((For points on small monster use the random points system, go to post action and then random number for small monsters put in 1-5 and for larger monsters put in 6-15. I'll tally points in the end, also don't go overboard make it fun. Also if you meet a monster I'll take it over and fight you with it, if I'm not on and you are you can take over then. ^-^))

A soft humming went off on all the speakers that were set up in every town and even, holo screens popped up in random places in towns except for Opoi where it was forbidden.

"Hello ladies and gentlemen it is finally here the event everyone has been looking for." The man made a great sweep with his hand and words appeared behind him floating in the air, "THE GREAT SHOOT OUT!!!" It seemed as if everyone on the island cheered, this was a famed event that happened on the island once everyone couple of years and was always anticipated, "Yes yes I know." The man obviously pleased with himself, "The event with be held in Virtue city and the theme is," The man made the same dramatic hand gesture, "THE EVIL VILLAIN MONSTER HUNT!!!"

Another screen popped up and a schematic of a gun popped up and then other projectile weapons came up like: Bows, crossbows, throwing stars and other weapons. "These weapons perform on electricity and the 'monsters' are knocked out when they get hit with these weapons." The screen with the weapons faded and then lit up as a battle suit came up, "This is a battle suit that makes you faster and stronger like an average super hero, even if you are not good with weapons it gives you knowledge on how to use the weapon of your choice while the suit it on." The man then laughed some, "Also you must go by a super hero name, it adds to the fun!" Certain parts of the battle suit lit up, "If your suit takes enough monster hits then it will shut down and you wont be able to move, most suits can take about 6 hits from a small monster and 3 from a larger one, also none of the suits or weapons will function if aimed at another person besides a monster." The man nodded, "For safety reasons of course."

The screens darkened and then suddenly a point system came up, "Shooting certain monsters count for certain points, small monsters are worth from either 1-5pts and larger tougher monster are worth 6-15 points." The man smiled and a dark shadow of a monster with red eyes came up behind him, "When a certain number of monsters get knocked out aka destroyed the boss monster will appear and then it is time for make or break." The man smiled again, "The prize is a kept secret, but I promise you this you'll like it!"

The man smiled again and then the second screen vanished, "I wish you the best of luck and hope to see everyone who wants to participate in Virtue City, I'll be happy to see you all there." The screens vanished and a voice could only be heard, "LET'S MAKE THIS EVENT A GOOD ONE!!!"
