"Whaaaaat? I've never seen you outside of my brother's body, so as far as I know, you're only a whiney klepto b***h." Mala said with a pout. "Plus, it's not like I actually pay attention to your ranting about your old life anymore, anyway."

Van just looked back at Mala with a raised eyebrow. "Believe me, if I were a chick in a guy's body, you'd know." Genderswapping was not something he wanted to experience. Ever.
((*sigh* I don't know what's wrong with me. I was all excited about having a DnD thread, but now I'm having second thoughts since I've only played the game once and can't muster up the willpower to make my char. >_>))

{It's not as bad as you think. It's just like making a normal RPC, except slightly more a**l when it comes to strengths and weaknesses. Besides, I've only played the COMPUTER versions of DnD. ((Baldur's Gate and Icewind Dale series, anybody??)) Besides, I know I'll end up screwing up somewhere along the lines as well. You aren't the only newbie.}
"I guess so. Especially since most women would be lamenting the loss of breasts." Mala giggled as she said this.

"And the guys would be lamenting their loss of equipment." Van said simply.

"At least for men gone female there are alternatives." Mala purred, not bothering to mention what she meant by 'alternatives'.

"Ahaha this conversation's over." Van said wanting to discuss this subject no further.

Mala chuckled at Van's statement. She took it as her winning a verbal battle, which was a bit silly considering the fact that she's a priestess.

"So how far away is this place anyway?" Van asked. The only reason he kept talking and asking questions was because he couldn't stand any amount of silence unless he was in the middle of a theft. Other than that, silence equaled boredom, and he hated boredom.

"Of what I've heard, it would've been twelve hours walking." Mala said after a moment of thought. Funny, how she only seemed to remember what she cared to.

"Funny that you don't have any problem with my thievery once I've already done it." Van commented.

"It was either this or we walk. On most days, I'm against stealing. However, I'm not so senseless that I'd like to walk for twelve hours or more through bandit-infested roads just because I refused to let you steal us a horse or two." Mala replied with a shrug. "Besides, I wasn't the one who stole them. I'm just an accessory."

"Well, two horses and half a loaf of bread." Van corrected her. "I was hungry."

"Yeah, yeah. A loaf of bread isn't going to matter in the long run unless they're starving to death." Mala shrugged once more, not really caring. "Let's speed up, shall we? I heard that a caravan was attacked around this area, the women being captured and the men being slain. I'd rather that not happen to either of us."

"If I had my body back, I could deal with guys like them no problem. But apparently no one gives a flying fart in space about the Thief God anymore." Van grumbled angrily as he sped his horse up.

Mala sped up her horse as well, ignoring Van's grumbling.
{So...want to either have bandits ambush them both or timeskip to when they arrive at the town they're heading to?}
