Yuni quickly checked the barstool for crumbs, dust, blood or anything that would stick to her butt before sitting. She sighed, resting her forearms on the counter.

"Well as far as I can tell right now, the personalities are very well merged. They started out a little shaky, but that is because I was awoken prematurely after being merged. My ancestor made it originaly as a resort incase his evil incarnation escaped his mind again. To explain that, my ancestor had some rough times and eventually his evil side took on a sentient and seperate form and seperated from him. My ancestor imprisoned him in his mind for many years with only a few break outs. Now he is the man that turned me evil and now resides within me as well as my ancestor." He thought for a moment on whether there was residual magic holding him together then shook his head.
"Nope. No residual magic holds me together. It is a perfect unison so far as I can tell. There is a seperate orb, however, that Draeken made to reverse the effects of the first one. That one will only work on someone who has been previously merged and will not seperate, for instance, people with simple multiple personalities." He yawned slightly then and shook his head a few times. "But, you must forgive me, for I am tired. I'll be glad to answer more of your questions tomorrow if you want." He smiled and nodded then faded into the shadows of the corner.

As the man disappeared, Derek's excitement rose. There were two orbs, with different functions aparantly. They both sounded remarkably powerful, from what Draeken had said. To be able to merge people like that was far beyond any sort of binding magic Derek had ever dreamed of. If he ever managed to get his hands on those orbs, he would be ecstatic.
Derek's method of binding magic works less off of raw power than it does off of knowledge. To know how objects can fit together, to alter the subtle properties of those objects to make them more suitable to binding. There were three basic types of binding, as far as Derek's type of magic went. There were those spells that physically bind and restrain a person (such as chains rising from the ground or gossamer threads holding the target in place), there were those spells that altered matter to actually stick it together (like the wooden sandwich he had thrown at KB), and there were those that used binding in a much less physical sense. The first and second types of magic were infinitely easier than the third. Once a student understood how to infuse objects or locations with binding magic, the specifics of each spell became far more mutable and individualized to the caster. To bind something together like he did the sandwich required knowledge of how it is bound together and changing the properties of some of those bonds. This ability to modify an object really was limited to such properties as density, hardness, or cohesion. It wasn't possible to actually split an object and cause it to explode. Disintegration was possible, but Derek hadn't reached the point where he was able to disintegrate things without spending enormous energy. The sandwich Derek had thrown had been bound into a single object and had become much harder. The final type of binding, that which is unrelated to the physical, was much harder to understand, and thus much harder to use. In theory, everything is bound by the laws of nature. These laws and bonds can be affected through binding magic. With it, spheres of pure natural law could be created, rules of nature (such as gravity or friction) loosened or tightened, or other such feats. This field of binding magic required a completely different outlook than Derek possessed. Binding magic such as Draeken had said he was affected with fell into this category as well, since it involved not just restraining, not just sticking, but complete integration of mind and body. This was something far beyond what Derek knew, and he was fascinated. Those orbs might grant him greater insight into how this thrid type of binding worked.
Thinking over the possibilities they might present, he sat down at the bar, tracing out symbols on the bar as he went over magical premises he knew and how they might have been used in the massive binding.

Yuni quietly drummed her fingers on the bar as she glanced around. She propped her elbow up on the counter and rested her head in her hand. "Hm....."

Twi: *Twi had been training practically non stop the entire day. He was sweating very visibly after practicing nearly all of his techniques. To spare the training room further destruction, Twilight had been training outside the dojo in the cool air of the day and night*.....

((Skizzat.))
Off in the distance, quite a ways away from the Dojo, there was a soft hum. It took only moments for the hum to become a gentle rumble, filling the darkness as it continued, seemingly from no where. Then, there was a flash of light as a gate tore open in thin air. The portal was round and wide, and bright orange. An odd color, and very noticable against the black of night.
"Hurry up silly!" Sarah giggled softly as she hopped from the portal onto the Dojo path. She took a moment to straighten her skirt, then look up to inspect her work. The portal seemed to be holding, as Morren stepped through. His feet hit the ground heavilly, thumping and bringing up dust with each step. Sarah simply rolled her eyes playfully, then snapped her fingers. The portal behind Morren snapped shut, and he grumbled in response.
Morren took a moment to look around, then scooped Sarah up and placed her on his shoulder. He began to slowly walk down along the path, watching things warily. The girl on his shoulders seemed to be quite carefree as she enjoyed the ride, her feet bouncing against his solid form. "This must be the place..." With a soft sigh she leaned on Morren's head, which seemed as though it didn't phase him in the least.

It had taken awhile at their leisurely pace, but the two had arrived at the Dojo. Sarah clasped her hands together and squeled with joy as she looked the Dojo over. Morren simply stood and waited for Sarah to get over her moment of amazement.
With a shrug(That nearly sent Sarah toppling off) Morren walked right up to the Dojo. He reached up,then placed Sarah onto the ground. She nodded to Morren as she wiped off her skirt and ran up to the door. There was a couple of brief knocks, and then she simply opened it. "As far as I remember..it's pretty much open ground here."
Morren shrugged at Sarah's words, as he to moved towards the door. He didn't like open ground, too many bad memories.

Changing up his appearance routines as of late, Draeken walked into the dojo like any normal person. He used the front door. Looking around as he closed the door behind himself showed him the usual things of the dojo's main room. Emptiness so far as he could tell. He shrugged, however, and moved to his corner to lay upon a cushion, pulling a book out from under one of the pillows. He opened the book and seemed to be immersed in his reading.

Morren stood off to the side, watching with nearly limitless patience as Sarah poked around the outside of the building. She could easily enough transport herself and Morren into the building, but it would be a waste of energy. With a shrug she sighed. The pair didn't have any idea why they were so worried about entering.

Draeken had fallen asleep while reading his book, his back against the wall. The book lay pages down in his lap, showing that he had at least fallen to sleep slowly and had had time to put the book down. It really was rather embarressing to be woken by the book fallen and to look around seeing people watching.
When he woke and blinked sleep from his eyes he saw the same sight as before. Emptiness. With a sigh he stretched a bit and got up, heading for the kitchen. He was a bit hungry and thought he could do with a bit of nourishment.

A dark figure strides slowly into the dojo, by means of the main entrance. An almost shadowy form, bordering on the edge between reality and hallucination. The illusion seems to subside as one might draw their gaze toward the shadow, as if acknowledgement was all that is necessary to bring a ghost to life. The crimson eyes lazily glance about the room from beneath a porcelain mask. A light methodical clicking emanates from metalic fingertips on the left hand, wich hangs casually at the man's side.
"Is it as you remember?"
A voice, whispering from beneath the mask.
"Is it as is required?"
The clicking stops, for a moment then resumes as the scarlet eyes are hidden beneath heavy lids. His head leans forward, slightly, as if in thought.

Draeken returned from the kitchen with a blood packet gripped in his teeth. By the way the conents of it were slowly draining it was obvious that he wasnt just holding it, but was drinking as well. His eyes came to rest on the masked man standing just inside the door. The sight of this man interested him, a look of curiosity only barely making its way onto his face. "Can I help you, sir?"
