Deadre  Lucine sighed happily, "It turned out wonderfully. She's a beautiful little ponyta, you should see her! More energy than a shooting star!" Lucine laughed, delighted at the idea of new life.
"Setting out on your own?" she asked, her head snapping over to look at her friend, "What a development! When did this come about?" Lumina chuckled, "I bet you're loving it. Congrats on the successful breeding then! Have you decided to keep to your parent's business of breeding or going to branch out some?"
Watching Lucine's expression brightened Lumina's day, "Recently! When I last sent you an email it was to say I was going out of town, right? Well, that was my test run. Mom said if I could make it in one piece, she'd let me collect observations to send back to her at the lab with my pokegear." She fished out the hand held device with pride, "So here I am! I love traveling so much."
She dismounted, patting the ponyta with a fond rub above the nose.

 It took a little while for Anise to notice the sky was darkening, since the bright fires from many Ponytas lit the area. Eventually she did take notice of the late hour and started to look around. "Should we start looking for a place to camp?" She asked the group in general. People seemed to keep wanting to go on, so she shrugged. With all the Ponytas, they'd have no trouble making camp whenever, anyway.

Thankfully, before she fell too far behind, Kestrel came back with Psywater, though they both looked a little upset for some reason.
"It was your fault in the first place." Lizzie muttered and recalled Kestrel back into his Pokeball. Hopping onto the Lugia's back, they took off, with the trainer making sure this time that they stay on course.
It didn't take long for the two to catch up. They even went ahead of the travelling groups, since Psywater was a faster and sturdier flyer. But like Lizzie predicted, he was having a terrible time not being distracted by everything in the air. He took a particular interest in the other trainers on flying Pokemon, and flew a little closer to look at them while giving a friendly chirrup.
"Come on now, we're not here to sightsee." Lizzie tried to steer him away but he was too interested in the other Pokemon and humans.
((Any trainers flying on their Pokemon can reply))

Lucine shot another smile at Flint before dismounting and patting her rented ponyta gently. It snorted and nudged her pocket.
"Ah, forgot abut those," she laughed and, digging into a pocket, pulled out a small treat for her noble steed. "Thank you very much for not throwing me into the mud."

"A Healer!" Rhia beamed. "I'm a healer as well! Still practicing of course, but it'll be nice to have more people on the trip who share my interests. I was hoping it wouldn't be just trainers. I like observing them as well, you see. Photographing, mostly, but that's more of a hobby, where Healer is my profession."
Rhia paused in turning in her saddle, trying to get comfortable. "Ah?" A familiar face was a little ways off and she lifted a hand, waving it in the air. "Hey! Raina! Raina!" She called, grinning broadly. The girl who had given her Aimee was going as well? It would be great to see her again, it had been a while.

Flint nods, stareing in quiet awe of the scenery, he had never been out this far so it was all very new to him. it was a strange feeling being out here with all these people, all of whom haveng the same goal as he. He looks at Lumine and lucine " how long do you think it will take to arrive?"

"Nope, you got it right! I have no idea why, but he loved the rope, didn't you, Frey?" Sienna grinned. Frey's feathers were ruffled. His sudden fascination with the rope was a childish thing he had well grown out of, and would rather forget it. The pidgeot dropped in altitude suddenly, jolting Sienna in her seat. "Geez Frey! A little warning next time? I guess we're headed down, it's getting dark. See you later!" Sienna waved good-bye to the other trainer. Meeka was it? Her memory was fuzzy as well.

Kiyo rushed quickly towards the upcoming city of Katarina.
"Bloody hell..." he mumbled angrily to himself. Curse the rain and all of the inconveniences it causes. At least the rain had lifted, he could finally get back on track.
"Now to look for the Pokemon Express station..."
The magician looked scanned the area looking for the ranch, which he found, thanks to the large accumulation of people outside. He quickly made his way there, before he became any more late and rung the little silver bell on the counter impatiently.
An old man, seemingly the owner, appeared from behind the counter.
"Can I help you?" he asked patiently, waiting for Kiyo to stop hitting the bell.
Startled, Kiyo stopped and nodded. "I'm here for my Pokemon rental? A Ponyta..." Kiyo pulled out a slip from his pocket and showed it to the old man. He nodded and pointed him to a wooden door behind him. "They're out back."
"Alright, thanks." And out Kiyo went towards the corral holding very irked looking Ponyta. They weren't too fond of the current weather.
He gave all of the pokemon a looking over and finally chose one of the less annoyed looking ponyta from the batch for the purple group.
"Hello there!" Kiyo said cheerfully to the Ponyta. "We're going to be partners for the next few days so...let's get to know each other, ok?"
The Ponyta neighed and it seemed to look like it could care less.
"I bet all you care is if I feed you..." Kiyo petted the Ponyta and chuckled. It was time to look for everyone else.

"Corn sounds like a fun nickname!" She giggled at the last bit of Corn's introduction, Hissy Cow looking up warily. "She hasn't snorted yet, so I think it is a pleasure." Corn lauged. "That's a relief!"

The day wore on, and the road rolled past, and the sun drifted across the sky. The Rinall mountains were in sight, and damn was Corn's butt sore! She made a mental note not to rent rock-types for riding in the future. Good thing it was almost time to make camp.

@Tris Strike one. "Oh, well then lucky you. Hah enjoy your time with them, they're wonderful pokemon, really." Owen snorted derisively, flipping it's head backwards in disapproval. "Oh alright, calm down, you're a wonderful pokemon too." He patted his mount's head and rolled his eyes.
"Dunno, Yero is more of a 'best friend' type pokemon, I don't ride him unless I absolutely have too. And I rode Owen the last time I went on a grand adventure, he was a rental pokemon that I became rather attached to." He rose one shoulder in a half shrug. "Besides, Yero has a bit of ADD, I don't think I'd be able to go in one direction for more than a few minutes."
The scenery around them slowly changed and Carter found himself whistling in wonderment, "Can't believe we're here already..."

"Gah-" Wasn't there supposed to be a harness on this thing? There was a solid CRUNCH as Opal, as the Onix was named, playfully headbutted Bongo and nearly threw her rider in the process.
"Think so?" Alex managed once he was sure he wouldn't fall in the path of the oncoming horde.
It was a long, dusty, and particularly bumpy ride. He was glad when the sun started to sink in the sky and the air became cooler, signaling nightfall.

@Anyone in Red group:
 Even after her threats to Yuzu about eating the entire bag the Banette had still eaten the entire bag of treats. And now Tabitha was forced to hide the other bags from the ghost pokemon lest she decide to come after more. Seeing as the Banette hadn't lounged at any of the saddlebags or at her for the rest treats she assumed she was full and wouldn't be much trouble. Until the Banette decided to float off to snitch someone's shinies. Really how much trouble could one pokemon get into?! It was as though the lower sun went the more mischievious Yuzu got. "Yuzu! Get back here!" Though as much as she called, she could only watch in abject horror as the Banette hovered over some poor soul's head seeking anything and everything shiny that she could snatch.Click the picture for full size

@ EVERYONE IN VIOLET GROUP:
The group was moving at a steady pace and her Ponyta seemed pleased to be moving out after the storm had passed. There wasn’t much conversation going on in the violet group; everyone seemed content to converse with only their pokemon. The distance between them was almost slightly uncomfortable. Time to break the ice.
“Maybe we should all introduce ourselves. My name is Zoey. Pleased to be traveling with all of you!”

Meeka gave a wave. "See you down there!" Before the breeder gave Avella the order to arc downwards, she noted another Pidgeot rider behind her. Avella gave a greeting chirrup back in the form of a "Vrrrrr."
"Heeya!" she called towards Lizzie. "Are you going to be landing soon? I think you should, it is getting dark! See you down there if you do!"
Meeka had traveled a while on bird-back and her thighs ached from clinging to feather. Avella was tired too, huffing and puffing when they chose to land. They chose to 'camp' by the base of the Rinual Mountains . . . where she had expected also the rental groups to stay by too. Sighing, she took a step off the Pidgeot and withdrew it. "Time sure flies, hmm, Terri?" she asked, yawning. The Pikachu just nodded her head. Time waits for no woman.

Bunkering down The hoothoot are hooting and the moon is out. The rental pokemon refuse to travel any further since they have been taught never to walk too far at night. There's no other choice but to bunker down. Your groups will need to set up camp. Find firewood, clear an area for sleeping, cook food, etc. How you delegate the responsibilities is completely up to the group. Groupless trainers may travel a bit further if they wish, but what's the point? It's much better and safer to bunker down with the rest of the trainers.
