Kikyo nodded.
"As I said before, only if you want to tell it." She said, taking her eyes away from the door way. "But I won't make you. If you'd like, I'll tell mine first."

((Sorry I take so long; I had to log off because my time was up.))

"I would rather say mine first, it hurts to keep it locked up any longer. It is a burden I've wanted to remove for several years since what was supposed to be my fifty-first birthday...I think..."

Koudo took a deep breath and began to prepare for his tale of misery and a quest that he had pursued for quite a long time. Koudo wasn't who he always acted like; he was something much more different than that.

"I will begin at of course the beginning, where my tale first began. This is not a story of my life, but a story of my misfortune and how I became an outcast in regular society or at least to myself. Fifty years ago, I was a child of the Misha Clan, already learning the art of Earth Styled Techniques of my Kekkei Genkai and the elders could see great promise in me due to the abnormal amount of Chakra I had for a child. My potential also caught the eye of another, not Orochimaru however. My first curse was dealt by a corrupted man named Fudimara. This man was a corrupted being that wanted nothing more then to live forever and continue feeding off others. You see, he was a Parasite in the sense he used others to feed off their Chakra to live forever. Of course he found no luck in the Rock Village since we prepared for him and captured him. As his dying words were screamed throughout the village, he cursed the youngest of the Misha Clan to never grew old and watch others die around him. I was the youngest at the time and his curse was placed on me, but it wasn't as permanent. I watched as my friends grew older and became Chunin while I remained the same and because of the way I was, they kept me a Genin. My birthdays became a joke to me since nothing changed. This curse however eventually caught the eye of the snake known as Orochimaru while he was still developing Forbidden Techniques in the Leaf Village. He managed to capture me in an attempt to develop a technique for immortality using the curse placed on me by Fudimara. Many attempts only altered the curse on me to a more restricting effect, though it did help create his first working Curse Mark. This one was flawed however; It made me immune to the flow of time, to never age by recycling my Chakra output and using it to restore my cells at a rapid rate so fast I couldn't use regular Jutsu. However, my Kekkei Genkai allowed me to use Earth Jutsu still, so my pursuit of being a Shinobi wasn't destroyed by his experimenting. Orichimaru also corrupted it to a point it seems to be lasting forever and not wearing off like Fudimara's original curse. Seeing research on me was no longer required, he planned to destroy me to get rid of evidence, but that day was the same day he was found out by the one known as Sarutobi. Seeing no time to destroy his lab, he left me along with a few other subjects. I however escaped before being found out. Since I was a child, I assumed things and I assumed the men trying to catch Orochimaru wanted to destroy his research and abominations as well. After I escaped, I began to practice my abilities as a mercenary and eventually worked for my old Village. That is my tale of misfortune and ever since I began my mercenary work I've been looking for a cure to this mark and Madara might know of such a thing."

Koudo told his story for the first time to Kikyo and it felt good to not have a burden anymore, to be free of being locked up by personal feelings and secrets. Koudo didn't want to say anymore and waited to see what Kikyo would think of him and what she would realize from his tale.

"So...you're still a kid right now?" Kikyo asked, after letting the story sink in. "And it is because of Fudimara, then Orochimaru took over it? Even more of a reason to kill Orochimaru than I have." Kikyo didn't look very mad, but her voice sounded kind of harsh. "Well, would you like me to keep my end of the bargain now, or wait till later to tell my story. Mine, unlike yours, is my life story and is pretty simple."

"Yes I would like to, but from a different point then I’ am now. I haven't truly seen light for quite awhile and would like to hear your story better."

Koudo wanted to listen to Kikyo’s story, but he had a vague idea of what it could be already. Since she had already displayed her secret in a sense, it was time for Koudo to do the same. Concentrating to move around the rocks that formed his armor, the shell Koudo used started to shift in different places till it eventually formed a chair made of stone. Sitting on that chair was a child, looking no more then maybe eight years of age. His hair was a bit scruffy from years of dirt, along with his light skin being smudged with dirt. The child wore a long sleeved shirt and pants that at one time use to be white, but were brown from years of staying in that same rock armor. The child's face displayed happiness with a slight smile and spoke.

"Now I'm ready to listen to your story, Kikyo-chan."

What voice came out of the child's mouth wasn't the voice of the false Koudo that was deep and rigid like before, but the voice of the real Koudo that sounded much better to the ears. Koudo had used a special formulation of rocks to create a voice more fitting to a man in his fifties, but outside there was no use for it. Staring with gleaming eyes towards Kikyo, eager to listen to her story maybe even more then Kikyo wanted to listen to Koudo's before. The chair he had made wasn't really his size as well, he was after all only four foot four in height and the chair he had created was made for someone maybe more towards a grown adult.

Kikyo nodded, some how undisturbed by the sight of Koudo's true form.
"Alright. My story just starts off with me and my mom alone in the desert. She took me into the forest from there, and that's when it ended for her. Orochimaru found us, said he'd been trailing us for a while, and demanded my mom give me to him. She refused, and fought back. He killed her, and took me to his lab." Kikyo paused here for a breath, before continuing. "He had been a missing ninja for a while, so he had many labs and had met Kabuto already. They took me in, and gave me an annoying cat demon that was almost dead. After a few years I didn't meet Orochimaru's expectations, so he ordered Kabuto to kill me. Kabuto refused, i think, because of how hard he had to work in order to get my DNA and Tasugaka's to meld together and make the demon stable. From there he abandoned me at Konoha, hoping I'd die. I was found and raised in Konoha, slowly plotting my revenge on Orochimaru. I was kinda mad to here Sasuke had done what I myself had been planing. And that leads us to here." Kikyo looked at Koudo and waited a moment before asking,
"Any questions?"

"No I don't Kiyko-chan. I lost my mother as well, but your loss of her was far worst then mine...."

Koudo leapt from his recently made chair and walked towards his bed. With a heaving of his arms, Koudo lifted himself onto his bed and sat down facing Kikyo. Both their stories were quite dramatic, but they both had one common antagonist: Orochimaru. Fudimara was the first cause for his, but Orochimaru had the black heart too continue Fudimara's curse.

"So what now Kikyo? I remember Hidan destroyed your room, where are you suppose to go?"

Koudo was thinking of offering his room and he could go sleep somewhere outside; he was already use to living in rock for the past few years, it wouldn't be much of a change for him. On the other hand it felt really good not to be restricted by his armor anymore and he kind of wanted to sleep in a real bed for once instead of rock, but Koudo was a gentleman; he promised his mother he would be always.

"I think you should have my room, I can sleep outside or I can fix up your room for my liking instead."

Kikyo shook her head.
"I'll fix my room up. I don't sleep a lot anyway." She said, standing up. "Goodnight." She bowed again and did her jutsu, then disappeared. she reappeared in her room and began her work.

"Goodnight..."

Koudo watched as Kikyo disappeared, hoping she would be okay in that wreck of a room. The now free Koudo crawled to the head of his bed and got ready to sleep. Pulling up the blankets and resting in his bed, Koudo was quickly asleep with not a thought in his head. The past few days seemed to just didn't seem to matter and it finally felt good to sleep in some other then rocks. There was plenty of room for Koudo on the bed, it was after all two feet longer then he needed.

Niseru thought it was safe now to roam the hideout without hiding, since it was apparent to him Pein wasn't too angry with him or he thought he wasn't angry. Niseru enjoyed some food in the hall; some would say he was having a ball. He did his best to keep quiet, since other members were apparently sleeping, which he didn't get why at all. He had arranged many foods from his own reserve for himself, not wanting to share; he only ate them at night. Many treasures he had collected from his journey to the Leaf Village, including some very important books. Bingo Books he had collected or more have stolen and now knew very well the Missing-Nin's from Volume one to the latest that could be bought. That would explain the form Niseru had taken now; the form of Sasori was Niseru's first to tryout. They had Sasori's true form listed after his death as in the list of deceased Missing-Nin, so it was available for use.

Kikyo managed to get Hidan's blood off the wall and get a door up. She began her work on repairing her bed and sighed.
"If this is life in the Akatsuki, I wonder why anyone would stay here." She muttered, fitting one of the legs onto the splintered base. The mattress was a heap in the corner and was covered in splinters. This was gonna be a long night.

Pein walked around the hideout. He heard Koudo's soft breathing, which meant he was sleeping. He walked a few more doors down and heard Kikyo cursing under her breath and the occasional soft bang of a rock to wood or metal. He went to open the door, but it wouldn't budge. He sighed and knocked softly on the door, not wanting to appear in there while she was changing or something. With a teenager in your hands, who knew.
"What?" Kikyo called back, slight annoyance in her voice. "If you aren't out to kill me, come in if you can.
Pein sighed and appeared inside.
"Where's your door?" He asked, slightly confused.

"Hidan destroyed it about an hour ago." Kikyo said, as though it were no big deal. "Because I annoyed him pretty badly."
Pein opened his mouth to say something, thought better of it, and said
"Well, see you tomorrow." He then disappeared again, leaving Kikyo to her curses and mumbling.

"So you are Pein's new apprentice or something? How cute."

The scythe wielding follower of Jashin was quickly infront of Kikyo's door, his scythe in his right hand. Hidan sensed something wrong when his god's symbol was erased from the wall of Kikyo's room, which was why it was there in the first place. He had walked from his room when he was alerted and waited for Pein to leave. Hidan wasn't as angry now, but he was still a bit ticked Kikyo bothered him. He felt causing pain to non-living objects wasn't as satifiying as the rendering of flesh and wanted real revenge. It wasn't Hidan's choice; it was part of Jashin's teachings that required real pain to be made and usually death to finish it.

"This mess was just a warning, now the real pain begins and I don't give a sh*t about who you are, Pein's special little b**ch or not. I heard you wanted death and I'm here to grant it!"

Hidan always said he wanted to kill Pein openly to other members and he figured killing his little apprentice would be just as good. Other then what he had heard, Hidan didn't know much about Kikyo and didn't have much of an opinion about her then the fact she was a trouble maker. Hidan raised his scythe and tossed it towards Kikyo, in hopes to strike Kikyo and take a sample of her blood.

Tobi appeared between Kikyo, and Hidan's scythe catching it in mid air. "Hidan no kill, Kikyo." He said, as he turned to look at Kikyo, "Tobi is a good boy...." He said, "Here this belong to you?" He said, throwing the scythe back at Hidan, with tremendous force. Although Hidan knew of Madara's existance, he didn't know that Tobi, and Madara was the same person.....

"Damn it Tobi!"

Hidan used his coil to snare his scythe back into his hand, but not without cost. The force used to throw the scythe was far too strong for Hidan to completely take back into his hand and it sliced the top part of his chest. Hidan now stood with three scars and a tattered shirt along with his robe. Hidan only enjoyed pain when it was for Jashin, not for no reason.

"You know how f**king annoying you are?! How many times do I have to explain that if I pray for a kill and not get it, my god gets really pissed at me! I guess you little p**ck pranksters stay together..."

Hidan wanted to kill Tobi too for all those damn pranks he had pulled before, but he was far too fast to catch and if Kikyo was on his side, there was no real point in trying to go after them. Hidan just growled nothing to say but curses as he went back to his room. Since Hidan often went through many cloaks, it didn't matter to him if his robes were damaged, but the wound on his chest was pretty deep. Hidan would need to actually ask something from Pein if he didn't get a sacrifice for Jashin soon. Hidan's immortality was only constant as long as he killed and going too long without a kill would be blasphemy against his dogma. It was only two weeks since his last kill, but Hidan could tell Jashin was getting displeased.

Kikyo looked at Tobi. She knew something was off about Tobi, and it wasn't the fact that he, like her, did an annoying amount of pranks and stupidity, it was something else.
"What a minute...uh Tobi? How do you know my name?" She asked, a confused look on her face.
