((Yea, a new person, returning people, and all the elementals are meeting up.Could it be any better?)) Zack suddenly decided to switch to his wolf side and follow Lonesome. He stepped on rocks that he placed in the sky as he needed them to step on. He followed the wind one because he knew he could.
James knew what Zack was thinking and agreed on the trade-off. He sat down next to Erik as Zack left that spot. "What happened in the dream?" he asked Erik as he sat down. He decided to talk to Arabella mentally. He spoke loudly in his mind, Hey, Arabella, here's the plan. You need to keep everyone mentally connected and on the same wavelength, try it. Try to open everyone's mind to everyone's else's. It'll help with fights and other things when we all need to be on the same page. Zack's going with Lonesome, because he can keep up and I'm gonna out what's wrong with Erik.

"Hm? I'm sorry, my mind was wandering. I believed you ask me about my dream?" When James nodded, Erik noticed something ebbing my the edge of his mind. "Stay the ******** out of my mind, Arabella." Erik said as he turned to glare at her. "Just because your the mental elemental doesn't mean you can suddenly sneak into anyone's mind. There are a handful of people who can tell if your trying to invade their mind, and none of them are as nice as me. Now, onto the dream I was having. It's none of your damm business." He wasn't about to reveal exactly what happened in his dream. "Let's just say that I have to be heading east. Very far east. So I probably won't be able to travel around with you guys for at least a couple of weeks."

Atrum's eyes snapped up to the now seething man. "Shut up Erik!" He said right after he told Arabella to get out of his mind. "Just because you're leading us doesn't mean you can cuss us out!" The light boy was sickening of Erik's constant mood swings, if he wanted something to stop, he could just freakin' say stop. "I don't care who your enemies are, we're nothing of the sort, so calm down." Arabella was a timid girl, there was no reason to be so harsh, so brash or so doggone mean.
"That handful of people are probably our enemies, so the only person out of the handful of people you've mentioned that can be rash and unnecesary is you." He huffed, not understanding why the man was like this to people that considered him an ally. That considered him a friend. Looking away from the man in question, he almost missed him saying that he was going east alone.
Maybe Lonesome was right, maybe Erik was only using the elementals because they were useful against Saint Dane. In fact, Atrum was sure he wouldn't be helping them any other way.

[[ Yay! new person! hello i'm morph & i play Rayne & Arabella. Welcome to the rp! ]]
Arabella nodded & began starting with someone she knew. Rayne. She had just barely started with another person when Erik snapped at her. She was thankful of Atrum's defense of her. She gave him a thankful smile & then decided to go off at Erik. "Well I'm Soo Sorry! I hadnt even started on you yet. & Just so you know I only tune into other peoples minds when i need too! I have yet to even touch your mind. As soon as i tune out peoples minds & just like a regular person. Sometimes things slip cause i haven't been able to completely control my powers! I have done nothing to you so you have no reason to snap at me!" Arabella was at the edge of tears. She thought of Erik as a friend before. Now she was going to be more careful.
Both of the girls gave Erik a glare.
Rayne now turned her attention to Arabella. She tryed to calm her down. 'There there, its ok. I dont think he ment it all too much.' Rayne though to Arabella. Rayne was still connected minds wise with Arabella. Rayne was now able to hear Arabella's thoughts because of the wavelength.
'No I'm pretty sure he meant it. I had almost gotten to him & then he snapped. Though everything i just said was 100% true.' Arabella though back through the wavelength. Small tears came down her cheeks.

Noticing the man shoot up into the sky she arched her eye brow and watched him until he disappeared into the horizon. Flight without wings? That is a rare thing to see. An argument between the group of people reached Auroras ears and now curiosity had gripped her. What could it hurt to take a look? She thought to herself while walking back in the direction the voices where. Using her staff she pushed tree limbs out of her way and stepped out into the open where the group was congregating. Looking from one to the other she examined them closely the only thing on her mind was she hopped she hadn't made a mistake. She did not speak or make her presence known other than being visable. Intruding on their conversation was something she did not wish to do for fear it would offend them.
((OOc: Thank you very much Morph it's nice to meet you. whee ))

Dropping down to my knees, I extend my nails and cut away a large portion of my hair, its lengths only brushing slightly passing my shoulders. I watch the fallen locks disintegrate into ash in under a second. Absolute zero is going to be the death of me. "Lance..." Breathing sharply on the cold air that had surrounded me, I had left the elementals and flew somewhere deeper, much deeper into the forest. "Lance... I... I can't do it!" Heavy tears rolls down on the sides of my cheeks as I raise my hands to viciously wipe them away. I was surrounded by walls and walls of ice. All of them, mocking me, reflecting my pathetic attempt and figure. My eyes close for just a moment, music; I could hear a faint humming. It was warm, comforting, it was Lance. My memories of the past flash before me like a play as I fall into a sleep within my ice prison.
------------------------------------------------
"Lance, what are you doing in father's library?" I walk over to the tall red head as I close the iron door behind me. I stood behind him as he turns around to smile sweetly and place down a book on top of one of the ladders.
"Nothing much, just reading some folklore and other nick-knacks." His arms reached out, wrapping itself around my being, holding me tighter into his sweet and warm embrace. "Did you need something?" My face blushes slightly at the affection, my head bobbed downwards, hoping the heat would go away by doing so.
"No..." Right after saying that, he pushes me away and turns away from me. I turn around swiftly after him, not understanding why he had done so.
"You don't need me, so what else can this lowly servant do for you?" His tone was low and monotonous but a hint of play could be picked up. I grab onto him, now latching onto his back.
"No, I don't need you. I'll just die without you." My grasp on him tightens.
"Ok, ok, but can you loosen the death hold a little you dummy?" My eyes widen a bit; I had unknowingly hugged him too tightly with my vampire strength.
"Sorry..." I whispered back softly, burying my head in his back. My fingers twirl around his, forming a snuggly hold. "You won't ever leave me... Right?" Our bodys rock back and forth slowly in our embrace, almost like a little dance.
"Mizuki... I want to be your own fairy tale prince. Scratch that-" He pulls apart from the embrace and place his hands firmly on my shoulders. Looking me in the eyes, staring intently. I could only see my own reflection in them, in his pools of emerald waves. "I will become your prince. We are going to have that happily ever after. But once my human years are gone, promise me you will keep living like that. Keep reading your books, keep wearing those dresses you love, watch those plays whole heartedly. Live on, don't stop."
"Stop it!" I cling onto his chest, shouting out everything, my body trembling slightly. "Don't talk like your leaving me any day now. I don't want to hear that! I can always turn you into one of my kind. We'll live together forever and so on. Our fairy tale ending would never stop!" I locked my eyes close, tears tempting to spill. "You know I hate it when you talk like that, just stop it..."
"Mizuki..." He whispered softly and patted my back lovingly.
--------------------------------
My eyes open back up as I rise up, rubbing my temples with my right arm. Strangely, something didn't feel right. Looking around my surroundings, everything seemed to be the same, all except for the missing presence of the icy walls, air and such. Rubbing my temples once more, something clicked.... Looking at myself, my body, I stayed stoned for a fixed amount of time. I had turn into my bat form! Stumbling a bit for my first few steps, I took flight into the air, getting blown back several times by the, cough, cough, strong, cough, winds. What seemed like hours and hours, I sight the elementals, as I swooped down to Atrum, hoping he would understand what was going on with me. A swarm of bats flies past me, hitting me on a sore spot on one of my wings. I fall down and landed hard on someone's head. I stayed still and went back to sleep again.
---------------------------------
Mizuki had turned into a bat, about the size of half a palm of a normal person. She fell and landed on the head of the wind elemental. She was going to be stuck in that form for a great deal of time. On the bright sides of things, she can now practice being in this form. Oh wait... That isn't a good thing is it?
(((Hiya new player! I controll Mizuki, nice to meet you 3nodding ))) ((((edit))))

(( No problem, thanks for clearing that up c: ))
The blonde did notice the little bat that swooped down at him, but when it flew back up, it didn't come back. Apparently the animal had flown back out of sight, and Atrum hoped that it'd be alright... though, why did he get the feeling he knew the creature? "Arabella?" He hoped she had caught the happening too, and maybe her element would be able to tell if that bat was someone they knew. Though Atrum only knew one vampire that wasn't in the forest with him, he wasn't completely sure that vampires even tured into bats in the first place. "You catch that?" He asked, looking for any traces of the little bat that was quite possible Mizuki. But she, like Lonesome, and Zach, was completely out of sight.
When he looked over, he blinked, seeing another person casually walk towards the center of their little... gathering. "Um, hi there. Who're you?" The boy looked toward the girl, his hair felt a twinge on end when she entered the little clearing, but... it wasn't because he felt threatened; but... something else?

Noticing the bat she was a little curious as to how it was acting but it really wasn't all that important. It was just an animal wasn't it? When she heard a voice speak that seemed to be addressing her she turned to who it was coming from. Studying the boy for a moment before speaking she pulled her staff closer to her body in a more comfortable position.
"I apologize for the intrusion. My name is Aurora" She spoke softly staying on her guard but she had relaxed just a little. "If I may inquire. Where is this place? I have been travailing for several months now and am unsure of how far I've made it." That was the only down fall of travailing to new areas without any civilization. One loses track of where they are.

He was on his way back to the camp he had made when something hit him on the head and hard. "What the hell?" he said as he lifted the bat off his head. He gently inspected the body of the bat to make sure it was alright. "You sure are lucky you didn't land on my horns." he said grinning. Placing the small bat within a inner pocket of his jacket; he knew that predators would take the unconcious creature as food and decided he would hold on to it just to make sure it was alright. As he flew over the camp he felt tension in the air. "Something happened while I was away." he said to himself as he noted the girl who had been hiding when he left within the camp. Then he noticed the elemental that had come with the "dead" guy was missing. Landing softly next to a lrage tree he walked into the camp.

"hmm?" Arabella looked up in response to her name & saw a bat falling but it didnt appear to be a normal bat. 'Was that Mizuki?' She though to herself. "yeah i caught that." Arabella was no longer crying.

"I apologize for my rudeness, but people who try to invade my mind don't get a kind reception. Anyway, I can tell you guys are getting angry at me. Not that it matters to me. After all, I will be leaving for a while. If we're lucky, you'll never have to see me again. Perhaps it's for the best." Erik figured that it was time to leave. Once again, his emotions had managed to help him alienate yet another group of people. He got up, and headed in an eastward direction. With every step he took, his heart grew heavier. He had failed. Horribly. Without the elementals, there was no way he could beat Saint Dane. And it wasn't because Erik wasn't strong enough. Erik and Saint Dane didn't fight each other because during one of their last battles, they produced enough energy to level a planet. Neither Erik nor Saint Dane wanted to fight each other after that. Plus, only the elementals could get to those damm crystal shards. Erik shook his head. He was pathetic.

Zack followed Lonesome back and noticed Erik was gone. He quickly sniffed out his scent and followed it. They needed to have him with them, he was the only one with a connection to god. As he came closer to him he turned back to his human form. "What happened?" he asked.
James watched Erik piss off and then leave. He walked over to Arabella and hugged her. He didn't like seeing girls cry, ecspecially by another guy's hand. He'd get Erik back later though. He saw Lonesome fly in with Zack on his tail. Zack immediately followed what seemed to be Erik's path. He turned to Lonesome, "So how was your trip?" he asked.

Atrum felt bad, watching Erik go. He didn't want the older man to leave, just to watch what he said. It really wouldn't take all that much effort to think of what he was about to say and who he was talking to. But if he had something to do elsewhere that was his buisness. He hoped he'd be alright, and that whatever he was running off to do wouldn't get him killed... again. "Don't let him get hurt." He told his light quietly; hoping Aroura didn't see the little sparkle that appeared afterwards. Athough he knew his wish wouldn't do much. He wasn't the omni elemental afterall, blessings wern't his forte. But it sparkled anyways, it heard him. Atrum knew that it always heard him. "No, you wern't intruding. It's nice to meet you Aurora." He said, looking back up to the newcomer. "I'm not quite sure of the name, but you're right outside of town. A couple miles really." Lately a couple miles was somethign to hope for. "Are you looking for something?" He asked, wondering what would bring someone so deep into a forest anyways. When Lonesome re-entered, Atrum waved, but didn't take his attention from Aroura. He'd ask Lonesome about what he saw later on.
