Lillian's pupils changed from slits to constricted circles. Her eyes examined Metal, taking in his features and she looked for an opening. At his comment, her ears twitched and she flashed foward. Swinging Xanon, she began to bring it towards Metal's right side before she stopped and leaped up, arching her body and flipping over his head. She landed behind him and crouched, sweeping Xanon towards Metal's feet.

~~ Metal reacted with a simple, but often effective manouver(can't spell XD). He flipped onto his hands, lifting his feet before Xanon sweeped them out from under him. The mech then simply brought down his legs, aiming to smash them into Lillian's head. ~~

Lillian slid to the left and brought Xanon to her side. He was good. But she hadn't seen enough. Her eyes scanned Metal and she watched how he moved. She leaped up and flipped toward him, using her free hand to push herself off the ground and towards Metal. She stretched her leg foward, keeping the other one back for balance. She gripped Xanon with her other hand and began to drive it towards him mid-air.

~~ Metal, upon missing Lillian, brought up his legs and pushed off the ground with his hands, making him flip backward onto his feet. In a flash of black, he vanished. Or so it seemed. In truth, he'd just zipped behind Lillian to avoid her metal pole. And had just barely done so. ~~

Lillian blinked in surprise. Where had he gone? She landed and faltered, scanning in front of her. Then she whirled around. Hopefully not too late. She held Xanon with both hands, keeping it ready to use. Okay, so now she knew that he could move really fast. That was a disadvantage for her. But then again, she hadn't seen how he fought.

~~ Metal smirked slightly. "What say we take this up a notch?" He reached into his cloak, pulling out a machine gun. Jumping back a little, the mech aimed at Lillian and fired.
"Shadow, is it just me, or is Metal faster then before?" asked Rouge, blinking her blue-shadowed eyelids.
"He is...and faster then me..." growled Shadow quietly.
"Ah, yes. I, shall we say, upgraded him somewhat." replied Doll, watching the fight. ~~

Lillian's eyes widened. She snapped Xanon in front of her and whirled it fast enough that it simply blurred. The bullets ricocheted off with orange sparks. Lillian gritted her teeth and felt her feet sliding back. Damn it, she thought. She had to move, but the chance was a bit risky. She made her mind up and ran to the side, gasping as a bullet struck her shoulder. She sprinted as fast as she could and away from the bullets. This was getting difficult but she could hold out a bit longer. She hoped.

~~ (WHY CAN'T EVERYONE BE BULLET-PROOF LIKE SHADOW?! D:<)
Metal had to duck a little to avoid one of the bullets that had been hit back towards him. He released the trigger, barrel of the gun smoking slightly. The mech smirked a bit, watching Lillian sprint away. In another black flash, Metal caught up with her, and grabbed her wrist. "Where do you think you're going?"

(Lol. Cause there's not an entire race of Ultimate Lifeforms! Or is there? xD)
Lillian jerked a bit as she felt herself grabbed. Her shoulder seared in pain and she hissed. Unfortunately, the hand he grabbed was the one that she held Xanon. It clattered to the ground and Lillian felt a flash of panic. Then she remembered she had position on her side. The way Metal grabbed her gave her an opprotunity. She twisted behind him, kicking her leg out towards his back.

~~ Metal spun around. So, instead of his back being hit, it was instead his chest. He didn't exactly go flying, but he also didn't get zero damage from the kick. He stumbled back, releasing Lillian. The mech growled. ~~

Lillian felt a satisfying contact with her foot. She snatched her wrist back. Lillian watched as Metal stumbled back and pulled back a bit. She landed and stumbled a few steps before turning and looking on the ground for Xanon. She saw it a few feet away and started towards it, hoping to get it back in her hands. She wasn't exactly helpless without it, but she was familiar with the weapon and was used to it in her reach.

~~ Metal noticed her headed towards Xanon. "Oh, no you don't.." He flashed by her, snatching up the pole and skidding to a stop.

Lillian slowed to a stop as Metal grabbed Xanon before her. She scowled and stared at him with slitted eyes. She took a moment to assess her position before she leapt foward, a low growl building up in her throat.
(It's not that bad. I don't mind that much 'cause it isn't completely severe. :3)

~~ (It's hard..I have to make Metal a difficult fight, but at the same time I can't go too far so I don't Godmod...>_< Sorry..)
Metal slid Xanon into his cloak. "Take it from me if you can, b***h." challenged the mech, turning and running. Or, rather, skating. He also shared Shadow's funky Air Shoes. ~~

(It's alright. ^^ I find it challenging and fun... >:3)
Lillian felt something inside her snap. A louder -- but not deep -- roar came from her and she dropped onto all fours. She ran after him quickly, her position helping her speed up. Her eyes blazed and she snarled. He wouldn't get away. Anger pulsed through her and she felt it push her foward and faster.
