I have thought of many things, but I still have more to think of. I wouldn't want to spoil a surprise! Oh and I believe I will be changing my guild into an extremely advanced Death Note RPG.

Might be too hard to work it though, considering I myself could not even know who owned the Death Note to make it interesting.

D: Death note is one of those manga in which...you practically know the ending of the anime or manga..but you keep watching or reading hoping a weird plot twist will happens and w/e and it changes it so that w/e ending you thought the complete opposite would happen. ..this annoyed me...making me just not want to care for it anymore..I mean it was REALLY interesting... though...sorry about rambling even though no one was talking to me.

Gasp, the first drama in my presence?
Death Note is actually a fairly well-written anime (I saw the anime, not the manga, 'cause I'm just cool that way... jkjk XD The manga is fairly well made as well... kinda', but anyways...). It is one of those animes that everyone says is really good, but you never believe them 'cause killing people out of megalomaniac intentions never really appealed to you.
Then you watch it, and the onslaught enters your mind in which creativity kills the cat just about anyone the main character doesn't need.
Then the plot twist occurs, in which the boy's father is against the boy, but doesn't know yet. Once more, interesting. It just stays interesting until the end when a totally sad thing happens... or not a sad thing.
It is a good story because what the main character tries to do is noble. However, in order to do it, many innocents must die in the process.
The thing is that you have to watch the anime/read the manga from the beginning to the end to fully understand it. Even though the beginning is slightly boring, one must endure through it towards the middle of the series. After that, one doesn't want to stop, and gets addicted. Then one gets to the ending and shoots oneself 'cause it was climactic only because of the slow-motion-y-ness. Nevertheless, it was a good (one of my favorite animes, mind you) anime.

The boys father being against him isn't as much as a plot twist as it was expected. Considering he is police it is his job to catch criminals. The beauty lies in the unbelievable ideas set forth by the author. Of course I have seen some flaws in this manga such as plans which wouldn't have worked such as the beginning when he kills the 1st fake L. Makes no sense due to the fact that the broadcaster's name was L.

Yes, that is true. The protagonist/antagonist ambiguity is definitely what I meant to mention.
Nevertheless, the choice of the watcher to choose which side to be on, is definitely--not only, a judge of character, but also--a great writers' hook usage.
Is killing criminals good, in which Utopia shall be created, or is killing just flat-out bad, for killing cannot make a true Utopia, but only a world in which you fear those above you?

"I don't know how far everyone really is, but I gave up on Death Note after what happened with the real L. He reminded me of Sherlock Holmes and I love Sherlock Holmes so I was pretty mad at Light or 'Kira'. I stopped reading the series after that, waited for the last book to come out and looked at the ending. It made me smile, revenge is sweet . . . Oh yeah, by the way . . . "

Actually, in my opinion, L had a lot of luck on his side when he was going against Light. I think a lot of his deductions were absurd (strong word *_*) and not based on actual logic. I must say, he was intelligent, nevertheless.
(Sherlock Holmes was L's hero, by the way) And, someone did replace L, and proved to be even more intelligent (even though he was like 10, or something... disappointing... he was cruel for a 10-year-old. I wanted L to win crying ...)
That little kid also relied on a lot of luck, etc. So, technically, the reason L lost was because he had bad luck XD. It's a pity that girl committed suicide, though...
