all parties get say in a breeding, however if there is a dispute it will be decided by majority vote as there are 3 of us. This is if the soquili should ever mate or breed. *baskets in the event of a breeding will be sent out as follows: 1st breeding Infini Basket 2nd breeding, Remove Basket 3rd breeding Shariea basket In the event there is more than one basket from the breeding the basket will go to the next person in line as follows: 1st breeding has 3 baskets, one will go to infini and one to remove to do with as they please. (If ok with Father's owner ) 2nd breeding would then go to Shar as both Infini and Remove have had a chance for a basket and the 3rd breeding would be discussed by all memebers as to the placement of the baskets. Any member can at any time may choose to give a basket to another member, For instance if Infini wants to give her basket to Remove, and Remove accsepts, Infini would then have rights to the second breeding as Remove has the basket from the first. Basicly as a willing move in the breeding basket order.

 Regarding the Soquili, currently unnamed, owned by myself:
Kyjoto is now his / her co-owner.
We both get:
OOC rights.
Signature rights.
Right to help choose a mate.
Kyjoto gets:
The right to choose a foal from a breeding before I do.
Mimiru_13 gets:
IC RP rights.
The right to make some major decisions.
And everything else not mentioned above.

In terms of breeding, we are both to discuss any possible partner(s) he may have before being entered in a raffle/receiving a bribe. -For the first breeding, I have first pick. In the event of three baskets, Ron will get one unless the female has co-owners. Then it will be discussed. -For the second breeding, Ronove has first pick. In the event of three baskets, then I will get one unless the female has co-owners. Then it will be discussed. -For the third breeding we will discuss what happens with those baskets.

 Severus Snape is co-owned between Meeki and myself. Both parties have sig rights. I have IC and OOC RP rights. (Meeki is welcome to RP him OOC as well, as it does not pertain to what happens to him in IC RPs. <3 ) Any decision concerning mating or breeding shall be discussed between both parties beforehand. Should Severus breed, the first basket will go to Meeki. Should he breed a 2nd or 3rd time, all parties involved will discuss and decide the ownership of the baskets.

This is a co-ownership for Atarashii and Chibizoo for Ashiikyu- Both Arii and Zoo have sig rights - Rp rights go to the both of us, we will check with each other to maintain integrity of personality - Breeding rights/choices go to Zoo, however, baskets in ANY breedings will go as follows: * First basket, Arii's choice * 2nd basket, Zoo's choice * If there is a 3rd, it is a co-made decision to whom the basket goes to between the two of us - Both Arii and Zoo will have the right to make any other major decisions (regarding IC roleplaying, etc)
