he smiled as he loaded the dishwasher and turned it on delay. He then washed his hands before taking out a huge professional looking cake that he had whipped up. He started the coffee and left the cake on the counter to bring it to room temperature. "Ok I can call them in a few minutes.. everything seems to be ok now."

he nods out to where his family is sitting discussing Kin's future "The family for dessert" He walks out again and sets the table with dessert plates and coffee cups then bringing the cake out and setting it on the table before calling his family in for dessert as he went to get the coffee.

His parents lead the others in and give Torin a look he interpreted as 'don't screw this up as well' and sat down. Torin went around pouring coffee for everyone before setting the pot aside and serving the cake then after a glare from his father, he retreated back to the kitchen and sighed 'Well at least they didn't yell again//"
