EVERYONE STOP POSTING CUSTOM JUTSU UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE! THERE ARE WAY TOO MANY! AND IT WILL TAKE AT LEAST A WEEK AND A HALF TO LOOK AT THEM ALL! ADDING MORE WOULD BE LIKE SHOOTING US IN THE FOOT, SO STOP!!!!!!!

Basically I'm posting this to make my comrades in the sand village feel better, since they deny it's existence.
Kay, my RPC is blind and controls chakra to the extent of being able to detect objects and sensing others chakra. This was in my profile when it was accepted, but decide what you will with this post. Please PM me with the result.
Your Rank: Academy student (on final test to becoming a genin)
Name of Jutsu: Really there is no name for, just advancement of chakra control.
Rank of Jutsu: Academy student, since she would have learned this to becoming an academy.
Range of Jutsu:(only if your jutsu is like an explosion) Range increases as rank increases. As an academy the range would be atleast a 5ft radius from the user.
Jutsu's Element:N/A
Description: Basically this will be the advance use of chakra control. As the user, one will be able to create a chakra field to sense nearby objects and and people. As the user increase the rank, basically the control advances to that of that level.
Rp Sample
Tsu paused. She released her chakra in a 10 foot (5ft radius) sphere around her. She couldn't see any phisicaly shapes, but she could sense the walls around her and was able to continue to walk forward without bumping into them and find openings in the maze. She could sense Rai on the other side of the wall when he fell with in the charkas sphere, but lost his presence when he moved in an opposite direction away from her.
This may seem pointless, but discuss it and let me know what you think.

I know there are more before Luo, but I'm starting at Luo and will probably get the others that are before him.

@Martin Spiralwave: Set Physical Restriction and Sudden Crashing Water Cannon Gate to A-Rank and they're approved. I'm not so sure about the Black Hole Force though. I need a second opinion on that one from the Crew. The Seal Creation Jutsu and Explosive Jutsu are Approved. I also need another opinion for the Half-Step Genjutsu.

@Ocean Djinn: I don't quite understand your Jutsu. Could you redo the description and make it better?

@Martin Sprialwave...again: Sound Array is just like the Hell's Ear Technique so it is Denied. Sentry Array and Restraining Seal are Approved. I need a second opinion on the Tracking Winds.
@Thunder: Well I can't go Grammar Nazi on you until after I review the Techniques. Exploding Insects and Insect Pillar are Accepted. Eight Eyes Jutsu must be lowered to no more than a 10m Vision. 5 miles is far too severe for a Genin. 5 miles is about Jounin or Sannin. And please use Capitalization, correct punctuation, and a friggen Spell Check!!! scream

After just reviewing previous Jutsus I realized that there is just one Jutsu left that is being argued over. I think this should be opened again, but I need another member of the Crew to back me up on doing this. I don't want Gregar to kill me when he gets back.

Description:
An array of seals that can either amplify or obscure sound within or outside a room. Common uses are found in meeting rooms when high ranking individuals communicate secretly with each other within a room. Other uses are for ninja to place within a room and beside them to they can hear through the first seal. This technique cannot be used to counter itself without meeting Unsealing requirements.
Rp Sample:
The seal placed under the conference table released no chakra into the room, only transferring sound through time and space to the 'other end' held by the Sannin ear so he could eavesdrop on the conversation. Unsealing their own Seal Array technique was simple for a man of his skill caliber, especially since he himself developed the jutsu.

Description:
This array of seals act as watchful guards when placed in the desired location. Hovering less than 1/4 of an inch from the seal will be a shimmering sphere shape that resembles an eye. Made of chakra this eye is capable of watching and recording anything it sees, transferring this information to a central seal that stores the actions seen. When coupled with the Sound Array technique audio can be heard.
Rp Sample:
As the invading shinobi passed under an arch the hidden seal suddenly activated, creating a subtle pattern of chakra that formed a hovering orb. The invader, unaware of the Sentry Seal, waited for his contact to arrive at the meeting point. As the sentry relayed the information back to it's summoner the Sound Seals around it also activated once the intruders contact came and they exchanged information. As the two left both seals faded into inactivity as a series of ANBU converged under the arch, alerted thanks to the aid of the vigilant Sannin.

Description:
This seal is placed on the back of the target, activating a ring of glowing white light lined with spectral seals coated in blue flames. The restraining seal forces the victims hands behind their back but keeps their hands far apart so as not to use handseals. Their legs are also circled by this ring of light, locking their ankles together and leaving them helpless until the seal is deactivated.

The boy telled in surprise as he felt a tap on his back. Suddenly rings of light encompassed his body and intense pain ran up his arms and legs as they were forced into an awkward position, tightly bound by an invisible force. Each ring was lined with a series of tag burning with blue flames,

Description:
An extremely powerful hunting technique initated when a seal is placed on a target or an accurate representation of their specific chakra pattern is presented to the user. Once this is accomplished the user summons a large blank circle that surrounds their hands. Instantly black lines form a detailed drawing of the user's current country followed by a haze of purple light illuminating the inside of the circle. Bordering the circle are hundreds of Kanji representing various things such as Longitude, Latitude, Depth, and ect. After two posts the jutsu will locate the target with a glowing purple dot, along with a small window pane showing their exact location. The diagram can be transferred onto a scroll to confirm the location of the target or whether or not they have moved. It can only sense ina a range of one country.
Rp Sample:
The circle expanded to about 10 feet wide, pulsating with violet light as the sannin channeled his chakra into the seal. The border came alive with moving kanji rapidly roatating around the forming shape of the Water Country. Waves of violet light washed over the large circle and a stream of kanji from the border spun into the diagram center, forming a tight circle around the mountain several miles in the distance. Soon the circle paused and the kanji righted themselves around a perfect violet dot.
Light flashed next to this dot, revealing a window of light that showed the Sannin target sleeping in a small cabin. Smiling he lifted his hands from the diagram and looked over the location of the rogue ninja, memorizing the presice location before unraveling a roll of blank parchment and sealing the diagram within.

Well all the Jutsus have been judged except the one that Gregar is arguing over. Since it is going to be a while until he's back, I think that this should be re-opened now.

I know I'm not staff, and have no true say in the matter, however. That tracking winds seal is way too over powered. The only requirement on it is that you're in the same country, and it shows you exactly where the person you want to find is? That is just too powerful. Even for a sannin level technique.

I wasn't too sure about it myself, but if Gregar comes back and says that it shouldn't be allowed, then it will be revoked and denied. Whoever else is the Main Custom Jutsu Mod can also revoke it. Don't worry. If it is decided that it isn't a good Jutsu, then jutsice shall serve its purpose.
BUT LET'S OPEN THIS THREAD!!!! I've been in dire need of creating Bubble Jutsus.
