from Kyouya, slamming it back down.
He walked up and down the room deep in thought,
then sat down, nervously drumming his thighs.
"Okay," he said after taking a deep breath,
"Here's what we'll do. We'll go on your stupid
double-date," here he stopped to glare at Kyouya,
"But!" holding up a finger, "Neither you, or
Lynette will, at any time, leave us alone.
Ever!"

 (*waves hand in air* sweatdrop I don't get it. Tamaki's freaked
out by lesbians, but let's face it, the host club's not

L~Y~N~E~T~T~E It doesn't matter where I happen to be...
Lynette blinked in surprise. How had her newest idea led her to a double date with Kyouya Ootori? It was most likely one of the most bizarre things she had ever had to fathom. But somehow, the idea seemed flawless and pretty perfect.
Come to think of it, many girls would kill for the chance to go on a date with him. Now he was just offering? It was a bit strange. He always seemed so cold to others. But looking at him now, he seemed completely different. He wanted to help Honey retrieve his stuffed bunny and he loved to tease Tamaki.
He seemed to be the most real person out of all the Hosts. He was just being himself. It was remarkable in a world so filled with people trying to reach the top that he still managed to stay so balanced. And somehow, through it all, he managed to please his father. Then again, many things were probably left out.
"It sounds failproof. And I'd be glad to help...erm.. Hitomi in constructing a suitable outfit. We'll have a perfect amount of time since practice only starts at two. But I have to ask you, Kyouya. Should you really go as yourself or as your female alter-ego? I'm not sure Chizuru would take comfort in knowing we were connected with Ouran's Hosts."
It seemed so stupid to ask but it was a fear worthy of mention.
I'm happy to just watch...

Anyway, being grossed out by someone acting differently to what you would do doesn't make you a homophobe. It's simply human nature. I know for a fact that homosexuals find heterosexual relationships just as disturbing and creepy as heterosexuals can find homosexual relationships. It really depends on what your own orientation and idea of 'normal' is. What's really important is that people accept that different is as different does, and that this doesn't make anyone less human. Even if you don't agree. The other person is still human, just like you, even if his/her heart pulls in a different way. smile )

Lynette laughed. Kyouya was right. It was remarkable she hadn't thought of it herself. But then again, he was the one who would have to wear a disguise he obviously didn't want to.
Sh nodded and grabbed Tamaki. She'd have to dress him up as quickly as possible. "Kyouya, while I'm dressing him up would you be so kind as to either find where Chizuru lives so we can invite her or contact her yourself?"
I'm happy to just watch...

Lady of the Lily....Chizuru Maihara... Chizuru was busily dressing her hair, when her phone rang. Putting down the comb she answered it and her eyebrows shot up in surprise as the caller identified himself.
"Kyouya san?" she exclaimed. "How did you get my number? Oh, never mind, I think I can guess."
She listened without a word, eyebrows rising higher and higher.
"A double date? For lunch? No, I'm not busy. Yes, I could come. Lynette's idea? Well, yes, she is a very clever girl, I'm sure. No. I didn't mean that. Hitomi? She said she would did she? She said that?"
Chizuru gazed at her reflection in the mirror and patted her hair with an air of self-content.
"Well, yes, I thought her rather cute, myself, too. Would she really come? OK. When and where? Alright, I'll see you there, then."
She put down the phone and took a deep breath. Then she jumped happily into the air and dived into her wardrobe, maniacally searching for her most flattering dress.

Kyouya closed his cell-phone with a snap. "All arranged Tamaki, you needn't worry."
There was a knock at the door. For a moment Kyouya thought that it was Fuyumi, but realized the knock came from far higher, than his sister could reach comfortably.
Opening the door, he came face to chest with Mori.
"Good morning Mori sempai." he said cordially, looking up. He danced back as Honey sempai ran into him, giving him a hug. "And to you too, Honey sempai."

Tamaki sat down to pin up his hair in
pigtails on either side.
