The Twins looked up and thought for a moment. "Some cookies?" The asked together. "Oreo, please." Ivan said. Hans shook his head. "Chocolate chip." "Oreo." "Chocolate chip." They went back and forth on that until Joker stood up and looked at Dusk and Talon. "Bring back some cookie dough...Lots of it so I can make them all cookies. I don't care what kind just bring some so they can calm down." The Twins stuck their tongues out at Joker and smiled boyishly at Dusk. Hans looked at Eldin and patted his shoulder. "Try another game brother." He encouraged. Monty grumbled. "I'm good, thank you." Kyoshi was the one going to get him some clothes and weapons that he wanted. So he was fine.

Dusk smiled back and winked at them, "Oreos, chocolate chip cookies, cookie dough. Got it." The two both waved as they walked out, quickly getting back into Area 6 to check up on the kids and get the items. Eldin sighed and nodded, finding another game. It was a mario game, and he seemed to have some luck with those. "This one."
In his dream world, Kalore moved a little, the memories of the past two days attacking him. But then something else hit him, hard. There was something invading the elf's body and he opened his mouth to scream in pain but nothing came out. Gritting his teeth, he shook his head, trying to get rid of it, but it was what seemed like hours until it faded. A few moments of peace and it just started all over again.
Zaine sighed, knowing that this was hell for the elf. That was why he didn't want to do this, but it was the only other shot that they had to get Kalore's voice back. Letting Kalore have a break, the tall man sighed. Soon he just went back to work, sighing as he watched the blonde go through hell.

The Twins high fived each other and stuck their tongues out at Joker. They returned their attentions of Eldin and smiled. "Good choice brother. I want to be Luigi." Hans said and Ivan handed him the second player controller. "Good luck trying to win against Eldin." Hans nodded, because Eldin could kick majorly in that game. Joker grumbled about how boys are the hardest to raise and if they were his sons he would have given them a good one so they showed respect. Monty shook his head to hold back a smirk and a few chuckles.
Kyoshi finished his long shower and went to the kitchen in his towel to make some food. It was lonely and quiet in the apartment. He didn't like it one bit without Dusk jumping around him and teasing him or making comments about him being an old man. He was already missing that. He must be too far in love with her to be missing her already. Was that such a bad thing?

Hours passed and Dusk finally came back, handing the boys each what they wanted while sighing. She hadn't gone to see Kyoshi like Talon had told her to do, mainly because she didn't know if he wanted to be messed with now. Looking around, she looked confused. "Where's Zaine and Kalore? Have they still not come back down?" Talon wasn't with her because he wanted to stay with Ali and James and Kai. If those two weren't down yet...She sighed, knowing that this was the last shot that they had.

The Twins grinned and stopped playing the games. Ivan picked Eldin up with his crutches and all three went to the kitchen to eat cookies and raid the milk to have it with. Joker smiled and took the cookie doughs and went with them to start his baking. Monty looked up at the stairs then to Dusk. "They are still up there." He comfirmed, taking up all the cards and shuffling them. What was taking them so long he thought quietly. "Please sit and wait. Kyoshi will be here shortly." He said.

Looking worried, Dusk tried to mask it but was failing. "Damn..." What hell was Kalore going through? Zaine had told her about what he wanted to do, but it was going to hurt. She didn't want that for him but it seemed like it was their only hope. Sitting down across from him, Dusk didn't say anything as she thought about what was going on above them.
Another hour passed and Zaine had finally found traces of what it was. He sighed and stopped. That was enough for one day. Waking up Kalore, the man looked at his seemingly fragile frame with a sad look. The elf's normally bright eyes were dull and watered. It was painful what he was going through. "I found traces of it..." He sighed, "And I will do no more until tomorrow, got it?" He nodded, almost passing out right there. Sighing, Zaine picked him up, "I'll take you to your room."

Hiding his concern behind a mask of indifference, Monty couldn't help but nod with Dusk. It was too long that he had been up there but he put that out of his mind because this was to help Kalore. He sighed and stopped shuffling the cards. He didn't know how doing that made his boss calm down but it wasn't working for him. He had so much energy to let out it wasn't funny.
Kyoshi came in with two duffle bags. One had everyone's clothes in it and the other had Monty's weapons in it. Monty stood up and got his duffle and then looked for some of his clothes to change in. He went into the room that belonged to Eldin to change in. Kyoshi placed the other duffle somewhere out of the way and sat in front of Dusk after he kissed her forehead. "Hey."

Dusk smiled at him, hoping that the kiss meant that he wasn't still mad about her dating both Alice and Kalore. "What's up? You were gone a while..." But as she spoke, Zaine came down by himself and her attention was to him. "What happened? Why were you guys up there so long?" Zaine sighed. "I think I found a trace of what it was that did this to Marcessa...But I don't want to continue until Kalore has rested. You know what this is doing to him..." She nodded sadly, "Where is he?" "Resting in his room." Sighing, he went into the kitchen to get a drink, nodding to the others.

Kyoshi nodded and looked at Zaine and listened and then figured out what was going on. At least the elf had one more shot of getting his voice back and silently Kyoshi sent a prayer for the elf to get it back. "I went back to the apartment to catch up on some sleep and get everyone some clothes. I got you clothes as well." He said, looking at Dusk with affection even if his face was expressionless.
Joker looked up and smiled at Zaine. "You are just in time for some sugar cookies and chunky chocolate chips. Now don't say no or I'll be heart broken." He said, placing fresh cookies on a plate.

Chuckling softly, Zaine nodded. "Fine, I'll take one." Taking a small bite, he nodded, "They're good, Joker." He looked at Eldin and the Twins. "I take it you three are doing well?" Eldin nodded, a cookie in his mouth as he looked adorable while trying to talk. Swallowing it, he grinned, "Yes sir, Lord Zaine. I'm doing very well, and you?" "Same, Eldin." Sighing, he didn't mention that his mind was in turmoil from what was going on with Kalore and this boy. It was just too surreal.
"Ooh, yay!" Diving for the clothes she soon found her favorite outfit of trench coat, black leather pants, gloves, collar, fishnet, and boots. "Awesome! Thanks, Kyoshi."Smiling at him, she then sighed. "So...You're not mad?"

Joker punched the air with a victory grin. "YES! Thank you Zaine. Your praise has helped my self-confidence up three points. Now to wait for Gambler to boost it up even more." He said scratching his chin in thought. Ivan glared at Joker. "Egotistical fool." Joker shrugged. "I'm insane. You don't get much praise for being insane boy. Now eat the cookies or I'll tell your mother that you are eating beyond your limit." Both Twins paled and nodded with cooperation.
Kyoshi shook his head. "Your welcome and I'm not mad. That's your past Dusk. I don't have a say in it, okay?" He took her hand and kissed it. "Now go get changed." He ordered.

"Ordering me around? That's not a good way to get out of the doghouse Kyoshi...And to think I was going to ask you to help me with the straps on the pants...Oh well." Blowing a kiss she began walking to her room to get changed. Yes, Dusk had her own room, just like Kalore and Rave, in this tower. Eldin would have if it wasn't for the fact that he was never here all that often...
Chuckling softly, Zaine nodded. "You're welcome, Joker..."

Kyoshi nodded slowly and then jumped up from the chair and followed her. "I wasn't ordering you around. I could never do that. Me? Do that to you? Nope." He said, walking closely to her. I guess he was a little whipped. Perhaps alot.
Monty came out of Eldin's room with his duffle and sat down at the table. He wore black pants, combat boots, his hair down and another black tank top with a red tribal band design on the back of it, hidden behind his long red hair. He took out a few guns and a cleaning kit and passed the time with that until he had to go out for a job or until he saw Kalore again. Which he wasn't hoping for, he told himself.
Joker smiled and went back to his next batch. He was making them a few small groups at a time so that he could pass the time. Hans went to stand by Joker and watched him. Joker bickered at Hans to go away but the boy wouldn't listen. As always.

Snickering, Dusk shook her head and shut the door in Kyoshi's face. "Sorry... A girl's gotta have privacy..." She was so going to get in trouble for that one, but the door wasn't locked. So if Kyoshi really wanted to come in all he would have to do was open the door. Dusk grinned as she began to strip and started to put on her favorite outfit.
A few more minutes passed and no one saw Kalore come back down. The poor elf looked exhausted as he sat on the couch, leaning on the arm, seeming to not be able to do anything else. Monty wasn't even noticed as Kalore tried to forget about the pain that he was going through. It was all internal and mental, but that didn't change the fact that having someone's energy go into you and search your whole body hurt. A lot.

Kyoshi jumped and blinked at the door. He furrowed his brow and growled lowly. He opened the door and stood in the doorway, staring at Dusk with a scowl. "I don't think so Kitten." He entered and closed the door, not taking his eyes off her. With his mind he locked it and raised a brow, leaning back on the door crossing his arms. "I'm not going anywhere and I will help you with your pant straps." He said, starting to walk to her slowly with measured steps.
Monty looked up at Kalore and raised a brow. "You look like hell elf." He grumbled and put his attention back to cleaning his gun. He didn't want to bother Kalore too much.
