Kioki walked out from the back of salon and made a bow to her customer. 'I am Kioku, and welcome to our salon. It is a pleasure to meet you. Either Akasha or I can give you a new hairstyle, so I will go and get the wax ready!'

Kiyomi bowed back, "I am honored to have someone, who has so much skill, do my hair" she said as she followed the woman over to the sinks. She knew what would happen next.

"Please sit here." she said to the geisha. She then started to wash out the hair while Kioku got the wax.
"Okay, now please come over and sit at one of the salon chairs." she said and smiled showing her the chairs by the other wall.

Kioku went to go and fetch the wax. She placed it over the boiling fire and stirred it occasionally with a large spoon. She also mixed in herbs that would help perserve the wax. She put on her blue, woven gloved and brought the steaming pot over to the chair. "Here we are, Akasha-san." She placed it on the stand next the chair and continued to stir it.

Kiyomi did as they asked, and closed her eye's to try to not feel the pain that would happen soon. She just closed her eye's, and let the houghts of angels fill her mind.

"Aa, Arigato Kioku-san." she said and she began to put the wax onto Kiyomi's head.
She tugged on it a bit to get it nice and tight. She reinforced it with pins and wax. She continued to mold the hair into and interesting hairstyle, perfect for Kiyomi.
She put on the last bit of wax. She picked up the mirror and handed to her.
"You look very lovely." she said and smiled. "How did I do?" she said turning her head to Kioku hoping for a stamp of approval.

Kiyomi smiled and nodded with a smile, "It looks beautiful, you are truely very talented and gifted." She said with a bow as she moved out of the chair. "But, Do you by any chance have a comb for sell?" she asked.

'Ah, yes, what color would you be interested in? We have quite a large selection over here.' Kioku said, motioning to a small cupboard in the corner of the room. 'Now your comps would be here.' She opened up the 3rd drawer from the botton and revealed a wide variety of dazzling combs.

Iyasu opened the door to the salon and waved the girls to come in. She gave a blooming smile to the stylists. She was very excited because her Tanpopo was finally about to get her hair done and have her very first evening out.

Tanpopo walked in shyly. This was her first time and it made her very nervous. Popo wondered if she would be able to live up to Iyasu's expectations. Popo wanted so much to impress Iyasu. Hopefully she would be able to..

Akasha looked to the them and smiled. "Oh hello there. How may I help you?" she asked bowing her head.

"Hello, Akasha-san! This is Tanpopo, my new younger sister. She's getting her hair done for the very first time today!" She smiled to Popo-chan. She was very excited.

"Oh wonderful." Akasha said smiling, "Don't worry it might just hurt a little." she continued, "Please sit down here and I will wash your hair." she motined to a chair in front of a sink.

Omny took a step inside, as a maiko this was her first time being here. But as a forigner to Japan this was her first time being at a Japanese Salon. She was nervus as her heart skiped a beat. Omny went to look at the jewelry and ofcurse she picked out the main hair piace, but she picked it out in blue and white one with silver litle bells. Then she noticed the bow, It was red and white . This would go perfect with my two new kimonos.
She thought before looking up and looking for the cashier.

Iyasu gave Tanpopo a gentle push on the back of her obi toward Akasha, "Don't worry my immuto-chan, it isn't that bad. Akasha-san is very good! She did my hair when I was a maiko." She smiled to Popo and looked to the door and saw a new maiko.
"Oh my, a new maiko. Good afternoon!" The geisha greeted Omny with a delightful smile.
