The sudden burst of light caught Mitsu's attention and the lycan looked over to see Riyo flailing around on fire before stopping to roll around...wait...OH JACK SHE WAS ON FIRE! Thank Jack she had thought fast enough to roll to put the flames out. "R...Riyo...are you..." Mitsu was certain the feline would be irritated so she was hesitant to approach.
Her ears folded back when she caught a strange sound from across the chasm and turned to find a third door with someone walking out of it. Unconsciously Mitsu pulled the hat a little further down suddenly nervous. She had never seen this person before. Were they part of the school? It was possible, Mitsu had seen a lot of students today she had never met before. The possibility that it was a student or someone on staff that she didn't know was pretty high.
Watching Shun join the boil Mitsu felt like her decision had been made. She would follow Shun, it didn't matter through what door but what the boil had said made her curious. Somewhere familiar and foreign. What did that mean? "I'll go as well." Mitsu confirmed. Looked like talking to Shun would have to wait.

The RescueA brief smile flickered across their expression, and then what seemed like a sigh of relief. "Thank you."
That is all they said before they too, disappeared beyond the door. THE DOOR - If your student chooses to go with him, read the GM rp (titled THE GAUNTLET) in THIS thread, and then react accordingly. If your character's HP reaches zero, they will of course, dissipate back to home base. - Your character also has the option of not going, but will simply be stuck here in limbo until the others get back.

Hel was still waiting for that bridge to come down…but apparently the reaper wouldn’t have to wait for long!
The ghoul blinked as she felt her body start to disappear, and before she knew it she was through the door with her team mates and that Halloweener. Woah! They didn’t even need to cross the bridge! Not that she was complaining.
What would be on the other side of this door…

Riyo, while a little crispy, chased after the strangely quiet boil as if this was a new game for her. The high hadn't completely worn off yet... But it was guaranteed to where they were going.

As they approached across the bridge Mitsu was a little curious of the thank you. Why was he thankful they had chosen the third door? Looking to Shun nervously Mitsu waited for the reaper not entirely willing to leave without him. He was still very close to her after all. When they were ready Mitsu stepped through to see what was on the other side.

What would Mot find beyond this door, he thought as he faded away. Another room? Be brought to the hub? What was going on?

Shun wasn't really sure why he was so thankful, but whatever. He just went on through the door.

Hel was relieved to see they were deposited in the room they had left, and came to stand next to Mot, peering across the chasm. Was that door still there? That third one? Hmmm…it didn’t seem so? Now they were stuck with the two doors.
“…My vote is still for the left one.” She announced out loud, and then furrowed her brows. Hmm…she had something on her mind, the longer she stared at that area where the third door was…

Alright. Back to the ******** door room. No riddles, no questions, just the damn doors.
"Sure, left. Why the ******** not?" Riyo mumbled through the rag. Strategy was getting them nowhere in this room, obviously.

And thus here they were once more, with the doors. It was more or less the same situation, but Shun's state of mind was way different from when he was last in this room. The fact that she hadn't pulled away from the kiss... meant that his original thoughts of how she'd feel towards him were likely wrong. There was something reassuring about this.
But it was time to get back to business. Granted they all survived, he would have to speak with Mitsu more privately when they got back.
"I'd say right," he interjected after the other two girls wanted to go left.

Back to the room...with the high place, bridge, and swinging blades. The doors on the other side were the same except for one thing, the third one was no longer there. Strange how it had turned up.
Before they had even made it across the chasm it seemed the door was being brought back into debate and which one to choose. If Mitsu's mind had been in any working order she might have thought about it longer. So instead she picked the first one she thought seemed right.
"I..I dunno Shun the left door seems like a good choice." She muttered softly.

Ah, it seemed like she was going to need to challenge Shun for the right to take the left door. Looks like this might come down to rock, paper, sci—
Then Mitsu piped in her idea.
“We should take the door on the right!” Hel announced rather loudly and suddenly, staring at Mitsu with a quirked brow. The last time Mitsu had sworn something was one way, it had ended up being the other. Hours, she had spent like this with the ghoul when they were trying to find that Western shoot out in town. Hours, and they always should have gone in the direction opposite of what the Lycan suggested. It should work in this situation, right!?

And suddenly just like that Hel changed her mind. Confusion flitted across Mitsu's face as she looked at the winged reaper feeling something was off about the timing. Had she changed her mind because of what Mitsu had said? No, Hel wouldn't do that. Hel wouldn't just choose the opposite door than what Mitsu had picked. Sure her sense of direction was a 'tad' off but could she really hold that against her?

Riyo raised an eyebrow as Hel changed her mind at the flip of a coin... Or rather, at Mitsu's suggestion. It was a little too obvious to think otherwise.
"Okay. Right then." The ghoul agreed and shrugged. She had already died once today. If the situation took a turn for the worst, then at least it wouldn't surprise her... Much.
