Doton: Tsuchi Gunjikoudou no Jutsu (Earth Release: Earth Military Movement Technique)
Description: This jutsu allows the user to enter the ground and "swim" in it for a limited time.
She looked at the girl who spoke and shrugged. "Whats your name and element?" She asked, dusting dirt out of her hair."This is what I brought you, this you can keep. This is what I brought you, may forget me."

Hayate Nadare" Hayate Of The Paper Planes" [Summoning Specialist] [Origami No Dara] [Academy Student] [Iwagakure]
 Hayate blushed heavily as he felt the ruffling of his hair "T-Thank you.." he looked as if he was about to cry again, although it was hard to tell with such dark, lifeless eyes. Hayate had never received affection so strongly before, and it had him wanting to make Kai proud, he didn't know quite how to react to the affection yet, but it felt warm, and nice. Hayate continued to pay no attention to the newcomer, to him everyone was nothing but a bully waiting to criticize his artwork.
Seeing Kai's technique Hayate was in thought yet again, clearly he thought to much, and to long "Digging.." he said quietly, in a dull voice filled with curiosity. Hayate formed the hand seals slowly and clumsily as he always seemed to do and attempted to bury himself underground, although nothing happened, and he kicked the dirt up at his feet.

Hayate didn't let this discourage him and quickly readied himself to attempt again, ready for more praising from Kai. Hayate shot the hand seals in there slow manner, and in a few moments he was digging quickly at the ground, although he only managed to get half of his body into the hole that he was supposed to be swimming in. Hayate pulled himself out of the dirt and wiped himself off, looking confused.

Hayate looked unpleased, but he decided to push forward, knowing the reward that waited ahead, Hayate had never been one to train, but the mere thought of being given affection over it drove him to do what he could. Hayate formed the same slow hand seals and dived into the ground, he managed to dig himself into the ground but was apparently in feet first, his head poking out of the hole. Hayate wiggled around for a few moments before breaking from his own deathtrap and sighing unhappily.

Hayate did not give up hope, not yet, he knew he was close, he only needed to dig head first was all. Hayate allowed his chakra to flow freely as he formed the hand seals in his slow motion, clasping the final seal together and then scratching deeply into the ground. Hayate's whole body was submerged, but he was unable to scratch very far underground, so he crawled out of the hole he originally came. Hayate was then struck by what he was missing "Not digging.. swimming" he told himself, now with a new found confidence.

Hayate knew what he must do this time, he allowed his chakra to flow loosely as he did before, and slowly but surely sewed the hand seals together. Hayate submerged himself underground, swimming through the soil and popping out a couple feet away from his original starting point. Once Hayate was out of the ground he wiped himself off and looked over to Kai with his now glimmering black eyes "Swimming.." he remarked cluelessly, he sounded stranger and stranger with each word, as if he was talking to himself and everyone else at the same time.

Yuka gave the nearly 'all business' pinkette a curt nod before turning on her heels and walking away from the training grounds, letting out a sigh. It was hard being a Katon user in the middle of a village where mostly everyone used Doton, would have been better if she was born in Konoha. Chakra: 18/18
