"thankyou. I mean....not like I could keep you from her....I just....I dont think i'll be leaving the academy....not for a while...."
Her voice was sad but she knew it was safer here than out there. She hugged him gently resting her head against his neck. There was a tear falling down her face. The first real emotion...Kelina sighed walking up
"So....its decided, my home....you better go now then....you look like hell....and not from what I did." she said.She nodded and tried to move off the flower that Eric had conjured up but stumbled and collapsed into the floating flower.She sighed biting her lip.
"take her now, Ethan."

Eric returned with two cups of punch. He offered one to kirune. "bottoms up," he said drinking the punch. "A little sweet for my taste. Not exactly what I'm used to at these things," he said. He noticed kirune's face was red. "is something wrong?" he placed an arm around her. "if this thing ends up boiling over, we could always have a casual party at my parent's or my moogle friend's house. No need to be afraid," he said reassuringly. looks like the head is leaving with the two kids. Alex is still with his... Damn! I still have to get Lawrence to give his heart back, he thought.

Takaki smiled as his wound healed. He noticed everyone dancing, and looked at Shadis. “So then Shadis, you want to dance?” Takaki said.

 "I figured you would say something like that. Don't think others will follow you like seid did. My eyes and ears are everywhere. Watch what you do in these walls." Eclipse said as he walked back over to Sophia. "Sorry about that. Had an issue that needed resolved." He said as he held out his hand for her.

 "Well i still have my priorities straight. Feel up to dancing?" He asked with a smile. Kalen just nodded. "I already know there still alive. If something happened to them we would know. Its just how we are after all."

"alright, Kalen, alright" she gently kissed him on the lips as they danced.
"I just.....I wish my parents werent evil....like they really are."

Alex smiled back and hugged back. "You know I'd never leave you alone anyway~" He teased. Kirune drank her punch. "Yum!" She blushed even deeper as he put an arm around her more. "N-No. I'm fine..."

Eric looked almost concerned. "Are you positive?" he saw eclipse move back toward kalen. "looks like all possible threats have been neutralized. Unless kelina explodes again, we should be fine," he sighed. "I know everything's been tense lately. It's hard to stand idly by,"

"Its pretty easy. See Kalen and Rose over there. Just do like they do cept with me." He said with a laugh as he set his hands on her hips. Kalen had kissed Rose back and laughed a bit. "Yeh i saw that. Lets not think about that right now. After the dance were back to the pilgrimage. ok?" He said with a smile.

Kirune nodded and then hugged Eric tightly. She was breathing like she was out of breathe. "Eric....Can we find a quiet spot?..."

Eric hid his concern behind a blank expression. "Of course. I prefer to get away from all this socialness anyway," he found a secluded spot near the back of the room. He helped kirune walk over there. "What's up? Has someone's poisoned the punch again?" he said. this isn't the kind of trouble I expected. Why would someone... Was eclipse looking into that? I may need to watch those catering fellows. Assuming they're students here, he thought.

Kirune smiled at Eric. "Nobody poisoned the punch. It's just I feel so close to you tonight." She hugged him very tightly. "I just want to say...Thanks for giving me a chance. If it weren't for you, I would have gone back home."

Eric smiled. "if that was all you needed to say, then why did you sound out of breath?" he said. "I should be thanking you for sticking with me through all the crap I've gone through. Especially.... That 'incident' with na... It's tough to say her name now because of the memory. I probably would have given into my Personal darkness had you not been there,"
