Xiu perked up at the arrival of another, staring at her curiously for a moment before it finally clicked. "Ah. Queen of the Green Kingdom, correct? I am also glad to see that you are well." She smiled politely and dipped her head in a small bow. Truthfully, she wasn't well acquainted with anyone in the other kingdoms beyond the kings (and even then...you could hardly say that she really knew them well), but she could at least recognize a few of them on sight.
Perking up at yet another voice, she turned back to look in the direction of the White King, noting that someone from his kingdom had arrived. When said White Kingdom citizen turned to greet her, Xiu stared back blankly before laughing.
"At ease, your greeting will suffice." She certainly didn't expect someone to bow with a flourish to the king of an opposing kingdom, after all. It was a blessing in and of itself that they weren't acting hostile towards her.
The woman garbed in robes of red and gold scanned the room, first in search of her emperor, and then in search of her queen. Once she had secured the knowledge that they were both safe, it was on to the dragon. She would just summon her dagger an----
Wait a second, this was not her dagger. In fact, she was holding not just one, but two incredibly unfamiliar weapons in her hands. What kind of sorcery was this? Her lip pulled back from her teeth, an ugly look on what was normally a much prettier looking face.
She wasn't sure whether she could even fight under these conditions. The weapons colors were completely wrong!

WHY WERE SO MANY OTHER PEOPLE YIELDING A WEAPON INCREDIBLY SIMILAR TO HER APPARENTLY LOST ONE?

The longer Mengyao listened to the Green King the less he understood him. He stared blankly at him for a long moment before sliding a sideways glance at the Red King, tilting his head as though mentally asking if the thing that stood before them really was a King, after all.
He brushed his shoulder where Mort had gripped in an irritable sort of way. "The Black King is too careless," he said. "Hence why he was the first to lose his kingdom back then - and now he loses his heart. It seems to be that he tries too hard and yet does not get anywhere."
His eyes narrowed slightly. "The same with the White King, which is probably why they are such enemies. The similarities are quite uncanny."
Dual colored eyes moved towards their newest arrival - that of the Green Queen, and Mengyao gave her a small nod, his eyes already moving past her to the slight figure that stood behind her. Lifen was wearing a gentle, if not slightly bemused smile, and Mengyao stepped towards her almost instinctively.
"My lady," he said, and gave a small bow. "I am pleased to see you in good health."
And then there were people just kind of talking and hanging around and completely ignoring the giant scary-a** dragon.
He swung again, but barely hit anything as he was too busy staring in disbelief.

"I'll say." He looked at the black king and then back to the commander. "You looked as though you were glaring daggers just second ago. What happened anyways?" He asked. He got the feeling he was missing something very important--like why Wilson had helped the Black King, and not to mention why they were all here in the first place, other kingdoms included, and in a building with a massive dragon no less. Not to say he wasn't happy to see them, he just wanted some answers. If they had them.
"Hey Poke." He gave a light, friendly tug on her tail. Regardless of what was going on, he was pleased to see them.

He approaches them once he realizes that whatever was going on wasn't a complete lie. His eyes widened as he saw his king, and then the other familiar faces. Although his eyes narrow only slightly at Ryan because of a certain memory of the doppelganger hurting their king.

"I am in well enough health, yes, I can say the same for you." She stated, turning up to face the King as he wandered close to her, she awarded his statement with a little shrug, Turning back, she went to watch the chaos that was unfolding around them, her smile never faltering.
"So, from what I can assume, the Black Kingdom has found themselves in a crisis again?" She asked him, content that he was at least out of harm's way for the time being.
Perking up at a familiar face, Eva decided to intrude. Moving up to the group of White Kingdom citizens--and the White King--she casually reached up and squished Ryan's cheeks behind her hands. The Viera stared at up with wide blue eyes, bunny ears flopping as she cocked her head to the side.
"Heeey, I remember you!"
