((I dunno. Maybe he likes Strider better than me. lol)) After John got all the remaining mobile suits squared away, in preparation for repairs, he went into the mess hall where Marie was seated at the end of one table. She had several tall, full bottles sitting in front of her.
"I'll go first, gentlemen. Who wants to take on the superhuman? Marie inquired, slamming down a bottle, and sloshing the strong, dark liquid on the tabletop.

((send them into me, ill get around to it eventually sweatdrop im sick right now though, and anyone with more than one suit, send in the extras to me, KY so far it's just me and strider with extra suits actually posted in the post made for such a thing.))
"I'll be there once Arashi can stand on its own again." The leg wasn't ready yet, but at least he could relax some after a battle, seeing as things had finally gone their way. Turning aorund, Kamon called out to Nick. "Hey Nick, you find out anything useful we can use against Chris?"

"Well nothing we can really use but I have learned that even Chris feels guilt for what he's done. Every now and again I'd hear him crying out in his sleep about you, Kamon." Nick rested his chin in his hand.
Jack had a look of victory on his face. "See, Kamon?! He isn't crazy. Do you really think someone crazy would feel guilty?" Jack sat back in triumph.

"Yeah I do. So what was he saying? About me I mean." Kamon was interested, he finally had something he could potentially use.

"Well the most prominent thing was that he didn't have any choice and that he couldn't control himself. It was very strange. It almost sounded as if he was talking to someone else besides him except he had the same voice." Nick ruffled his eye brows in thought.
"Well whatever Kamon. Either way it sounds to me that Chris has more then a few personal demons if you catch my drift." Jack thought. "Hmmm, maybe he is crazy."
Chris had just finished the installation of his ancient weaponry. It had come with a large shoulder mounted antimatter cannon. It had been replaced by his shoulder mounted beam cannon. Along with the cannon were a swarm on antimatter swarms of nanites. What Chris really liked were two black antimatter beam sabers. He also had found that by using the nanites for the antimatter swarm he could keep any antimatter from reaching the planet defensers. Now he was ready to face the pilots again.

"Sounds like he might have mulitple personalities. Anyway, I'm going back to work on Arashi, the leg is almost done." Walking away Kamon couldn't help but smile, after all, an ally he though was dead had just betrayed the enemy.

"Maybe but it seemed to me that he and himself were fighting for control almost. There was one that was sorry and felt remorse for his action and then there was one like the one we have been dealing with: a crazy evil genius who is bent on killing anyone in his way. What do you think Kamon? Maybe deep down the Chris you knew is in there fighting to break free." Nick looked at Kamon to see how he would react.

Kamon paused a bit, the look on his face grim. "That may be true. Last time we fought, he had a chance to kill us all instead of announcing himself." Going back to work, Arashi's leg was now installed, but not yet ready to support the suit.

"I don't know yet, but if, IF I can through to him, just maybe he'll stop." Kamon's face was still grim, but he continued on his work as though he wasn't talking. He walked over to the CAS to check on the Raikou armor repairs, almost done now. "Just the shoulder armor left..." He said absentmindedly.

Kamon looked back at Nick, his face now blank, showing only a hint of sadness. "I'll have to kill him. We already know he is afraid of Zero, that is why he comes after us so much, attempting to destroy it. But he won't succeed, Zero can adapt, unlike his suits." Zero's eyes flashed, and it knelt on it's own, this was surprising for Kamon to see. "Well, this is new, maybe Zero is beginning to learn somehow, even without the A.I. you suits have had Nick."

"I suppose Chris will be installing new weaponry on that machine of his. According to reports on the find, the Censura did not come with the same armament as the Misericordia. The only original antimatter weapon was Marie's cannon that was used against Censura. But since he seems to enjoy fighting fire with fire, he'll probably attempt to build some of his own. That's both a good and bad thing."
Marie finished the bottle she was working on, and joined in the conversation.
"Would that be a bad thing, because he probably has his own antimatter weapons now, and a good thing becuase Backdraft technology just can't compare to that of the Ancients?" John made a shooting motion with his finger.
"Exactly. For any of us to try to improve or even understand this old technology would be like setting a cave man in front of a computer, and asking him to design a web page. That's how far ahead it is. We do know that it makes use of nanotech, but we don't know what materials are used in the nanites, the weapons, or even the armor. It's supposedly some kind of metal, but it doesn't behave like anything I've ever seen."
"I don't even know all of the weaponry it has on it. I haven't taken it out to play, yet."
"Well, let me get a mobile suit running good enough to go outside with you, and we'll test it."

Chris was sitting at the computer looking over his schematics for the antimatter weaponry. He was still blown away that he knew the technology. What he didn't like was how he knew. Then his eye began to get sore and he shook his head. "What's wrong kid? Not liking what I gave you?"
Chris shook his head again. "Yes. I never wanted this to happen. I never wanted any of this. I wish I had never found Censura." "Ahh. Boo Hoo. Without me where would you be? You would have been killed if you hadn't found Censura. Don't you remember? It was after your fight with Al on Mars and you were stumbling around on the surface and were being hunted by a group of soldiers. Your eye was gone and you were bleeding to death. That's when you found the cave that held me and Censura. When you stepped inside the cave nanites were injected into you and the became your eye. Though unknown to you I was inside those nanites. It was thanks to me that you were able to activate Censura and escape. Without me you would be dead." Chris shook again. "Maybe so but I never wanted what you've made me do. I didn't want to restart Backdraft and take control of everything. I just wanted to be like my brother and live my life peacefully until the day I died. I would have rather died then help unleash this upon the galaxy." Chris stood up. "You need me!" "No I don't! I never needed you!" "Without me you'd be dead!" "Without you Kamon, Byrd, and Koza would be living a peaceful life!" "Without me you would have never met them!" "They would have been better off too! I hate you!" "Well I'm not going anywhere and if I remember correctly," Chris was forced to his hands and knees. "I have more control then you do Christopher. So whether you like me or not I'm here to stay." The other Chris laughed. "Now get up and go to sleep. We're tired." Chris got up with a sigh and walked to his quarters.
