Hollice cleared the brush effortlessly and continued to dodge her way in and out of tress with surprisingly, graceful speed! "Every stride is like gliding on air!" she thought almost forgetting to stop when she reached her destination. "woah!" grabbing a tree she slid to a stop and saw what the knife had caught, she laughed "Got it!". It was a
--now dead-- medium sized fowl, hit right under the wing, where she had guessed it was about to fly away.

Walking over, she breathed in its sweet smelled and smiled "Back home I was good! but not this good!" she thought crouching down to pull the knife out. It was only a practice shot because the bird happened to be in the area but hollice didn't mind bring it back for lunch either. "heh, heh, no sense in wasting it" she chuckled. "Hey carlos? Look what I caught!" she called back, grinning wildly.

...but before she could even stand...hollice vanished in a dark blur of gray...

Sam was still looking at the little village market seen I wonder if I can fit through this door and before Sam really thought about what she was doing she put her hand thought the portal and then like a flash she was in the market place out of breath and hurting almost all over and dazed she was in a crouching position. "Oh my god" Sam heaved "that hurt like hell what the..." Sam looked around and saw that most beautiful city she ever seen it was like something out of a dream with marble calloms and huge building all of white and gray the city seem to glow. Sam stood up and she was not a gigantic like she had been thinking. In fact she was normal sized and so was this city. “Where am I?” then out of no where she was pulled out of the spot she was standing she turned to see who would dare do this her hand on her blade but what she saw was so awesome that her brain seem to stop all together it was a man like her! Yet he was so beautiful it almost hurt to look at him he released her then bowed taking off his hat to revel midnight black hair that fell in deep wave like the sea after a storm. His face was hauntingly handsome with a deep tan and his eyes where the same as Sam’s cat like with a burnt yellow coloring that took her breath away his ears and tail where that of cat as well they where a soft gray and looked like silk in the sun. "Please forgive me maiden but you ‘Jumped’ in the middle of the busy street and I was afraid that you would be hit by a cart." He said his voice rambled deep in his throat as though he was purring “Please allow me to introduce myself, I am Tomoda the Valliant” he bowed again “I am high adviser to the Queen of Corgon and what prey tell is your name malady?” Sam just stared at him then she said what nether her or Tomoda expected “you look just like me…” then she fainted and Tomoda caught her “well I have not had that reaction in a while” he laughed then he picked her up and put her on a nearby stack of hay and beckoned his servant to go and get water for him “I will help you dear one as long as it takes” he said as he stoked a few hair out of her face

After finishing breakfast Alex had fallen asleep. He stirred abit and woke up. "So Sam wht do you want to do" He asked, looking around, he didn't see her anywhere."Sam?...okay if this is some sort of joke too scare me it's not going too work, if you want too do that you should have either moved me somewhere or moved everything" he said standing up. "...okay Sam c'mon out I know your around here somewhere" He said, chuckling abit. "...okay Sam...your scaring me abit c'mon out" then he noticed the small shed. "What the heck?" He noticed the door was open. He walked over too the door. "Okay Sam I don't know why you would think this was a good hiding spot but..." He stopped midsentance as he looked inside. He saw a portal too some sort of city, a city filled with different creatures. "um...not what I expected but...ok" He poked the portal abit and seeing his finger wasn't missing and their was no pain he lept throught, landing in the middle of a street, a cart was comming fast. "Holy..." He rolled backwards out of the way. He looked around taking in the sight. Okay...atleast were not alone or anything He thought. Giving his mind a minute too adjust too the surrounding. he stopped looking when he saw sam lying in a pile of hay across the street. he took a step out but jumped back as a fast moving cart passed by. it seemed like rush hour started as more carts started moving. Alex decided it would be suicide if he tried too run throught the busy street so he started looking for a way around, he thought of a way thought if he couldn't find a way around.

Sam felt some sort of cool cloth on her head she had seen a noblemen a very handsome noblemen that looked just like her she hoped that she had not been dreaming or something as her censes came back to her she could hear a busy street with people shouting and horses nahing then all of a sudden she was being lifted by strong hands and arms her fuzzy thoughts started to come back to her then she said softly with out opening her eyes
"where are you taking me?"
then a male voice said "I am taking you to my house so you can rest dear one"
she then opened her eyes and looked at the man who was holding her it was him the noblemen
"oh my... Sam whispered "wait please you do not have to take me anywhere I am fine...please do not trouble yourself"
the man stopped
"well are you sure malady my house is very comfortable and you would safe to take a rest there."
"no no I’m fine and I'm in no need of a rest a promise but thank you" Sam said looking up at the handsome face
"well if there is anything I can do for you miss...? "Oh Samantha sorry I did not tell you my name but I can think of one thing you can do for me Mr.Tomoda"
"yes and what is that malady?
"you could put me down" Sam said blushing deep red
"oh right so sorry I did not mean to keep you in my arms" he put her down gently on her feet "I was just taking you to me carriage"
Sam bowed her head to him as to thank him and he bowed his head in return "thank you for your help sir and now I will take my leave of your company good day" Sam turned to go and maybe find her way back to the forest but Tomoda walked after her
"malady Samantha if you will let me I would like to be your escort for the day if you will have me that is?"
Sam turned back around and smiled at him again "I thank you for your kindness sir but you do not have to bother yourself you my welfare" "please your welfare is no bother to me malady" Tomoda smiled at her in return "if you will let me I know this city very well and if I may say I do know the best places to dine would you like to eat luncheon meal with me?" Sam blushed again and bowed her head in expectance he then extended his arm and she took it

Carlos doved down and grabbed Holly, "HOLLY! DAMN IT YOU WAKE UP!" he looked at the wolves savagely devouring the creature, Well at least their allies. He look at Holly and began to scan her for any injuries and found none. He sighed in relief then mounted her on his back and look at the wolves, he noticed he was close to the cavern he had taken Samantha to a while back he bowed to the wolves and took Holly to the cavern, he took the passage leading to the hot spring, he ripped he shirt sleave and soaked it in the warm water, he then placed it on her forehead, "Holly..." he sat next to her.
