I respect the fact you were willing to speak however, I believed I promised if you survived a rank up would be acceptable. With you able to speak your mind I have no problem granting you the rank. Do not disappoint me, I have high hopes for you. Also your mission is to assist with the repair of the damaged buildings." He then walked over to Rose. "I have a mission for you, or your the leader I should say. Your to take Voldo and the two genin and investigate the murder in our village."

Rose was a bit used to his team mate's chakra by now. He still felt the weight of it, but it didn't creep him out as it did most. Though how could you creep one out who has the hidden desire to make everyone beautiful and immortal? Rose placed his elbow on broken rubble and his flawless cheek in the palm of his hand as he looked boredly to the interactions amongst other shinobi. What was there to do? Train more? He's mastered quite heavy jutsu already and would rather not do more. He could also create a puppet, but his money has ran a bit thin since his last few purchases. A mission would do him good to replenish his lessened account.
Rose's eyes did admittedly fixate on Cecil promoting the youth Honchurue. It was good to see that another Jounin had joined the ranks if not one that has been promoted a bit quickly. Rose himself desired the Sannin rank, or make a true name for his family again by becoming a Daiymo of some sort, but that would come when he personally feels ready. He wants to be as deadly with his puppetry arts as possible and further more be granted the rank because of his higher level of service; not because he asked for it. The Liangs never beg.
Though Rose snapped out of his thoughts when Cecil came before him and those glowing ruby orbs looked up to him while a smile appeared on his full lips, "Ah... oui monsieur. Except, I am not clear on 'ho le voman vas. Normal citizen? Village elder? Exactly... 'ho vas she to le village?" If Rose could, at the very least, know who the woman was, it could be something of a lead to even start the investigation; especially since the place where the murder occurred was destroyed and giant icicle's littering any evidence. The alternative route would be going to Konoha for information where they may be attacked and Rose would reply with ferocity. But he would rather know just who she was to cause such tensions outside of the gruesome murder; especially, since he was to bring Genin along.
As he awaited for answers from Cecil, if he had any, Rose would look to the two Genin that appeared earlier. Maybe they could be of use? And seeing as Rose didn't quite see any other Genin, it would hasten his search if he just have them join on the mission. "Voth of zou... 'eef zou two vant to do more than just village clean up, zou can assist voth moi et Voldo on a mission. Vill zou accept?" Rose wouldn't make them if they chose not to. He wasn't the instructor type anyway. But at the very least he will set an offer on the table and attempt the..."professor/guardian" aspect.
The sound of heels could be heard within the hallways of the palace. Making their way towards the entrance of the Mizukage's office. The foot steps her light and almost bouncing as their sound echoed filling the soundless void around them. It didn't take long before a knock was heard against the wooden door as a figure made their way through the thrush hold. It was Kasumo Hoshigaki and even if you didn't know her personally you had heard of her but not for the reasons one normally might. Kasumo was a enchanting person to be around, kind and understand it was hard no to like her. She had this aura that just captivated others and most of the time she was unaware of it herself. There were some that didn't like Kasumo but they truly had not cause for their dislike just that they were unhappy people simply taking their displeasure of their own life out on her. The old tale of hating those that seem happy when your not. Her ocean blue eyes quickly scanned the room as a smile crept over her face. "Hello!" she said with a happy tone and moved into the room. She didn't hesitate as she made way straight for the Mizukage. "A moment?" she asked him with that world class smile of hers. The smell of sea salt came with her presence and her hair seemed a little wet. Did she come from the beach?

"Rose here's the file on her. She was an ordinary citizen but had the Sharingan. She was and Uchiha and my advisers all believe it was the leaf village." Cecil walked over and pulled open a filing cabinet, then pulling a single file out. He then walked back to Rose and gave him the file. "This file also contains the things we know about the case." Then Kasumo came up about their meeting. "Yes of course I have a minute and in fact a mission as well. Your a prime candidate for the Seven Swordsman of the Mist, if you succeed in this mission you will achieve Jounin rank. I'm sending Riri with you and you will get your position in the Seven if you succeed. How does that sound?" He pulled a file out of another filing cabinet and gave it to her. "Go to the training grounds, that's where hes at. Also do not read that till you and him are together."
Kasumo listened closely to the Mizukage's words like the good girl she was. Her eyes widen with joy as she wanted to jump up and down with excitement. Just full on jump on everything and squeal with joy but she remained calm and her usually self on the outside. Riri was joining her for her mission and she had no problem with it but it seemed like she was running into others members of her family a lot more lately. "It sounds wonderful." Kasumo said with a joyful expression and tone. Taking the file that was handed to her and nodding. "Of course." she said placing the file against her chest and exiting the room. "Thank you." she whispered before vanishing beyond the door. [Exit]

He presented onomatopoeia to the table with audible "ooos" and "aaaahs" as he was told that he was gonna help investigate a mystery. He'd probably have to go back home and get his ascot, perhaps adopt a talking dog to be the mascot of this mystery crew or corporation of some sort. Anyways, Illumi tilted his head to the side, pondering if he should go or not. On one hand, Illumi could stay in a well-air conditioned Palace and bug the leader of the village with his puns and antics. On the other hand, he could go on this investigation and probably get ladies with his intuitive smartness. He nodded and put his hands behind his head as he looked off to the side, "alright then, hopefully it ain't too bad."

Voldo gave a coy half smirk. His silver gaze rested upon Rose. HIs presence was thick with evil as he looked at his comrade. Rose was particularly gifted in tactics, it was no wonder why he was put in charge. Voldo was a weapon and nothing more. HIs skills caused damage and devestation and would only get more so as his grew in rank. He hoped after this he could work his way up to Jounin somehow.
Knowing that the Genin would be involved Voldo became more or less concerned. Voldo also being skilled in assassination and interrogation, he could very well help rose complete this mission and capture the murderer. But protecting the Genin from harm would make his job difficult. Not only were the Genin unprepared to work with his styles of Jutsu but they would cause harm to them if they got in the way.
Looking to Rose he sighs softly. "we will need to make sure they dont get in harms way." his words though sounding kind actually meant . 'keep them out of MY way'
Honchurue was about to say something about peace but decided to keep his mouth shut to not offend the Mizukage. He then decided to get to work on his mission. Climbing the stairs up to the Mizukage's office he sighed as he thought about how this was a rebuilding mission and not a demolition mission. When he got to the room he looked around and saw a ton of ice covering the walls. Summoning three more clones he directed them to their positions. Each clone would draw their swords and would begin scrapping the ice from the walls, while the main one would begin chucking debris through the holes in the walls. After a while the debris was gone and Honchurue would jump through the hole and smile as he looked at the pile of wood and metal. Stepping back a good distance he would then create two clay clones and send them running at the pile and jump on top of it before Honchurue made the hand seal and the whole pile just exploded in a blaze of glory and heat. When he was done he wondered how he would fix the gaping holes in the palace and then and idea came to him. Gathering some wood that had been brought he looked around for some more ninjas but noticed he was all alone, so he would have to do this himself. Unshealthing his sword he began slowly cutting the wood to match the shape of the first hole. Piece after piece were thrown to the side as they were inadequate for Cecil's palace. It took almost three hours for him to create just one near perfect circle, looking over to the palace he sighed and counted the rest of the holes on the walls alone, he then jumped up to the roof and counted the holes there before heading back down and then jotting in his notebook about the fifteen holes he still had to replace. it took him less and less time with each new piece of wood. After the final one was cut he went about and began hammering them in. That part took no time at all and soon he was ready to start painting the walls. checking on his clones he noticed they were done with the ice and so he had them come and help him paint. The painting was easy and soon the whole palace was starting to look like new. The next part was easy as well, clean up. His clones would help with this before melting into a puddle of water. The massive pile of wood, empty paint cans, ect; was placed about 700 feet away from the castle just out of his range. placing charges around the pile was easy and soon a semi large explosion happened. With a smile he turned back to the office and headed back up to the Mizukage's Palace for his next mission.

A strange sight would be seen by the villagers of Kirigakure. A young female walked with a cloak over her towards the Mizukage's Palace, and the look on her face was one of pure anger. When she arrived a loud yell would be screamed up to the office. "Hey Mizukage get your a** down here. I challenge you!"
Remi ran througg the streets asking everyone if he had seen his sister, which no one said they did. As he ran through the village he also listened for her voice. When he finally heard it he realized he was on the wrong end of town and tried to make it to the other side before she did something stupid again.

What was this someone who was challenging the kage, that was a mistake. "Everyone wait here I'll take care of this." Cecil dropped down to the voice. "Listen girl, this is not the path you want to take. You wont win and this is a pointless waste of your life. Reconsider your actions." Cecil watched the girl ready to move extremely fast to knock this girl out.

Dani just smiled as the Mizukage jumped down in front of her. "Do you remember two ninja you had killed about two years ago? Two cloud ninjas? Well I am here to avenge their deaths with yours. With that she flung off her cloak to reveal the 100 explosive tags strapped to her body. A smile lit her face as she activated the tags and then the explosion was huge, which made Honchurue a little jealous from his vantage point in the office. He knew the Mizukage was ok and juat sat back and watched.
Remi heard the loud explosion and arrived just in time to watch his sister fall to the ground. He felt as if something inside of him snapped as he literally got weaker. He knew the consequences of allowing another Tsuinzu to die and he was pissed. Standing up he drew his blade and yelled at the Kage. "You killed her you ******** b*****d! What did she do to you to murder her? That is now three people you Mist have killed in my life die! He then took a running start at the man as his speed slightly increased and he tried to stab the man in the chest with Sheraton.

Remi was in to much of a blind rage to even hear Cecil's explanation. The parry of the blow from his sword sent it flying away from him and he knew he would have to resort to his jutsus then. His sharinhan would begin to spin as his hand formed a sphere in it made of Katon chakra. The rasengan he had picked up was his trump card and he then ran back at Cecil to try and strike him with the sphere.

Cecil sighed the guy used a powerful technique, he actually knew the technique. The man would see what would happened but wouldn't be able to move to prevent it. He wasn't fast enough, to dodge what would happen. He ducked and with a bone from his arm impaled Remi in the heart. He would die quickly and with not much pain. "Rest in peace and know I never killed your sister or anyone else. Sorry you thought different, I'll make a grave for you two." He sighed as the guy would slump to the ground.
