Wonder Trade is super-addictive. xd You can get some good Pokemon out of it too. And then there's the GTN. It... it exists. BUT ALL THEY WANT IS DIANCIE.Anyway, one of the many benefits of skipping two generations twice (1 to 3, 3 to 6) is that I don't know what the heck a bunch of the new Pokemon are, so I find cool ones as I go and don't have a completely predetermined team that I want. I do usually keep the starter, though. I'm a bit of a stickler, and my Delphox is pretty good to begin with. Anyway, Altaria's a fine choice in my experience. As for the other types, what if you find 'mons that are dual-typed with some of those? For example, there's the electric/fire Rotom form and fairy/electric Dedenne. I can't speak for either's stats, but Dedenne can apparently get an electric version of Absorb (Parabolic Charge), which sounds useful. Personally, though, I avoid using the electric rodents. Raichu gets snubbed at every turn, so I guess I'm boycotting the brand or something.

Korsall Kaiser Haha, yeah, with so many (even in one gen) it can be difficult to narrow it down to 6 faves. XP Though, usually, once the 'lineup' is finalized I tend to plan out my team pretty quickly before the game even releases... XP My team this gen is Shedinja, Gallade, Zangoose, Sceptile, Metagross, and Mightyena. My 3 that HAD to be on my team were Shedinja, Zangoose, and Sceptile. Metagross is the Shiny event one with Hold Back, Mightyena was a search spot poke and knew Thunder Fang, and Gallade kinda evened things out, and Mega Gallade looks pretty cool. ....You just reminded me that I missed out on that Beldum. Metagross was also one I wanted to try having on my team. ;u; Did you already pick up the Mystery Gift Shiny Rayquaza and Unova starters with hidden Abilities? Er...the Rayquaza event's already over but the Unova starters are available until the end of November.
How do you stand using Shedinja though? I've been interested in that one but I'm paranoid that every single Pokémon I'll face it against will always have a backup super effective move. rofl Also, Wonder Guard is not immune to Sandstorm, Hail, and Rocky Helmets.Evilweirdo 0 Wonder Trade is super-addictive. xd You can get some good Pokemon out of it too. BANG. BANG.
Yeah, dual types are how I usually roll! Yeah, Dedenne's one I'm taking into consideration post E4. But there's also the Steel/Fairy Klefki...or the Grass/Fairy Whimsicott... I already decided my go-to for Fire will be Houndoom. 3nodding

Oh right. Before I forget again. I'm not getting much response for this thing on Tumblr, so I'm turning to you guys. ;u;
Could you have a look at this post and pick out 2 faces each that you would like to see Azriel, Azura, and Zaul making? You can reply to me here or drop your picks to my inbox---if you're going that route, you don't really need to have a Tumblr account but you'll just have to input an e-mail address to ask anonymously.
Please and thanks! 3nodding

No, I'm not. xd I repeat: I'm paranoid of every single Pokémon I encounter having a backup super effective move. rofl Like...I know the AI sets the movesets as the four moves a Pokémon will naturally have at that level (+ the respective TM for each gym leader), but I also think it can and will pull a surprise screw-over on me.
If anything, I might try to raise a more special attack-oriented Shedinja to circumvent the Rocky Helmet issue.Evilweirdo 0 Whoa, they actually released Hoopa? Nice. XD;; do you prefer to be called by your current name?) is right, it's the one released for the movie in Japan. I can't imagine who would willingly let go of one, but I guess they're able to pull off the cloning glitch.
Oh gosh, I feel guilty that the person just got a Shroomish from me in return. rofl I wonder if WT cross-trades XY with ORAS. Because XY is basically my WT fodder now and it seems like I'm getting a whole lot Pokémon naturally caught in Hoenn lately.
What video? Enlighten me, please? I want to know how someone would use Klefki. biggrin ShadeKyubi Just out of curiosity am I the only person here who doesn't use mega-evolution? The queue is now as follows:
Azriel - C1 / E9 / ? Azura - B5 / A1 / ? Zaul - D8 / E1 / ?
Shade: D1 and C9 for who, specifically?
Evil: You requested E5 and E9 but I kinda don't wanna repeat, so who would you like to see doing E5?
Neji: Damn, I kinda wanted to do E9 for Azura. xd I could drop A1 (because to be honest I find it kind of plain?) and replace it with Evil's E9 request but on the other hand it feels kind of cheap to repeat an expression.

Prrrrrobably? 8D;; Mega Evolution gives off a powerful impression; I imagine that's why people want at least one on their team.Hmm... :/ Problem being that Shedinja's a serious physical hitter... :/ According to serebii, it has a base special of 30 with a base physical of 90. That's a big difference... With the right training and nature, it's gonna hurt pretty danged bad for a poke that can be hard to get rid of. So raising a special Shedinja is just going to make you more vulnerable to those super effective attacks you mentioned. I mean, in my opinion, Shedinja's all about getting the first attack and having it be a hell of a doozy. Hone Claws is a must have on Shedinja if you ask me, as well as a Brightpowder hold item. Then if you teach it Double Team on top of that... >:3 But yes, I will admit that using Shedinja can be a bit risky. However, the number of times I completely decimate my opponents with just that one Poke outweighs the number of times it get's knocked out or recalled. And really, I find it endearing when I get called Neji here. XP It carries a bit of nostalgia with it. So please, don't feel any need to change that you call me that. ^w^

However, the number of times I completely decimate my opponents with just that one Poke outweighs the number of times it get's knocked out or recalled. I see...so even a nature more inclined toward boosting Special Attack (Modest most of all) probably wouldn't be enough, huh. o: Still, I'll look around to see if anyone's ever attempted a special attacker Shedinja.
Otherwise, I guess the riskiness continues to deter me. I mean, it can actually be pretty easy to work around Wonder Guard without super effective attacks and the AI knows this. It can still get Leech Seeded, it can still get Poisoned and Burned, it's still susceptible to entry hazards (Spikes, Toxic Spikes, Stealth Rock, and any others I may have missed), and if it's more of a direct attacker, a Rocky Helmet on the opponent is its bane.
On an unrelated side note, do read the third paragraph on this Castform critique, it's friggin' hilarious. xd Korsall Kaiser Well, the whole reason I chose A1 was because I figured that'd be a face she'd make towards Kratos... XP It kinda looks like a raep face to me... sweatdrop I am...really surprised that you'd interpret that as a raep face. To me, it just looks like a plain ol' smiley face. E9 is the real raep face, in my opinion. xd
Also. Heads up. Over the past few years of developing her, I had come to witness that she fell harder for her genderbent counterpart from Aselia, Zaul. There must be some hardcore subconscious narcissism going on, there. So if there's anyone she's more prone to show her raep face to and get all touchy feely with, it's him. rofl
I mean, she still admires Kratos, but that admiration is just really, really watered down by now? XD;;

Anyways, I haven't had too much trouble with the whole weather and one SE move business. Most of the time I end up laughing maniacally at their futile attempts at resistance... Anyways, really, how many people actually use Rocky Helmet? I'm pretty sure you're never gonna see it in normal gameplay, and I don't think it'd be terribly common competitively... :/ Unless you have experience to the contrary? Though, the entry hazards bit would be a rather thorny situation... Anyone got rapid spin? XD Yeah, I see it as a subtle/restrained raep face. ... ... Really? You don't say? As for the video, it's not actually useful in any way. It also has a bit of a lot of language, if that bothers you. Here's what I was referencing. It's a thing.
