"It's just a lot of darkness from what I can tell, Norv." Cricket answered as she slapped another insect on the wall to play as a marker. As for holding still? Well, they were inclined to crawl all over it.
Aha! So there was indeed a Selene closer rather than further now. That was fortunate. Cricket crouched down to be more level with the other ghoul in the dark, pulling a long string of a glowing insect out of her plasm before she worked to wrap it around Selene's arm to give her a secondary light source that wasn't directly attached to her.
"So, am I fixing up the usual?" she asked, even as she began to start fussing with the centipedes that were wrapped around her wrists, the pair seeming to fuss back at her.

Moira took a step back, only to slam into the wall; an unthinking panic thrilled through her, and she dropped to the ground. (Which also meant she was on top of Selene, but details.) "P-please-" she stammered. "F-Fire, Rennie-"
The headcrabs hissed and backed up against the wall as far as they could go, too.

At the end of the passageway He didn't release her immediately, but he did laugh. Probably not a reassuring sign as he blindly kissed the vampire in the dark - it was highly likely he'd completely missed her lips, but it was the gesture that counted. "You offered, so you can't get mad~" he said before he pulled away from her - hands and all.
"Awww, Vel, I knew you cared~"... What about what she had said actually implied 'caring' to him?

After having doubled back twice, Snowman finally found what he thought was the right way. "I think .... this is the right direction."
"I wish I could see George, it's awful dark down here."

Selene was so very grateful that Cricket had found her, that she stared at the ghoul with the most awestruck gaze. "Yesss, the usual." She whispered reverently, gazing at Cricket like she was the loveliest thing in the world. Until a Moira-butt blocked the view. Selene was squished underneath her friend, flailing madly. She would complain, but no one would hear her, so after a moment of flailing, she just stopped moving and accepted death.

Seeing Moria back herself up into a wall, (and her headcraps with her), Rengath raised his hands up and with a clap, the flame was put out. So much for that nlight source. "Sorry Moria, I thought it would help with the light problem." "............Are you... sitting on someone?"

"Alright then, just let me-!!!" Suddenly Moira had been spooked right onto Selene by the incoming body of fire known was Rengath, and the ghoul sighed.
"Rengath, could you....?" Cricket looked up at the fire demon with a rather matter-of-fact look on her face. "I need to patch Selene up and I kind of can't do it when you're spooking Moira onto her."
Actually she could, but working around Moira-butt wasn't exactly what she wanted to do with her life right then.

EXPLORING THE TUNNELS More dead ends. His sense of direction wasn't really helping a great deal here. The sense of discomfort was really starting to edge over into panic and in the pressing dark there was an urge to run. He resisted. Incubi didn't run, they were always precisely where they meant to be.
This time he just stayed put.

At the end of her rope the passageAnd Quin froze like a statue as soon as d**k's lips pressed against the corner of her mouth. It was lucky it was dark it made how red her face was hard to see. At this point it probably matched her hair. Gritting her teeth the vampire tried to control her anger. " Ya little b*****d." She growled. " When I'm not blindly gropin' in the dark fer ya, ya can bet I'll give ya a beatin'." With a huff Quin moved over to stand by Vel. " Boils..." She growled.

End of Passage"How... how inconsiderate! Barging up to an undead flaming like that," Norvie huffed, only finding his courage to speak unfortunately once the fire had already been extinguished. He debated his options. Well... well... they were on an ADVENTURE, weren't they? He let a hand timidly move to Moira's shoulder to guide her out of Cricket's way, "I might be able to er... mix something up. I THINK I remember the right combination for a do-it-yourself glowstick but er..." He glanced down to the vials he tended to keep at his belt, "There's an equal chance I'll possibly er... suffocate us all with smoke." Yeah, probably best to leave the glowing to the professionals. But look at him, all... hand-on-Moira's-shoulder oh ho ho! He pulled it back again with a flinch as a headcrab twitched.

[[ END OF PASSAGE ]]Victory looked around, to see who else had also made it to the end. He kept close to Ava and Avery, not really sure whose hand he'd been holding that whole time. Maybe he'd just hallucinated the whole thing entirely. Whatever. He was constantly shifting his weight back and forth to shake the feeling that he was trapped.
"I'm not sure I could find my way out," Victory admitted when Ava suggested perhaps they could go back to the beginning. "Is there anyone here, maybe, who can just... break the wall?" Victory finally took a deep breath and reached one of his already-cold and slimy hands to touch the walls, feeling for abnormal moisture or any kind of fault line. Hesitantly, he then leaned his ear close to the dead end, trying to see if he could hear anything.
What was on the other side that would produce such a smell...? "It's... well, saltwater, right?" Victory suggested. His people came from a place surrounded by ocean, in lore, even though he'd been sent to study at Amityville.

Vel missed what had happened there, but whatever had just occurred, Quin definitely didn't like it. That could have meant a few things when it came with this c**k. "Ah, am I gonna have to give d**k a good smack?" she asked while crossing her arms. In any case, she was starting to get a little tired of waiting around in this low light area. She began to tap her big claw onto the ground while beginning to get a bit fidgety.

Slowly digging himself into an early grave."I'll look forward to it then." d**k replied, before he smartly added to Vel from a bit away, "Hey, you're totally free to pound this d**k if that's what you wanna do, baby~"
Shehk was about ready to hit him herself if he didn't shut up. Too bad that wasn't an option.

EXPLORING THE PASSAGEWAY~
May looked at the passageway, a little suspicious. She loved the library dearly, and the idea of it being broken in any way shape or form was terrifying. The fact that it had a secret passageway? Kind of neat, but still scary.
Maybe she should just go ask the librarians for assistance. That would probably be best.
Suddenly a soft guitar started playing fuzzily through the tunnel. It sounded like ...
"Tex!"
She was already running straight in.
