Mira's daggers attempt to stab this other woman in the back, she lets her mortal flesh be ripped off, and under it she is purple, deformed, gifted by her patron. Her claw bursts out and she swings it, heavy, chitenous.

Akina was not expecting it. She managed to slide to the side, so the dagger only made a gash in her side. Akina looked at her, as she stood feet away. Her hand was around her side, keeping pressure on the wound. "Just stay away from Deo." Akina did not seem tired at all, she just did not want any unnecisary fighting. Akina had moved fast enough so her claws had missed her.

Deo turns, still changing into his wolven form and glares at Akina, and tkaes a step twords her.

Akina took a step back from surprise when she saw Deo. He looked pissed. "Calm down Deo." Her voice attepmted to sooth him. Her hand was still wrapped around her wound tightly. The bleeding wasn't bad, but she knew he would be able to smell it.

In midair deo changed into his qolven form and snarled at her, hopeing to quicklly kill her.

"Deo. I don't want to have to hurt you." She cooned in his head again. With her mental powers, she lifted a kunai from behind her. At the same time she sidestepped his attack. The kunai now in her hand.

Deo landed on the ground and turned to her her snarling. He took another step twords her, ready to attack again. His mind was basiclly gone now, and he was nothing more then an animal.

Akina held the kunai at eyes height, ready to protect herself. That would mean one of them would get hurt in the process. Her third finger slid in to the hold on the handle. A plan spread itself throughout her mind as she checked their surroundings. The first thing she did was connect her mind with Deo's, or the animal he was. At first she looked as though she had blanked out. The beastly mind overwhelmed her, but she managed to gain control. Akina knew he could sence her presence in his mind. Her goal was to istract him.

Deo stood there growling, feeling an alien mind in his. He wasent quite shure what to do, but he had a rough idea. He let out a long howl and took a step twords her, attempting to overwhelm her mind with absic instincts.

Akina knew she had to pull away, and quickly before she lost her grip. but it was beginning to get too late. When he howled, she groaned, and loked at the ground. Her eyes closed as she hands covered her face. "I...I...I can't...." Akina struggled to even think. Her mind was now totally with his. Akina couldn't separate them, and now she was completely defenseless.

Akina's hands began to shake. It was taking a lot of her power to to restrain him. She managed to shift some of her power into controling something else. A gun that was laying on the table a few feet from her flew into her hands. Now the barrel of the handgun was pointed at Deo's head. She was still fighting him metally, now it was like a game of Chicken.

Akina kept her finger on the trigger, and the cold barrel to his forehead. "Now, now...back away...." Akina brought her free hand to her head, the gun slightly lowering. Her power had reached close to it's limit. So Akina began trying to pull free of his mind.
