Lily sees Westley walking down the stairs. Not bad to look at, she thinks, blocking Nathan from reading her thoughts, But I still prefer Nathan. Lael can have Westley.

He scratches head before saying semi-apatheticly, "How come you're still standing around? You know what time it is, without looking at a clock?"
He pauses for a bit then laughs, "Supper time."

"Really?" Darian asks. "I guess we got a little caught up in the excitement of meeting an other new person. Well, she's new to me and Lael."
"Are you going to ramble on all day or are you going to find something to eat?" Nathan asks with a slight chuckle.

"Food sounds good to me," Lael says, smiling at Westley as he enters. "I wonder what's to eat. I'm hungry." She heads for the dining room.

"You better believe food sounds good!" Lily exclaims, "I was so busy trying to figure out why the good looking brown haired guy with red eyes looked so familiar, once I came down that is, that I forgot to grab myself a late lunch. That's actually a little ironic, considering I was watching you guys from the cafeteria until I'd convinced myself Nathan was himself."

The teen boy stops and thinks about what Lily said, before he understands.
"Oh. When you said brown-haired guy, somehow it tripped me up though I have orange hair. As long I don't mess up any relations, ma'am."
He nods to Lily when he said that "ma'am" part. After that, he passes by them and goes off to the kitchen.

"But you don't have red eyes," Lily says as Westley walks past her, "Do you?"

Westley flinches a bit, his eyes flashing yellow behind his glasses.
'Yellow when provoked or extreme emotions, brown when normal and cool,' he thinks to himself, shaking his head to the newest comer and continuing to walk.

Lael doesn't hear what Lily says, but she does see Westley's reaction. "Right. Let's go eat," she says leading the way, determined to lead the conversation away from whatever is bothering him.

Westley nods, following the albino woman yet making sure that he doesn't attract even more attention. He knows that Nathan would understand, of all people, as they both have to deal with being able to change forms. For now, however, he stays silent.

Lael reaches the dining room. It is set up in much the same way it was at breakfast with a large buffet and something for everyone. However now instead of the many smaller tables that were there at breakfast there is one large table for all of them to eat at. "That owner has really kept herself busy, hasn't she. All this food... She and that one employee must really be exausted."
((I thought the owner's name was mentioned somewhere, but I couldn't find it anywhere. gonk Ah well. She'll just be "the owner" for now.))

"Or not human," Nathan adds, "I'm sure with some help I'd be able to set up something like this about as quickly, if not more so."
"Quit your bragging and sit down." Darian says.

"She did say that the employee wasn't human, which was why they didn't get sick like the others, but she seemed plenty human to me." Lael shruggs and begins to load her plate up with food. "Of course, looks can be deceiving, but I'd say that they're both just very hard workers."

Westley sighs, taking a seat and finding food to eat.
"I didn't sense anything human from either of them. I think that's why, like Lael said, they didn't get sick. However, how would I know?"
