In a sense, Athena was glad to finally be at the school. For one, she was away from her rowdy brothers who couldn't give her a moment's peace unless she threatened them, and away from her mom who had been practically crying with joy. She rolled her eyes at the memory.

Sighing, she picked up her schoolbag, wondering where exactly her classes were. But, more importantly, wondering how to get from the cafeteria to said classes. Why the cafeteria? She liked pasta. If they had pasta, she'd be sure to get her hands on it, whether she was about to go to class or not. Unless, of course, she wasn't hungry. But she always had room for pasta, so that was unlikely.

Thusly, she was humming as she walked down the halls to where her map indicated the cafeteria to be. Her ears twitched happily when she found it and she twirled in. It'd probably be a good idea, she reasoned, to make friends with the cook, so she entered the kitchens. Nothing could destroy her happy mood today! Not even piles of homework!

....Well, okay, maybe piles of homework.

Ophiuchus smiled warmly. "Well, I was in the area, so I thought I'd just drop by for a bit. He shot Kai a glance that seemed to say 'I know everything'." He looked back at the school behind him. "I think you did a great job. And lemme guess - my favorite relative was the one who dealt with all the paperwork?" It hadn't taken Ophiuchus long to become well-versed in the ways of the modern human world. Hell, he had even gotten a job for a bit.

The Serpent sighed. "Yeah, I guess teaching just really wasn't my thing. I always preferred traveling." He laughed. "I think the school will do just fine in their competition."

His eyes slitted, and he had a very cunning and mysterious look to him all of the sudden. "Expect me when you least expect it!"

Athena had happened to walk into the kitchens just as Danni was on her tiptoes, reaching for a bag of flour to help make pancakes. The opening of the door surprised her, and her hand knocked into the bag. With a stunned cry, she fell off her feet, landing on her button the floor even as the flour tipped over onto her head.

Cook, who stood at the stove, looked on amused as she was immersed in a cloud of white, and he heard a sneezing sound repeatedly. Finally he took pity on her, turning on the fans and blowing the flour out of the way. Doing do revealed a very surprised, very white Danni, sitting on her a** and surrounded by flour. As if to add to the moment, the bag of flour fell the rest of the way off the shelf, falling directly on her head so it blocked her eyes, and in the process got more flour all over her.

"God damn son of a bitching b*****d..." She muttered under her breath, pulling the bag off her head and throwing it down on the ground next to her. Blowing flour and hair out of her eyes, she looked up to see who had come in, and saw the girl. "Well, that's a nice entrance. You up for some pancakes...girl?" She asked, having no idea who this was.

Alphonse approached Shintero and Kai. His torso bore many scars and stitch marks across it from repeated hospital stays. Something that came as a bit of a shock to those that knew him was how muscular he was. He certainly wasn't bulky like a body builder, but his lanky body was quite toned. "Shintero, Im Alphonse Rowley, psychic extraordinaire. If you're looking for training in the ways of the mind, be they magic psychic or other, Id suggest my Strange Arts class. Although I myself am not skilled in the ways of magic, I'm capable of reading an opponents mind in the heat of battle with ease, meaning I can counter nearly anything you can throw at me. If you ever need a sparring partner, come find me. As for everything else, welcome to the school. I suggest you head inside and associate with the students, but that's entirely your choice."
He seemed oddly sociable today.

Ophiuchus snapped to attention and stood up straight, warily eying the caped entity. It was rather awkward, all of Ophi's haptic senses told him this was Riser, but at the same time his magical senses told him that this was not the same entity. Similar perhaps, but not the same.

Kai pulled his claymore off his back and watched the masked man on the lamp post. "so whos side are you on?" he thought to himself ready for anything that may happen, but he looked at the students watching the man. "dame." was all he muttered. He sheathed his claymore and started teleporting some of the kids inside as quickly as possible.
