hey Luo, it might be to soon to ask. But are we holding jounin exams aswell or just the chunin exams? Cuz I need an ANBU captain and my current jounin is no where to be found. She hasn't posted since before the Kyuubi attack.
But I could always make someone a special jounin and make them ANBU captain. I mean Anko and most of the ANBU were only special jounins. XD......special whee

Just chuunin exams. You can just post an announcement in Konoha/post in teh auto-rank thread that you need a special jounin. People will hop on that.
@Panthers: Actually....it already exists. Look at the mist sword style. At the seventh stage is when you are capable of after-images...which would make sense because that sort of speed is just plain crazy. And it has drawbacks too, because if it didn't there would be no fighting someone with that capability.
What I might do is add shunshin to the universal jutsu list as a chuunin ability for those who have speed as one of their shinobi skills, and make it a jounin technique for those who don't. Because I've actually been wondering about this technique anyway. It just drives me up a wall when people use it constantly to avoid attacks, so I'll have to modify it a bit.
