Aoi yawned as she snuggled under the covers and gave a soft reply to Alexis. "That sounds about right. I'll talk to you more in the morning." she said before slipping into a deep sleep that was full of dreams of her playing with the dolphins and having fun talking to and spending time with her new found friends, Alexis and Ariel, and even little Raigin.{{ooc:}}

Alexis yawned, shifting as he stretched. His eyes fluttered open before he twisted, unconsciously flipping out of the hammock without really thinking and landing on his hands and the balls of his feet. He knew without having to be told from the brilliant sapphire and amber light that the sun had risen.

Aoi rolled over in her hammock, not really awake yet. She did not want to get out of the hammock, but she thought about taking a little swim to try waking herself up. Groggily sitting up, stretching, Aoi let her legs fall over the edge of the hammock and she tried getting out without falling, though she did and she grumbled. "My legs are still sleeping... I need to wake them up before I can get to the water to take a quick swim... Or maybe that could wake me and my legs up..." She tried standing, yet her legs were too wobbly yet and she started crawling. Her vision was still blurry from her just waking up, though she still saw that Alexis was awake and on the floor of the cavern too. "Morning, you feel like crawling today too?" she said half joking as she tried yet again to stand and get to the water.{{ooc:}}

Alexis yawned as he stood slowly, feeling his legs tingling strongly. "Just takes a while to wake up, really," he said wryly. "Want to get a bath in the hot spring?" he said, offering to help her if she wanted to. He admitted to himself that he wanted to wash her hair again and perhaps more, if she would allow it.

Aoi was trying to stand again, but she wasn't going to be getting up for a little bit, so she just decided to wait a moment or two before trying again. As she decided that she heard Alexis speaking and asking if she wanted to go to the hot spring to bathe. "That sounds like it'd be a wonderful idea." she said in a happy, yet still slightly tired voice.{{ooc:}}

_Hoshiyuri_ OOC - Other RP; I was pretty sure they were in the same guild, lol. Alexis carefully helped Aoi out of the hammock and carried her over to the hot spring, not realizing that it would seem quite romantic and caring. He carefully stepped in, sighing softly as he felt his tense muscles relaxing. He shifted carefully to lower her into the warm-hot water slowly so she could get used to it.

Not expecting to be picked up Aoi let out a small gasp, yet didn't protest any. She put her arms carefully around Alexis' neck as she was carried over to the hot spring and once they got there she let go. As she felt the water she let out a sigh. "This feels great. Definately beats the colder water that I had been swimming in before I swam to these islands. I swear I could have frozen in some of the places I went to when I ran from home..." she said, sighing yet again, but this time at the thought of home. She was homesick, but she knew that going back probably wasn't a very good option.{{ooc: I'll have to read over that one and get to replying then smile Hopefully I'll be able to before heading home though confused }}

Alexis chuckled. "I wonder how they'd react to seeing a human who could breath freely underwater... don't know how common it is," he said quietly. As he spoke, he lightly trailed his fingers through Aoi's hair, teasing her a little.

Aoi didn't want thoughts of home ruining the hot spring for her, so she just soaked in the water and enjoyed the feel of the water on her skin. As she enjoyed the water she heard Alexis speaking and once he was done Aoi replied with, "I don't really know. They'd probably be terrified that they'd seen a human in the first place. And secondly, if said human could breath freely underwater they'd more than likely think that the underwater world was coming to an end or something crazy like that." she said almost jokingly as she leaned back, enjoying the warm water and the attention she was receiving from Alexis as he ran his fingers through her hair.{{ooc:}}

Alexis chuckled as he lightly massaged Aoi's scalp to relax her. "I can say you're extremely kind and adorable... and if they don't want you back... it's their loss because they lost something priceless, your loyalty and pride in those who were 'your people'... at least I know I'm not alone in being betrayed by those I thought I could trust," he said softly, shifting his hand to pick up the shampoo.
A few minutes passed as he poured a little into his palms before he massaged it into Aoi's hair gently, not really noticing as the body wash and a couple soft washcloths fell into the hot bubbling water.

Aoi let her heead fall back as she relaxed, listening to Alexis speaking. She grinned softly as she listen to his words. "I.guess you're right. If I were to return home I may be severely punished for running away. Or worse..." she said, shuddering at the thought.
After a few moments she opened her eyes that she had closed, due to her being relaxed and noticed the water was foaming more than before. She was confused some and asked, "Um... is the water supposed to be foamy like this and smell like that? She wasn't certain what Alexis' reply would be, but she thought she should check so see if what was going on with the water was normal or not.{{ooc: I'm posting this from a phone, so I hope that it's all right. And I may not be able to post back right away due to that. Just didn't want to see the RP sit again for a long time like before confused }}

_Hoshiyuri_ OOC - That's okay; I've done it before myself, lol. Alexis opened one eye as he'd had his eyes closed as he washed Aoi's hair gently. He blinked before he stuck his hand into the water and came up with the body wash before clicking it closed. "I wouldn't worry about it," he said softly, a little amused. "Meh... if they did try to punish you... I'd scare them shitless by doing little more than breathe, then they'd likely leave you alone," he said quietly as he exhaled, thin streams of clear water streaming up between them before gently rinsing out Aoi's hair. Interesting, so I can manipulate the water at will, which could be interesting, he thought as a very slight smile crossed his face. He gently rubbed her neck and shoulders as he tried to find a soft washcloth; he didn't see one bump right beneath Aoi's chin in front of her, already wet and floating on the soap suds.

Aoi still had her head laid back some as she listened to Alexis speaking to her. "I wouldn't doubt that. The way they're afrraid of humans and all." she said smiling some at the thought of her having a bodyguard in the form of a human, which not one of her people would even consider trying to harm; for she knew they believed that humans were the worst creatures imaginable.
She felt something touching her chin and she jumped slightly,letting out a faint squeal. Her hand went right to her chin and she calmed down, laughing a bit at how startled she was over nothing. "I am too jumpy for my own good." she said laughing still, but she knew she had grown to be like that from constantly moving and being alone.{{ooc:}}

Alexis blinked when Aoi jumped, mildly amused. "What would you have to jump at, other than looking adorable?" he teased.

Aoi's face reddened as she heard Alexis speaking and said in reply. "I jumped because of this," holding the washcloth that was under her chin before continuing. "And I have been jumpy since I left my home and weas on the run. I had to be careful of every little thing so that I didn't get killed or caught and punished." she finished, her mouth forming a half frown as she thought of how scared she was when she was alone out in the ocean.{{ooc:}}
