Lucus raised a brow at her, "Weather we have different tastes or not, you live here as well so some of the say should go to you. So, if I ask you for help, and you help me, then the choices will become a combination of both our likings." He looked over to see what she was circling in the book, scribbling down quick notes about the things on a piece of paper. "The more we like what is in our home, the cozier it will become."
Lanie's eyes were still locked onto her drawing before she herd Lance's voice so suddenly which made her almost jump out of her skin, "LANCE!" She looked up at him quickly, "Geeze.. you scared the heck out of me! Last I checked I was out here alone and then you go and pop up behind me!" She put a hand over her chest and took a deep breath. "Anyways, it's nice to see you out here! It's gorgeous."
Akita made a face at Wolfram and Alric, thinking they were both cute and odd at the same time. Diedrick seemed unshaped by everything, instead he sat there quite intently eying the chocolate. Moving away from everyone Akita headed to the door, unlocked it and swung it open to see who it was.

It took a while for Vempyremon to circle everything that she saw that may or may not have been necessary for Lucus' need to arrange things. She didnt respond to him until she was done. After that, she put the writing utensil down and gave Lucus back the catalog filled with...stuff. She made yes and no notes and maybes and definite yes's. There were many things in there that looked interesting, but Vempyremon didnt want to burn all of Lucus' money. "There. Just choose your favorite out of the ones I circled." After that, Vempyremon just crossed her legs on the chair to sit on before getting comfortable.
Lance didnt respond to her reaction and still looked at the drawing with his head hovering over her shoulder. But now that he was noticed, he didnt have to worry about resting his head on Lanie's shoulder and giving her a heartattack...so he did, but still stared at the drawing. "So, what is that for? Or just a doodle design?" Lance obviously didnt respond to Lanie's shock over someone else being outside besides her. It was a surprise no one else was.
The door broke Kain's concentration only for a second, and had it back on the two in front of him. He sat Wolfram back up who just fell over again, then he decided to drag Diedrick into the little learning area for his sake. Diedrick wasnt going to get any of the chocolate unless he worked for it. While Kain continued to teach the three brats, the front door was opened to reveal Abel who was soon followed by Cameron.

For a little bit Lucus flipped through the book in silence, taking further notes on what had been selected, taking notes on the cost, doing a bit of math and dicing what would go where. He worked quickly but efficiently as he scribbled on countless pieces of blank paper before he was done. "Bloody hell there we go!" despite the point everything had started as a jumble of notes, he held up a single pieces of paper now, organized in a neat little chart with cost and it's location, even the final cost of everything. He gave a proud grin as he showed off his work.
Lanie sat there, her eyes on her work again, "Just a random piece. Designing clothing really makes me happy for some reason. I can't sew for the life of me but just getting to design the garments is quite enjoyable." She looked back at Lance and smiled, "You'll be a great ruler, one day possible with an outstanding mate to stand by his side. Myself, I'd just love to draw clothing."
Diedrick eyed his father, his ears going back while a hand reached out to point at the chocolate. "Abel. The doctor." Akita welcomed them both with a small bow, her attention more focused on Cameron, "Do you have news on my daughters?"

For a while, Vempyremon stayed silent as Lucus did what he did with the catalog and the other piece of paper, and just fondled with her long skirt for no apparent reason, maybe to just pass the time. She looked up when he announced that he was finished. "Maybe you should be a little quieter with the cursing. Unborn or not, fetuses can still listen." Despite that, she really wanted to say how excited she was to see the new furniture and such, hoping that it wasnt too much to begin with. "Sorry, that was abrupt."
Only for just a few more seconds, Lance looked at the design then backed off away from Lanie, pacing himself around the gazebo and put a hand on one of the pillar-like shapes holding up the frame of it. He turned back to look at Lanie, then jumped up on the thin wooden railing that lined the tiny area. "Maybe you should go into sewing. It's not too late to learn how." Lance sighed and just looked away towards the rest of the garden, balancing himself on the guard rail. "Dont say that..."
Kain wasnt going to give Diedrick the chocolate just like that, and he made sure Diedrick knew he wasnt with one of his "Dont you do that" growls. If neither of them said anything soon, Kain would have probably eaten the entire chocolate bar by then. The card 'Der Hund' was still up and Alric has only muttered "Dur"... If Alric was able to say it, then maybe Wolfram would try to, too, since he's incapable of seeing anything because of his gypsy-blindfold. Kain was too focused on the three now to notice Cameron. Cameron walked in as he was greeted and he nodded to Akita. There, he showed a small bundle of fluff wrapped up in some pink cloth. Because it's a girl...simple doctor procedure. Kirsa was in the cloth...and she was so...so much tinier than any of the other five siblings.

Lucus paused completely, only his eyes moving to look down at Vempyremon's stomach. "Oh.. Um. My apologies my love." He looked the paper over before looking back at his mate. "Well. I will do so. Hopefully everything will be set and in place by the time they arrive. Have you seen the doctor again?" Even though he knew the child or children would not be his and that he despised their father, he was still interested. Especially since they would be housed in his home.
"That is true." She set her sketchbook down beside her, moving all her colouring and drawing supplies onto of it, "I could always learn to sew. Then I myself could make my designs a reality. Like that dress.." Her voice somewhat trailed off at the mention of the dress before she noticed Lance working his way up onto the guard rail. "Don't say what? No matter what though. I will always stand by your side. No matter what you choose in life."
Diedrick continued the stare down with his father, very intent on getting the chocolate. Making small motions Diedrick finally threw himself towards the sweet treat. "That.. it's her!" Akita smiled brightly at the sight of her missing child returning home. "Oh she's so small and fragile looking.." Her hand reached out carefully and extremely carefully stroked one of Kirsa's ears. "They're all here now.."

"No." It was a short and simple answer, before Vempyremon moved closer to Lucus and took hold of one of his hands to put on her small, but clearly visible belly. From there, he clutched his hands tightly. She didnt want to think about it. She, as well, had her head bowed, but her bright, ruby red eyes could be seen from beneath her black hair, looking at Lucus. "You should send off that catalog, then."
"Dont talk about my 'future mate'." Lance still had his head turned to the outer garden, taking in its full beauty before looking back at Lanie and smiling a little bit at hers. "I know. I'm so hopless, arent I?" Lance knew was, yet he still smiled at it. He was smart and ambitious, and didnt have to think about a mate to know how to rule in place of his father. He wouldnt get lonely if Lanie kept to her word and stood by his side.
Kain acted quickly and tried to catch Diedrick in midair before he got to the chocolate. Alric tried to get to the sweets next, but Kain easily took him down just as he did Diedrick. After hearing Akita shriekd with excitement, it made his head turn quickly in her direction. He saw mostly pink blankets from his perspective on the floor, but it only could have meant one thing. Quickly, he jumped up and took the chocolates into his pocket before anyone else could nab it and made his way to the commotion. Cameron wasnt moved by Kain's sudden presence...he was still wary of him. "Now, I have to warn you of...No. I wont. If anything happens, you bring her to me immediately. You cant just treat her like any other healthy child. Not until her condition is more stable" The light from the inside of the house made Kirsa squirm and whimper a little bit, but still didnt open her eyes.

Letting her take his hand he softly pet her stomach, "Yes, I will send it off as quickly as possible. Then we just have to wait." He glanced at her and smiled, "Even if they are not mine I promise I will be there for them. It is the least I can do for you." He meant it.
"I'm sorry." She got up from where she was sitting, a bright smile on her face as she made her way across the gazebo towards Lance. "You're not hopeless. You're just different Lance. But that is what makes you special. It's what makes you not the Beast but instead my Prince Charming." Carefully she sat down on the railing beside where Lance was standing.
Diedrick was unimpressed. He wanted that candy and he wanted it bad. An angry grunt escaped him. Akita nodded as Cameron spoke, "Yes, I.. We will be extremely cautious about her. We won't let the others play rough with her either." She was so excited to have her sixth child back with her at last. Happy to finally meet her.

Vempyremon moved her eyes from Lucus down to her belly. As much as it pained her, they would still have to tell Akita and Kain what happened. And soon, before they got caught up in other things and waited it out until it was too late. "We have to tell them..." The thought made her feel cold. 'It' made her feel cold. She never thought Kain could only just keep a resistance to cold. Everything about him felt cold. Even his...genes. Vempyremon shuddered with a sharp cold pain that struck through her body and made her lean forward against the chair. Struggling now to keep herself up. "We have to..."
Lance gave a sharp sigh and leaned backwards off the railing, eventually leaning back far enough where it looked like he had fallen over off the edge. But he still held onto the railing with his legs. He hung upside down now like a true bat. It was kind of more relaxing, but he didnt respond to Lanie and just crossed his arms over his chest and closed his eyes, listening to the pond nearby.
Alric ran towards the door and stopped by his father's legs to look up at what was going on up there. Cameron carefully handed Kirsa to Akita, and soon afterward, she started crying. That was when Cameron pulled something out of the pocket of his coat. It looked like any other ordinary bottle, but inside was some special 'formula' for Kirsa. "She's hungry. I advise giving her this." Kain was still in his sight, however, and as his reason for being here in the first place was now gone, he turned to leave...but not before speaking to Kain, and Kain alone, but not caring if Akita heard or not. "Sir, you're going to have to speak to Mister Lucus about what you did sooner or later. Remember it, or not..." With that, Cameron left.

Lucus set the page down on his desk and heaved a heavy sigh. He knew Vemp was right. They had to go speak to the two of them. His hatred of Kain couldn't change that fact. "Would you.. like to get that over with now..? Then we really don't have to worry about it.. It seems.. somewhat better that way, you can rest knowing that horrid deed is done and that the truth is known by everyone."
Lanie peered down at Lance. She didn't speak for the first bit, mainly because she didn't get a response from Lance. "Lance.. do you think I'll ever be a mother? I mean.. not anytime soon.. Just. In general you know? I wonder the same thing about being a bride sometimes but.. after seeing the babies at Miss Akita's house... that one has been more dominant in my mind. And. No staring at my butt while you're down there." She giggled after saying the last bit.
Akita nodded at Cameron, offering the bottle to Kirsa. She listened to what Kain was told by Cameron. Her head turning from looking at the small infant to looking at them. "What you did...? Kain has done nothing. There is nothing he needs to speak to Lucus about.. at least nothing to my knowledge..Aside from busting down the door.."

Not even she wanted to see the reaction both of them bore from hearing the truth, but Vempyremon wanted it out of her mind...and hiding deep inside her mind, she wanted to be able to spend time with Kain again. Like old times. She didnt want to hide from him...but she didnt know how Lucus would think to her wanting to hang out. "Yes...please." Vempyremon sniffled a little bit and stood up straight to wait to see what Lucus wanted to do.
Lance shifted his arms from a cross on his chest to behind his head as if he was about to start doing sit-ups. His eyes look down, in his perspective, at Lanie and gives her a silent look before looking back outwards again. "Of course. If you want to be, you can. You have the potential." Lance kind of rolled his eyes at Lanie's last statement. He was no pervert. He'd do no such thing. His focus was on the outer upside down world.
Kirsa quickly took to the bottle as if she hasnt eaten in several days, but in truth, has been eating regularly as she should. Her hands are so dainty and small compared to Akita's. Compared to one of the other kids even. She was definitely a runt. Cameron turned himself around with his clipboard, that he carries around all the time, in his hand. It had his to-do list on it. "He did do something, and he appears not to remember it. That's the usual case. Speak with Lucus...or perhaps...Vempyremon for her point of view in all of this."

Lucus left the paper on the desk as he got up, he'd either come back for it or Ooy would take care of it. Ca-Talia possibly but she was blind and would be clueless as to what the page said. Unless of course the spirits could read it for her, they were her eyes most of the time. "Well then. Let us be off then. I'm sure Lanie and Lance will be fine on their own if we are gone for a little while." He held out a hand to Vempyremon to lead her out and off to their destination.
She peeked down at Lance as he did his upside down sit-ups. "Yes. I suppose I do have the potential. But then comes the part of finding somebody to father the children with. I mean I can't pull children out of the air. It takes two to do such a thing. And then there is my fear of pregnancy and giving birth.." She shuddered a bit at the idea.
Akita turned her attention back to examining Kirsa. "Yes.. We will speak to them. I am curious as to know what could have happened. I'm sure it's not anything too serious though." She sighed a bit. Clueless to how wrong she was.

He didnt really have anything else to say. Lance wasnt a female and he didnt have those kinds of feelings of wanting to give birth to a child. He couldnt anyway. The conversation got a little uncomfortable, so he decided to change it. With a forcefull tug, Lance tugged on Lanie's tail, trying to get her to fall into the pond behind them. Even if she didnt fall, he would have anyway, because it felt like a nice day for a swim, even if the fish in the pond didnt think so.
Cameron stood there, wanting to leave, but then not wanting to leave. He was still worried about Kirsa, and knowing him, he still wanted to try and 'experiment' on her. No...that wouldnt have been right for a small kid. He just wanted an excuse to spend time with the little pup before he was left alone in his lab again. Unable to talk or even willing to open her eyes yet, she provided some good company for him. Kain, on the other hand, was confused, and even looked at Akita with some seriousness to show that he did nothing wrong. "I did nozhing. You accuse me of doing somezhing wrong?!"

Feeling the tug on her tail Lanie gripped quickly onto the guard rail, not wanting to fall off. "Lance! N-no! I don't want to get my dress all icky!" *she clung tighter as she lost her balance. "Y-you can go in the water if you'd like, I'd much rather stay up here and stay dry!" She fluttered her wings a bit to try to maintain her balance.
Akita pet her daughters ears softly, giving Kain a warm smile, "I am not accusing you of doing anything wrong. You told me back then I could trust you. And I do." She looked down at Kirsa for a moment before returning her attention to Kain, "Vor allem, da du mir gegeben hast so ein wunderbares Geschenk. Meine sechs schöne Kinder. (lol translator "Especially since you have given me such a wonderful gift. My 6 beautiful children.")"

Rolling his eyes, Lance did an upside down shrug and let his legs go of the guard rail to rebound into the water with a splash. It must have been a girl thing. Girls dont like feeling 'icky'. Whatever that meant. He reaches the surface and looks at Lanie very disappointed-like. "You know, that's why they have clothes washers, but...alright. Choose not to have fun." Lance quickly dives under, however deep the pond is to begin with, and chases after a fish with no intention of eating it for dinner...just to have 'fun'. Guy fun.
"Nein. Not you accusing...Zhis..." , "Maniac?" Cameron finishes Kain's sentence for him. He's still there. Seeing if Akita could even handle Kirsa's condition, or maybe in hopes that Vempyremon and Lucus would arrive before he left so he could talk them through it. A big part of him hoped so. Kain, desperately thinking that Cameron was telling a lie, hugged Akita tightly, careful not to disrupt her holding Kirsa. He pets Kirsa as well to feel her soft, untainted fur, hoping that she'd open her eyes so he could see them.

Lanie frowned a bit down at the water. "Lance..." She watched the water to see if Lance would come up. She was only wearing a simple summer dress but she was still concerned about it, more so than herself getting a bit dirty. She looked down at it wondering for a moment before slipping it off, draping it over the guard rail and slipping into the water in her under garments. Coming up to the surface she took a deep breath "OH! That's cold!"
As Kain hugged her she cuddled against him as well trying not to disturb Kirsa. Her eyes shifting to look at Cameron, "Is there anything you can tell us about her condition? Just so that we are aware? I'd be best to know so that we can be prepared if something comes up." She questioned him out of curiosity and concern for her daughters well-being now that she was finally home.
