The gun now dropped form her hands. Now both her hands were on her head, the pain form their minds being connected for so long increasing. she could only see him through the corner of her eyes.

Deo forced a few basic words into her heads Let it go... He told her, it was like an ancient concessness had taken over him.

Akina looked at him, her hands still on her head. After a moment of silence, she moved her hands, and the connection broke. The wound on her side was already beginning to heal. "So...wolf demon.... Deo... I never thought.... that you would murder the love of you life the way you did.... Let her bleed to death. Her own katana impaled into her leg." When Akina was in Deo's mind. She saw all of his most recent thoughts and memories. All of them were of him and Takiko.

Akina now spoke, since their minds almost totally disconnected. "I know... It's tragic... Deo, this might sound wierd... but do you want to stay at my place?"

Deo just shook hsi head as he backed away, he couldent think back, and for some reason couldent change back to his human form.

DEo slowlly nodded and shut his eyes trying to change back but couldent DAMNIT! He thought Whats worng with me?! Im a demon, this should be no problum!

Akina watched him, a bit worried. She heard his thoughts, even though the connection was broken. She sat next to him, on her knees. With a small smile she began to scratch him behind his ears.

Deo triend to edge away from her, atleast he thought it, but before he knew what was going on he was leaning agenst her, his tail swaying back and forth WHy cant I change back? Ive never once had this problum before....maybe I dont deserve to be a demon, maybe Im supposed ot jus tbe a big dumb animal... He thought
