"Yeah, candy can do that to you, and I say this from experience." Azure said, frowning slightly at the memory of her own candy overdoses. Then she set to the sandwich in front of her, munching happily. She quickly finished, not wanting to encourage Kuno's stomach ache. "Thanks! That should hold me over until the kitchen clears up, if it does." She said this as half statment, half question. "It seems to always be busy here." she smiled.

Kuno smiled and chuckled. "I doubt it ever will." He informed her, thinking on how crazed it must be to be in the kitchen. Once you go in, you're generally stuck there for a LONG time. For goodness sake, he wasn't sure if Dice's pups had ever left that darned kitchen!

Azure smiled at Kuno, but cast a nervous glance at the kitchen door. She wasn't used to being in a place with so much activity going on. "Well, I'll have to go in there eventually. When that time comes, I hope you'll be there to keep me safe." she said, leaning her head once again on his comfy shoulder.

Kuno's eyes softened as Azure laid her head on him. "Of course." He said softly, wagging his tail. Realizing he was getting a little too soft, he quickly continued, "But in the mean time, what would you like to do?"

Azure took a moment to think, then giggled, "I haven't been here long enough to know what there is to do around here." She pulled her head up and looked aroung the room. She spotted a bright green ball in the corner. "Hey! A ball! Do you like soccer? It would be one on one, but still fun!"

Kuno watched Azure, smiling as he did so. Realizing she had made a suggestion, he paid closer attention. "Soccer? What's soccer?" He questioned. He'd never played that. All he'd ever played with a ball was trying to see who could stand on top of it longest. That's what you get when you have three moonlits (Dice, Casper, and Dakota) all dying to be like Freya when it came to gymnastics.

"You've never heard of soccer?!" Azure was shocked, having grown up with it. "You poor thing! Well, the basic idea is that there are two teams with their own goals opposite each other. Each team tries to get the ball into the other team's goal only by kicking and head-butting it. You can't carry it. Because we are one on one, we just try to get the ball from each other into the goals. If I got the ball, I'd kick it into your goal for 2 points, and vise-versa." She was excited that she was able to teach Kuno soccer. "There's more to it, but we can get to those later if you like it."

Kuno listened intently on the rules of how to play and decided it sounded pretty fun. "We can play to ten points and then I'll show you one of my games. Fair enough?" He wanted to show her Gem's version of tag - possibly one of his favorites. Though, he'd never tell Gem that.

Jumping excitedly, Azure said "Sure! Now we have to find the goals, preferably in a spot where we won't break anything with a wild kick...." Luckly, there was space on the opposing walls that was clear. "Okay, this will do." She said, going to one wall and making a pile of pillows to represent her goal. Then she did the same for Kuno. "If you will get the ball we can begin!" She said, her tail twitching.

Kuno, having yelling from upstairs that sounded like Hanaka had finally given birth, he glanced at Azure, to the staircase, and back at Azure. He wanted to see the puppies he'd be dealing with, but wasn't sure if he wanted to leave. The noise softened after a bit, giving Kuno the thought that maybe Hana and Mercy were registering they had puppies. He was quite curious as to his packmember's wellbeing after labor... but.
The only thing Kuno did in response to Azure was stand there looking confused. But he hastily decided he'd stay. If Mercutio needed help, he'd go through here first and see Kuno. But through out Azure's explanation, he had zoned out. "Ummm, what?"

Azure had heard the noise from upstairs but didn't know what it was about. She figured that if it was important someone would pass through and she could find out then. Besides, the game with Kuno was important to her and she didn't want to be distracted. "I said that if-" she started, then stopped herself. She had noticed that Kuno had been looking upstairs where the yelling was coming from. She cocked her head, not wanting to ask but knowing she had to. "Do you know what's going on up there?" she asked slowly. "Are you supposed to be part of it?"

Kuno shook his head, the screaming hushing and it falling to silence. Turning to Azure he shook his head again, "No. Just a pack member was having her puppies. Her mate, Mercutio, will come find me if needed." He answered quickly, glancing at the stare case and back to Azure.

"Oh, puppies!" Azure said wistfully, distracted for the moment. She wanted to have a litter of her own someday. It was just a matter of finding the right mate. Then she shook her head, smiling at herself, and got the ball. "Okay! Remember, you're protecting the goal on your side and trying to get the ball into the goal opposite yourself." She stood in the center, looked at Kuno over the ball and grinned. "Ready or not, hear I come!" She ran towards him, kicking the ball with her paws.

Kuno hesitantly looked at Azure as she came charging towards him. What was he supposed to do, tackl her? Stopping where he was he simply stared as Azure came barreling towards him, groaning as he realized there would be a collision and he didn't have enough time to move.

As Azure rushed toward Kuno she slowly realized he wasn't moving, and she was closing in fast. Luckily, lots of soccer practice gave her good reflexes. Unfortunatly, she was used to others having quick reflexes as well. She kicked the ball off to the side and tried to turn, but her momentum carried her right into Kuno. They bounced off each other. After a few rolls Azure smacked into the wall. "OWW!!!" she yelped. Her nose and left leg were hurting badly, but she jumped up as quickly as she could and rushed to check on Kuno. "AreyouokayI'msosorryIshouldhaveexplaineditbetterareyouhurtI'msosorry!" She made herself stop panicing. "Are you hurt?" she asked carefully.
