"I guess the only way to find out what she'll think is to talk to her." Darian says after a while.

"I still think we should actually head back instead of standing here on the beach." Darian laughs.
"Darian's right." Gregory says.

The black-blue haired elf nods and asks, as they head towards the main Moonleaf house, "Clean fish?"

"Sounds like a good idea." Both elves say at the same time, glancing at each other in bewilderment afterward.

Gregory nods and leads them to the Moonleaf house. They enter and walk to the kitchen where Gregory sets a board on the counter.

After about half an hour of cleaning the fish, Jay yawns.
"I tired...." he manages before turning to the door, the fish almost all cleaned, "I go sleep. Good night! ....and thank you!"

"Good night." Gregory says, looking up from the fish he was cleaning.
"Sleep well. Impress Kitara with your speaking." Darian says.

"Good night, Uncle Greg! Good night, Darian! Sleep good!" he says, heading out the door.
He quickly strides across the yard to the house that Kitara and himself bought from Gregory and Annalicia Moonleaf, on the Moonleaf homestead. He makes sure that he has Kitara's rod in his hand and continues towards the house.

Gregory finishes cleaning the last few fish before calling out "Hey Anna, what should I do with the fish? You want me to fillet them again?"

Mrs. Moonleaf slightly groans, getting out of bed. She donns on her housecoat before heading to the kitchen.
"Seriously, Greg, after how many years you've been fishing and after how many years we've been married, you still ask? As I said last time, if you want to fillet them, fillet them. If not, figure out what you want to do with them. I don't care," she says, finally leaning on the doorframe to the kitchen and looking at her husband, "I'm content with any fish you bring home, dear, no matter how you clean them."

"I just want your opinion." Gregory replies. "You used to say I don't ask your opinion enough so I started asking it."
Darian rolls his eyes. His parents never stay mad at each other for long and it is usually slightly amusing when they are.

"So you get me out of bed so you can ask me that?" she asks, crossing her arms and shaking her head, "I can't believe you, Greg. Ask me my opinion another time, but not right now. I'm going back to bed."
Annalicia turns around saying, over her shoulder, "Goodnight, Darian. And, dear, make sure you wash your hands well before coming to bed. I don't want to be woken by the fish smell of your hands."

"Good night." Darian says, silently chuckling to himself.
"Alright." Gregory sighs. "Good night."
