On behalf of Yo-ko since his internet is not working correctly. The joke stems from a fan made parody of Hellsing an animated series. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5uIVkhtU1Ls It happens within the first 15 seconds. I am of the Christian faith have been baptized and saved whole nine yards personally I do not find this offensive and actually laugh at all that goes on within these fan made episodes. He does not mean it offensively he only means it as a joke since he can't come up with anything that funny himself. Also the only ones he has said this to is friends(which most of us know where this comes from) and crew members.

In-character is one thing, but to use such terminology and language so blatantly in an out-of-character context.... I almost started tearing up because I was so offended. I mean, he's a vice-captain - a leader of men. He should set an example for us and be mindful of everyone's feelings at all times with everything he does and says.

Don't mind Haku here, Ayame. He's just desperate for my attention, actually. Ha ha.
Haku, even if I were to legitimately investigate this claim, it's intended for complaints to be filed in private messages, to avoid public alienation. Nice try here, bub.

I'ma little concerned with some rules that haven't been fairly enforced to all of those who have not followed them. This person may not be aware of the rules, but I believe after I and two friends of mine were required to get rid of either our Hyuuga or Uchiha RPC, because you cannot have two characters with Doujutsu, I think they should be aware of the rules by now. It's been about a month or so since we have given up our Hyuuga characters because of this rule, and I have yet to see any reminder to this person who has two RPC characters with Doujutsu. I'm not going to mention any names, but I would ask that you speak to them about this, because it just seems a little unfair to me.

Also.. Could uh... Could anyone explain formless styles to me? It's the first time I've seen it and I'm having a hard time wrapping my brain around how it worls.

Smithing/Mining is available to all~ ^_^ Formless is a way to give everyone the ability to use their Stamina. Previously, a taijutsu or bukijutsu style would make you learn say, Punch or Slash, and then another style would make you learn it again. We just put it down to having to learn it once, with stuff like the Hard Physical. (punching, kicking, blocking, etc) Since it's all really easy training, it even takes less posting to learn.

Smith and mine is available to everyone, you start out at your basic ranks of the trainings in them and progress through doing jobs/missions. These jobs have to be done in certain conditions as described in their description.
As to formless, you have a locked rank based on your ninjas rank. Genin = E, etc. You also gain two slots per rank to train formless techniques or pretrain your chosen formless style up to the next rank up to your standard caps.
