GAH! Why does walmart only have one HR person? I've called 3 times today. 1st two times after I was transferred back to HR the phone just rang until it sent me back to the main desk that transfers people to other departments. The 2nd time I learned that HR was out for lunch and to call back at 1...well I just did that and learned that the the HR lady was gone for the day. Would not be back until 7am tomorrow.
So I guess that means no interview today? D:
And you would be correct. I'll have to call them back tomorrow if they don't call me. Then figure out when they can set up a 2nd interview...
Thats some bull poop right there. Call walmart and complain.
Yea I'm a bit annoyed by the entire thing. But I don't want to call and complain I want that job after all, don't want to seem like a complainer.

Gah that's never a good thing when they have the opening open for so long. It's like gambling you never know who's going to be luckier than you. I may be some of my luck back if I'm ever to get a hold of the HR department.

And that's where the vicious cycle comes in. You need experience to get a job, but you need to get a job so you can actually earn that experience. It's a b***h. It's like that for almost every job. Especially for things like teaching and accounting. Can I ask but did you get your masters or bachelors in education? I know there has been a move toward all teachers having a master degree.

Funny, I don't have either! I have a bachelor's in arts (communication with a double minor in history and secondary education). They don't offer straight degrees in secondary ed unless you want to do the early childhood-12 program. The benefit is that I don't have to get a job in education if I don't want to. The cost is that I can only teach in one area unless I choose to pay to take more certification tests. I am seeing more and more teacher's with master's degrees, but it's not necessarily a requirement. I am thinking of pursuing it if I don't get hired this year though.

I don't care what it is, i just want to know what it is! and Encyclopedia would be cool, but this seems really big, she put clues up where people had to find the letter for a specific coordinate, she made a website, all this hype for an Encyclopedia, i really doubt it

XD You could say that he was home schooled or something. That is an option I believe. But then his parents kicked him out or something lol idk. You cant get your letter in fifth year. Impossible. Homeschooled is an option, also is an exchange student from another magical school. Maybe rome or something. :3 Fineeee BOOM! He was home-schooled if anyone asks XD Better?

Maybe just in your state? It's upped the competition some, but I think not necessarily in my case, because mine isn't a core subject.
