Perhaps it wasn't the warm reaction that he had been hoping for yet Kieran was just thankful to see that there was life in the other Yaeli. So none of the mainlanders had to yet take her soul. Despite his stay proving many of those rumors to just be simple tales, Kieran still found it strange to see another of his kind here. "If you wish, I could." He replied softly before offering a small smile, "I meant no harm and I apologize if my presence offends you. I was just so happy and eager to see another...."

The male didn't dare move forward after she had backed away from him, nor did he move back either. "It seems you are more comfortable with the mainlanders than your own kind." Still, they were strangers. He had been a fool to let nostalgia take hold of him. It was just the sight of someone else from his mainland had tugged at him...Kieran smiled at his own folly. "If you are comfortable then I shall accept that, but I would not be keen on leaving another Yaeli here against their will." He frowned before adding in a hushed whisper, "Do they chain you here? If so I can do my best to try and help you out of here..." This event, this crowd...it would be perfect. Though he had to wonder - if she was a slave to the mainlanders then why would they let her wander like this?

It truly was confusing.

Carminer

The wind man shouted for another round, and made sure that the matori girl and the shifter both got a drink.

"For competitors...win or lose I'm sure you are looking for a celebration! It's a grand time to be alive, and an even better time to taste some drink!"

Cheering and making quite a bit of noise, Carminer glanced about and tried to draw people in, his words lightly slurring and his cheeks a bit red as he laughed and drank. This was a much better time than in the heat of the stands, and he got to hear such interesting stories too!

Glancing back to the others, he grinned at the tall male and the girl, "Did you two fight then? I must say, there was quite a few epic battles...if only I were a bard instead of a vintner, I might make a song of this tourney!"

“A muscular body is art after all and it needs to be appreciated properly.” Gods and goddess only knew how much work she’d put into her training to buff up her upper body. She wasn’t naturally muscular like Nera was and it required a lot more work on her part she bet to stay that way too. “Keep that secret to yourself,” Karothdra warned playfully. “Or no training for you!” There was a reason she left her midriff open, she didn’t want anyone knowing it was a sensitive spot. She figured if it wasn’t covered and she wasn’t trying to protect it people wouldn’t know to looked for it there.

“Oh you can bet I will be.” Karothdra had tried to make it sound light, but if she and Nera had been alone and not in such a large crowd she would have divulged her plans to the other Noble. For now though, it wasn’t appropriate so she just gave her a smile. “A tizzy you say? Then we most definitely need to get this done!” Only because they both liked antagonizing their parents, her brother would have a royal fit too if he ever came home and saw them training together. The little b*****d had lost early on in the games and it delighted her thinking about the verbal beat down he’d receive later.

“Fair!” Karothdra laughed. “I think that’s fair and then some!” Money was no issue of course, but she was playing along with Nera.

Ziel

Well now only the fathers were missing! Though Ziel knew that her father had probably stayed behind thinking his wife would return, which meant that her mother would be leaving at some point in time. Good! Ziel didn’t need 24/7 supervision, she was hoping her mother would understand such things before Ziel left and explored the world! Oh how she longed to see it and explore it’s every crevice. Alassiel would be disappointed if she thought her daughter would stay home or travel with her mother, she wanted freedom and if the Shifter was following her around she’d never get anywhere or any exploring done.

Aqio Post 10

The water male slowly looked to the fire male. "Now, firefly. I won't keep repeating myself on this matter. I was taught not to give my body to anyone but my employer and that was to show trust to them alone. I have yet to be allowed to go under any contracts..." he seemed ruffled as he walked to the food stall. Shesha seemed to be calling him a lair on a very personal matter. Regardless of how the other was brought up it was narrow and rather arrogant to assume everyone else was in the same boat. "Not everyone has similar circumstances in how their raised."

He looked over the food, simple. Meat skewered so that children could enjoy it as well as adults. Aqio watched with detached interest as a child happily and excitedly took the treat from their father. He looked away feeling a dull throb in his chest...how he longed to feel his father again. The sensation of protection was something only his Mentor gave him. The feeling of security was something that Aqio was seeking to achieve himself...he let out a sigh allowing Shesha time to catch up. He glanced to the male as he did approach...

Aqio Post 11

Aqio had to find his lungs again as the other came close. He blinked then reached out to grab the others upper arm. "Do you mean that?" he let go after feeling as if he just put his foot in his mouth. "Ah...sorry...Its just. If it was you. I wouldn't mind." At least he knew he could put up with the other male. He blushed lightly as he looked over the stall.

"I don't mind waiting."

He stepped up to the stall. Noting a few large pieces. "There's a few large ones here. Wanna pick them up?"

Nuri

As Nuri approached, he took note of Aseara's comment on Itotia's location. He was quite used to Itotia's presence and occasionally appreciating her frank responses when she decided to give them.

Actually, he was thankful she wasn't here as he knew she would most likely comment on his loss in a calculating and not so soothing way. They were still getting used to each other, and with their personalities it was a bit of a clash.

However, he kept his gaze on Kresmir, and raised a brow when he was introduced as Itotia's friend. That was interesting. As far as he knew, she didn't really have any friends.

Amarone Post 5

Amarone found herself getting distracted as she moved throughout the stalls, her eyes wide as she glanced about at all of the items. She hoped she didn't bother the girl before, but that thought was fleeting at best as she continued to dance around. Instead, she simply focused on the path she was taking and the items she saw, lightly bartering before promising to return to too many stalls without enough coin.

As they wandered, she laughed and joked about the items, always turning back to her company and chirping about the fascinating things the world had to offer.
