James placed his katana on his back with some straps he made from the bandages. Then he jumped off the tree branch and as he jumped down he gave a loud howl. He landed and he crouched holding all the impact. Then he dashed from shadow to shadow hiding from the others. He shortened his breath and he hid behind a large tree. He wanted to talk to someone...talk about his feelings. He hid there looking at everyone. He took a kunai and he wrapped a white rose and he threw it in front of Miku.
And he waited for a response.

Sakazuki glanced briefly at her new power source and friend for a moment. Etheldreda was not wrong in the aspect that the Circe had many questions, yet the girl really had no idea how to go about them, or even which to ask first… There were so many things that needed to be answered. Questions of the Library and merely things about the realm of magic in general. After all, after spending so much time outside of her village, it had been quite some time since Sakazuki had dealt with anyone of magic origin.
===

A squeak of surprise escaped Shuku as that naked little girl forced her way between the two of them. While the Mayonaka was about to complain, assuming that some pervy antic would be coming her way within a matter of moments, that seemed to be put on hold as, aside from resting against them, Katsu didn’t seem to be doing anything along the lines of making dinner any more complicated than it needed to be. As she took up her own cup finally, Shuku smiled. That meant that a peaceful meal was a possibility this time around.
===

Airi smiled contently as she gazed at her pupil. Even for something as simple as a salad, Alice was handling it with skill. Yes. Despite her mild immaturity, Alice actually seemed to be a surprisingly bright girl. Mentally, she nodded her head, as if agreeing with herself. The girl would pick up on things in no time. “Is the chicken done?” She soon inquired, peeking over the little girl at the sliced goods.
===

The Imohtep smiled, evidently enjoying the satisfaction of putting out the right answer. Even though she was grown, it still gave her a good feeling as hands rested upon the table at either side of her. “How do we tell what sort of chakra we have?” She asked curiously after several moments, her head tilting slightly like that of a confused puppy. Evidently, the more dizzy spoke, the more interested in the matter she became… Plus, just like any other person, found some amusement in thinking up the possibilities of what her chakra might reveal itself to be.
===

“Really now, did you think that I would bother with this wrestling game if it did not hold an overall purpose?” Echidna hummed in a matter of factly tone as she gazed at the Kaguya for several moments before she raised her blade again, directing it towards Honehime, or more precisely, the sappy armor. “…While it won’t last forever, it’s purpose as a practice armor is unmatchable. It’ll be able to transfer all of the pain of a blow without a mark. Quite convenient, wouldn’t you say?” She added shortly as her eyes narrowed slightly.
===

Neru looked away. This b*****d was becoming harder to deal with… Enough so, that Akita Neru was unsure on how to respond to his antics anymore. She still wished to crush him and yet… She had absolutely no idea on how to go about such a thing. Eventually, she looked back to Haku, silently, though her expression seemed to be one of pure, frustrating indecisiveness…
Being unable to make up one’s mind. A most hellish fate.
Leave him be or kick his a**?
===

Pan’s head tilted slightly to one side. There was no damage? And yet, her systems produced absolutely nothing wrong with her systematics? How odd. Perhaps it was natural for her model to be in such a state? In that case, did it mean that she reheated only after several exercises… If she were to do that in war, well… Such would simply result in an early demise. “In that case, perhaps you might require a minor upgrade to your cooling portions?” She inquired worried. The battlefield was no place to face such troublesome malfunctions.
===

Shouko let out a slight sigh as Dizzy answered here and she gave a slight nod. “Yes, as I’m guessing that the truffles might grow upon one of the mossy branches…” After all, if it was so magical, then perhaps it most likely did have a unique growing habbit, that would explain so much. “…Though… I think I can scale it,” she whispered, her voice surprisingly serious as she stared up at the tree. Mentally however, she was considering just how much faith she could put into her words.

She stood there, holding Kyo in her arms and cradling him like a baby. She gently rubbed him behind the ears as things continued on. Miku could tell that Haku was, obviously, embarrassed about the fact that Miku had introduced her. Hopefully Haku could get over her shyness some time in the near future...
Something caught her off gaurd and she jumped a little seeing something go whizzing by and hit the tree in front of her. The green singer of the trio found herself face-to-face with a white rose and looked in the direction of where it had come from, finding a figure in the shadows. Of course, it took a moment for her to realize who it was before she smiled widely and turned to wak towards him a little. "Jame's~! Where did you go? I thought you would be happy to see Haku Onee-chan." Of course she didn't even wait to be near him before saying any of this. She was still quite some distance when she started talking, saying everything loudly so that he could hear what she was saying.(( ?))

 Honehime's eyes widened as Echidna explained the true purpose of the sap that was coating the two of them. Could the sap really possess such a useful ability? Remarkable! It really did seem ideally suited for training and sparring like this. She noticed Echidna's blade leveled at her, and tried to steel herself for the next round of their battle. With the properties of the sap revealed, she knew that the training had only begun. What was more, being told the nature of the sap was dangerous for her. After all, being told that with the sap protecting her, she would not actually be cut in two, might make her sloppy, might make her less responsive when protecting herself. She needed to keep in mind that the blow would be blocked, but the kinetic force would not. She wouldn't be cut apart, but the blows would still hurt, if they hit. She needed to do her best to amke sure they didn't. (28075 words + 166 words = 28241 words) Lieselotte continues to eat in silence, once again looking over the group. Even with it's numbers as whittled down as they currently were, they were still a much larger group than she usually worked with. She had usually worked alone, save for the presence of Elfriede at her side, so working with a group was something a little bit new. She had done it before, of course, when the mission she had been assigned needed some extra muscle, or particular skills that she didn't have. But overall, she had always preferred to basically work by herself, just her and her sister. That was the way she had liked it, and that was the way that had worked best for her. But now, seeing what traveling in a group was like, and seeing that people were actually willing to extend a hand in friendship, she was beginning to have second thoughts. Perhaps, perhaps it might not be such a bad idea to stick around, even after their goal had been met? (24397 words + 172 words = 24569 words) Katsu smiled happily, and then dug in to her grilled veggies. She wasn't happy for any perverted reasons. Well, mostly. Pokegirls were, by and large, sexual creatures, so even something as innocent as this had a certain undertone to it in her mind. But it was more than that. Ultimately, pokegirls were comforted by touch more than any other sense. It wouldn't come as any surprise to those familiar with them. After all, when cooped up in their pokeballs, they couldn't touch anything. So when they were free, touching things served to affirm in their minds that they were really in the real world. Touching things, and especially people close to them, was a purely comfort thing, with each touch in their mind akin to a loving hug. So Katsu was very happy, cuddled in between her Mistress and her Alpha. Mei was more or less oblivious to this, of course, having finally begun eating her food, now that it had cooled down. Luckily, she was being a cleaner eater than with the stew. Perhaps it was just a little too hot to enjoy quite so thoroughly? (31156 words + 190 words = 31346 words) Zenia continued on her path, drawing ever closer while still moving slowly, wary of any potential watchers or guards. She knew her black coat and white hair wouldn't blend in to the forest very well, but she hadn't wanted to mess with the whole camouflage routine. After all, she had monitored them successfully before without painting up, so she felt this time would be the same. She could already hear the slight sounds of conversation and other sounds, she was getting close. She would have to be even more careful now, to avoid doing something foolish like getting too close to the camp before moving into a hiding place. At the moment, she was thinking of taking to the trees. Many people did not think to look up when being spied upon. Even though they lived in three dimensions, they generally only thought in two. That tendency would give her all the opportunity she would need, to watch and find out exactly what she needed to know. (11018 words + 169 words = 11187 words) Melona's expression grew clouded for an instant as she pondered Menace's last question. How did you tell what your elemental affinity was? She had figured hers out naturally. After all, her whole body was practically water, so of course that would be her affinity. With a regular human, it would be much harder to tell. "Well, to be honest, I'm not sure. Perhaps by your personality, or maybe just by trying to manipulate the various elemental jutsus and seeing which feels right to you. I'm sure we can find out your affinity with a little work and studying, though." she felt a little disappointed that she didn't have an immediate answer for Menace's last question. She wanted to do her best for the princess, so she resolved that they would try to find the answer, together. After all, knowing your elemental affinity could play a large role in your studies. You would know which types of jutsu might be easier to learn, and which might give you more trouble than others. (13680 words + 177 words = 13857 words) Alice nodded, still dutifully using the knife to finsih chopping the last of the chicken. technically, she wasn't quite done, but she was pretty close to finishing, so it counted in her mind. "Yup. Just chopping up the last of it. Are these sizes all right?" She gestured with her free hand at the small pieces of cut veggies and meat, at the various sizes of each. The lettuce remained in fairly large leafs, while most of the rest were all smaller. Not a huge difference in size, enough that they were still able to give a decent mouthful of food and taste. She felt that those sizes would work, not too big, and not too little, hopefully just right. Finally, she set down the knife, and slid the last of the chicken to join the rest of the pile, before glancing back at Airi, awaiting sign if she had done good or bad, and wondering what the next step would be. (14004 words + 163 words = 14167 words) Haku watched as the tension seemed to be escalating bit by bit. It certainly felt like a fight could be started shortly, though she wished it might be otherwise. Fighting never really solved anything. Then again, she knew Neru. She knew that once she got fired up like this, she would generally have to find some way to let it all out. Personally, she would have advocated karaoke. Karaoke in a private room, if she was there, of course. But other than that, karaoke was a great way to let off some steam, and the three of them loved singing, too, so it was a double winning choice. When Neru glanced back at her, she only slightly shook her head. She wouldn't outright tell Neru to stop, but she wanted to at least let her friend now that there were other options. Something, a flash of color, blinked past her. Haku turned to look, only to see a white rose threaded to a kunai, sticking in the tree near Miku. Who had thrown that? (9789 words + 175 words = 9964 words) V-13 listened to Pan's suggestion, and thought it over. Getting an upgrade to her systems, her cooling systems specifically, seemed like a good idea. They could take her into the shop, and open her up, install the new hardware and hopefully the problem would be gone. But this was odd. The more she thought about the actual process of the upgrade, of Pan taking her to the shop, having her opened up, so that her superior officer could see her circuits and systems, was making her produce even more waste heat, her cheeks tinging an even deeper red. She tried to ignore the feeling as a mere glitch in her system, like so many other errant thoughts, and attempted to reply to Pan's suggestion. "That s-sounds like a g-good idea, sir." She looked surprised as she realized her voice had stuttered. Androids did not stutter. Well, not the speech impediment version. They could stutter with the right strain on their systems. Such as an excess amount of waste heat being produced through a faulty system. It seemed the heating flaw was more pronounced than she had thought. She ran another scan, an in-depth one, on her cooling systems, checking levels of coolant fluid, working condition of air circulation fans, and clearance of the heat waste vents. Everything came back in the green, there were seemingly no problems. Then why? (11725 words + 235 words = 11960 words) Etheldreda noticed Sakazuki's glance, but didn't bother trying to read too much into it. She felt a slight sense of confusion from her partner, and it didn't take much thought at all to think of the reason for such. After all, she had just been through a rather large change that only affected a handful of people in any given century, at the most. So there would be precious little in the way of guidebooks or logs for her to have had any chance of knowing what to expect. She finishes the bite of food that she was chewing on, swallows, and then finally speaks again. "If you are wondering anything, now seems as good a time as any to ask." She has no secrets with her partner, when they are fully connected, they would feel the falsehood. And she has nothing that she specifically wants to hide from Sakazuki, either. Sure, talking about her former masters might be a little embarrassing, but she didn't really feel that emotion as strongly as a human would. (5172 words + 179 words = 5351 words) Dizzy looked at Shouko, and then at the great tree. She supposed it was possible that the truffles would be growing upon a branch rather than the ground. It was worth looking, if Shouko really wanted them. She still thought it might be worth checking a little more at the base of the tree, just because they were already there, and it wouldn't involve the lengthy climb up the mighty tree. She felt they would probably be perfectly safe if they were to climb the tree, but there was always the chance that something could happen, if one of them were to happen to slip and fall, it would not be a pleasant landing. Nonetheless, she would make the attempt alongside Shouko, she would climb the tree too, and lend her a hand. With any luck, the truffles wouldn't be hidden too cleverly, and they could find them and get back down safely. (5387 words + 155 words = 5542 words)

Ran walked out onto the academy training field. The bag in his hands made loud clinking noises with every step. Ran had just recently joined the academy, and he decided to work on the most basic skill for a shinobi, using projectile weapons. He Stopped a few yards away from his target. A set of trees along the boarder of the training field had target boards tacked on. Al the student use these. He dropped the bag and it hit the ground with a "Clang". He still had to wait his his teacher to arrive, but he would have to start without him.
Ran knelt down next to his bag, and reached inside for his tool. He rummaged around for a moment, trying to grab a hold of a weapon without getting cut. He pulled out three shurikan, holding it between his fingers. "Time to start."

Tsuni glanced up, realizing that someone else was coming. Great, must be another academy student trying to train, she thought. Might as well train at the forest. At least I'll be by myself. She made a few handseals for the mole hiding jutsu and went underground. It was for a short time before Tsuni popped back up to be at the forest. Perfect. She smiled to herself, twirling the kunai around her fingers. Taking a few more kunai, she put them between her fingers and threw them all at the same time. All the kunai hit the tree. Except two. Dang it. I can do better, the girl thought, going back to the tree to grab the kunai. She walked back and did it again. This time, it was only one kunai that missed the tree by inches. "Tch."
After getting the kunai from the tree, she looked through the bushes to find the kunai. She found it, but when she was about to grab it, Tsuni fell, yelling, "Kya!" and fell on the ground. She looked around, wondering if anyone heard that. "Hope no one heard that," the girl mumbled to herself as she grabbed the kunai. Tsuni decided to go far through the forest, so no one would spot her.

The floor was open for questions and it seemed that at that moment, Sakazuki had come to a starting question as well. “Why are you here, Etheldreda?” She inquired rather bluntly as she stared at her mystical partner with mild curiosity. “Rather…” She seemed to take realization of just how rough her question was as she took a deep breath, the Circe assuming a rather odd little thinking pose while keeping her bowl in her lap as she gathered her thoughts. “Why me? Why now?” Just because she was a believer of fate did not mean that Sakazuki didn’t question when the random things were thrown into her face.
===

As her wariness around Katsu faded, Shuku soon got to enjoying her food. It seemed that with the threat of a groping attack from Katsu. It was odd, in the very least, but Shuku was not about to question it, deciding that doing so would result in the ruin of this perfectly peaceful moment as she merely smiled at Mei, then the girl. From a stranger’s point of view, they might’ve almost appeared as a picnicking family… Two women… And their naked child.
===

“That shall suffice,” Airi called, having moved over to the sink in a few quick steps, first washing her hands before she moved to take the chicken from the girl. She seemed to be extremely weary of the knife in her hand for a moment, but as soon as she was near the stove, she got to work, taking several moments to creating some mixture that seemed to involve flour, breadcrumbs and a few shakes of black pepper
===

Menace blinked, her brow furrowing slightly for several moments. Was it just her, or did Melona appear… Confused for a moment? It seemed that she was indeed, that way. Possibly even to go so far as to say that the slime girl didn’t know how to respond! “It’s alright, I guess… I mean, part of the fun comes through discovery, right?” Menace said quietly, as if hoping to cheer her teacher up as she flashed a cheery smile… Or at least attempted to, and she succeeded… More or less. Perhaps it was something that would present itself through sparring?
===

“Are you ready, Honehime? The real combat begins now… Merely try to strike a blow upon me, alright?” This was evidently nothing more than another exercise… But, it seemed that this one would be so serious. Not that it didn’t represent real conflicts… Sometimes people would be put through multiple fights, one after another, without rest, and that was precisely the reason Echidna was skipping right along to their next skirmish. The sap would protect Honehime from anything fatal and get her used to the fighting… After all, with this handicap, she could ‘kill’ the Kaguya time and time again and hope that she might learn over time.
“I’m starting.”
And soon, she did just that as she launched herself forth, the blade swinging, the crescent aimed precisely for the girl’s left hip.
===

Eyes darted to the rose and soon enough, they narrowed. What the ******** was that? Upon taking not that it was, in fact, a rose, her eyes narrowed. A gift? It seemed to be more likely for Miku than either Haku or herself… But that would mean that the b***h was still in the area, right…? However, Neru’s combative mojo was beginning to lose it’s spirit as eventually, she clenched her fist, letting out an irritated, “********,” before a slight, static like noise was heard, like a faulty stereo as the rock beside the girl seemed to suddenly explode.
The result of a jutsu, no doubt.
===

Stuttering? Oh dear.
“It seems like your sound module might’ve faced minor harm as well,” Pan murmured, seemingly curious on just how bad V-13’s damage was. Giving the order to follow her, the android made her way along. This would require a proper inspection, and the command room was no place for such an operation. They would need to go to a workshop… The androids version of an infirmary. No particular shop mattered however, so long as it had the proper utensils, anyone could use them… After all, self maintenance was an awfully useful skill.
===

Shouko took a deep breath then seemed to disappear briefly within a blur as she appeared atop a branch… Not a very high one, but a branch nonetheless. Even if she was overweight, the Akimichi were still a freaking ninja they could do ninja things… perhaps not things so acrobatic as the more nimble members of Konohagakure, but they could still work when the motivation was right, dammit!

 Honehime felt goosebumps rise up all along her body, as some part of her realized the sheer malevolent blood lust she could feel emanating from Echidna. Even though this was supposedly still training, she knew she had to act as if her very life depended on it. If she didn't try her absolute hardest, she would die. She could feel it, she could see it in Echidna's intense stare. She gulped nervously, trying to prepare herself for battle. She didn't like fighting, she preferred to solve problems with her words or her mind. but some times those avenues failed, so she needed training like this, training to learn how to handle such situations. Gulping again, she tried to prepare to attack, causing several more of her bones to grow out in a slight form of armor. She was only barely fast enough with her manipulations, Echidna had already rushed in to melee distance, lashing out with a vicious sword strike that could have cut her in two. Her bones hadn't grown out enough to be any help, and she was soon sent flying to the side, the sap saving her from serious injury, but the force of the blow still enough to daze her. (28241 words + 208 words = 28449 words) Lieselotte finally set her dish down, satisfied for the moment. After a while, she might grab a little more to eat, but she didn't want to eat too much at the moment. She wasn't sure exactly when they were going to renew their journey, and didn't want to be weighed down by a full belly. She didn't try to stop the others, though. For two reasons, mostly. One, they needed to learn that fact for themselves, if they chose to gorge right before a hike, it could give them trouble. Also, she wanted to see just how prepared they might be for such activity, or if their hunger was more important in their eyes. She looked around camp again, relaxing slightly once her gaze fell upon Elfriede, standing in more or less the same position as she had been earlier. She had moved around, done another circuit of the camp, and still not found any disturbances or signs of enemies. (24569 words + 164 words = 24733 words) Mei and Katsu both dug into their meals eagerly, almost acting more like sisters than their actual relationship. The exact nature of their actual relationship was probably pretty murky to everyone except Katsu, and possibly Shuku. Katsu knew what her role was, because she was a pokegirl. Shuku would know because she had read parts of the manual. Mei, on the other hand, was completely oblivious to all of that. She just thought that Katsu was a new friend, and nobody had really done anything to change that perception in her mind. She noticed the fact that Katsu was naked, and debated asking fi that meant she could walk around naked too, but decided not to. After all, Katsu had a wool coat already, and she didn't. And speaking of her wool coat, it was ticklish. She had already had to stifle a few giggles when Katsu rubbed up against her, her soft wool brushing against her skin. (31346 words + 159 words = 31505 words) Zenia had continued inching forward, and now found herself at the base of a likely looking tree. Still moving slowly, she began the arduous task of climbing the tree in slow motion. Each movement was precisely measured, and held out for a long moment, before the next would occur. Her muscles strained with the effort, it was almost like doing an Iron cross for a gymnastics routine. Not that she was a gymnast. She kept at her task diligently, not letting herself falter from the pace she had set herself to. And finally, she had made it. She lay sprawled along the top of the branching, breathing heavily, if quietly. She had to force herself not to suck in lungful after lungful of air, to keep her breathing quiet. Even though she should now be out of sight to all but the most diligent searches, she couldn't let her guard down. This tree might not even give her a proper view of her targets' camp. (11187 words + 166 words = 11353 words) Melona's expression brightened as Menace spoke out to try to lift her mood. she was right, it would be better for Menace to be able to discover her affinity on her own, rather than just being told what it was. She nodded, back to her normal, energetic state of mind. "Yeah, that's true! We'll find a way for you to realize what element you find yourself most closely aligned to!" Even though she said that, she wasn't sure of exactly how to go about doing that. that wasn't something you could learn by overhearing others talking, nor was it something you could really learn from a book. Well, possibly, if the book were to tell you how to find out, rather than telling you what your affinity was. That seemed impossible, unless the person who had made the book had that one specific person in mind. She smiled again at Menace, and her regular hands came together in a single clap of delight, as she grinned. (13857 words + 171 words = 14028 words) Alice made sure to slow down her movements with the knife when Airi got close, she didn't want to risk accidentally cutting her friend. So once Airi had begun gathering the cut vegetables and chicken, she carefully set the knife down and stepped back, to give her more room. She washed her own hands after Airi washed hers, drying them on a towel before moving back to watch as Airi got to work, doing something with bread crumbs and flour. She wasn't quite sure exactly what she was making, but she hoped to find out by watching and learning. She knew she could ask if she didn't understand something, but she wanted to try figuring it out first just by watching what Airi was doing. Plus, it was kind of relaxing, in a way, watching someone else carefully preparing food. Like a scene from home, in a sense. Of course, her own home had been a little different, but the feeling was still accurate. (14167 words + 167 words = 14334 words) Haku remained silent as the others looked at the rose, then to the surrounding area, looking for who had thrown it. She herself was wondering, too, but didn't let herself look. As self-conscious as she was, actually looking for people just seemed too much for her to even consider doing. Instead, she just remained quiet and watched, trying to see what would happen next, and hoping that it didn't turn out too badly. A moment later, she turned her gaze toward Neru with a worried expression on her face. At the same moment, the nearby rock exploded, shattering into countless pieces. She jumped a little at that, looking to where the rock had been just a moment before. Looking around, she could tell that Neru's mood was fraying fast, had she been the one to do that? Impressive in it's own right, but why? Also a good question, how? (9964 words + 154 words = 10118 words) V-13 saluted and fell in behind Pan, following her as she led the way to their next destination. Pan hadn't said where they might be going, so she called up a blueprint of the area and began plotting their path. They obviously weren't headed to the mess or the armory. As they continued on, more and more locations were stricken from the list of probable destinations. As the list grew shorter and shorter, V-13's spirits sunk, as it seemed more likely than not that they were headed toward the closest workshop. She had been running further diagnostics on herself, and still had found no true problems with her systems. Her heating system was supposedly working at peak efficiency, and her vocal routines were in the green. Yet they were still reporting anomalies and glitches, troublesome. Even so, she was growing nervous and hesitant over the idea of her superior officer cracking her open to try to fix her problems. It was not because she didn't have faith in Pan's technological know-how, far from it. To be elevated to the higher ranks, you needed above average grades in all fields, including repair and maintenance. No, she was nervous for another reason entirely, one that she couldn't quite seem to put her finger on. She didn't know why, she just knew that she was nervous about it all, and that was enough to likely further exacerbate the problem. (11960 words + 246 words = 12206 words) Etheldreda listened carefully as Sakazuki started asking her question. In the pause before the Circe continued, Etheldreda began preparing to go into one of those rather 'out there' answers, about why any of us were here, and if anyone was really here at all. Man. But then Sakazuki went on with her question, explained it a little, that instead of a great metaphysical quandary, she was simply asking what she had gone to her. She waited a moment before answering, to see if Sakazuki had any more immediate questions, then went on to reply. "You can call it Fate, or Destiny, or even just coincidence. I don't know precisely what broke me free of my captivity in the Elder's Library, but once freed, I quickly made my escape. As a Grimoire, my purpose is to find my partner, and yours was the closest and largest magical energy source I could find, disbarring anyone else who was still within Hidden Twilight at the time." That's not to say that she would have just formed a Pact with anyone, once she had gotten closer to Sakazuki and seen her, she knew she was the right one for her. (5351 words + 199 words = 5550 words) Dizzy's eyes widened as Shouko seemed to vanish, before appearing atop one of the branches. Amazing! Dizzy's eyes fairly sparkled with enthusiasm as she gushed. "That was amazing! How did you do that?" She, of course, supposedly knew of a fragment of the general knowledge a ninja was expected to know. It hadn't taken her long at all to get drummed out of the service, though, upon the others learning of how much she disliked violence and hurt. Someone like that seemed anathema to the way of the ninja, so she had been ostracized. Rejected. But she had tried to remain positive. Even so, eventually, things grew too harsh and she had escaped here, to the glade. Because of that, she knew precious little about ninjutsu or other techniques, or even the techniques her own clan was supposed to innately be able to grasp and perform. But that was alright with her, she had no need of techniques for fighting, since she abhorred violence. (5542 words + 167 words = 5709 words)

Kane Doragon After traveling to many lands, Kane found himself in Konoha's Ninja Academy. He looms crouched in a tree nearest a window on the second floor of the Academy just staring at the glass though it could be mistaken for gazing into the window. Kane was wearing nothing but navy shorts that clung to his waste and fanned out towards the bottom until reaching his calves where the shorts stopped. In Kane's mouth is a long slender piece of metal that he seemed to chew on. Could this possibly be one of those beings? Kane was wearing nothing on his face not that his pale blond hair was revealing anything that could be on his face. His hair covered every inch of his face which, for some, would make it hard to see. But Kane could see just fine through his hair and glanced at passerby's with his rich hazel eyes when it suited him. Absentmindedly Kane scratches at a metal slab embedded into the center of his chest. The metal gleams brightly in the fading sunlight.

Kensu woke up at 6:00 PM, he got dressed, then he equipped his Short Katana, grabbed his Senbon, hid them up his sleeve, and then he walked out the door telling his parents "Morning mom! Morning dad! Heading to the academy now. Bye!" and then he felt the fresh air of Konoha, all he ever wanted to do was become a ninja, and now, he was on his way! "Here I come Konoha!" he yelled to the world. He walked down the stairs of his house, and then at the bottom, he stumbled over a rock. "Oops.." He kicked the rock, and then continued on, he was fingering his Katana. He passed houses and stores left and right, then finally, he reached the academy. He did not have Iruka like the rest of his fellow academy students. He reached the room his teacher was supposed to be in. "Hello sir!" He said as he took a seat in one of the many chairs around the room. [161 words = 161]
Jabadaiya watched as his young student Kensu walked in and took a seat. Then his student said, "Hello sir!", and then Jabadaiya said "Hello Kensu, nice meeting you. My name is Jabadaiya." and then he wrote on a piece of paper and nodded. Then he said "You will be learning Henge no Jutsu, it is a jutsu letting you turn into any person, or anything." [65 words = 226]
"Henge no Jutsu!" Kensu yelled, and then he screamed as he saw a horrible looking Jabadaiya. "Wow.." he said, then he said. "Henge no Jutsu!". this one was not as bad but it still looked horrible. After many more desperate tries, Kensu still hadn't figured it out, but after each try, it looked like Jabadaiya more and more.. [58 = 284] Kensu tried it one more time, "Henge no Jutsu!" and he perfect the jutsu. "Yes!" and before Jabadaiya could say anything, he left.

Hatsune Miku jumped hearing the rock explode and looked wide-eyed wih surprise an slight nervousness at Neru. Either Neru was extremely mad and just tested out a new jutsu on a helpless rock, or she was just trying out a new jutsu on a helpless rock.... First seemed more likely. Maybe it was one of those I'm doing this because I can kid of thing? Maybe.(( ?))

"Well, well, well.." Says an oddly dressed male, as he walks up casually although still in a rather showmen ship sort of way behind the male known as Kane. Grinning, Brian shifts a hand from the sleeve of his black coat and then casually spins a kunai around one white gloved finger. "What do you think, a guy like yourself is doing in a place like this?" Brian asks as he smirks a little to himself, his mix of black and white clown makeup wrinkling and distorting with the smile although shiny white teeth were revealed as he did. This was surely an odd sight to see, but by now there were enough odd members of the shinobi world, that that didn't really matter or make a difference when faced with one more odd member. Grinning that oddly almost demonic grin, this clown of the Maimu clan finally releases the twirling kunai in an enunciated and almost show-offy way as it is flung to the side, his hand held outwards and wrist bent down, as the kunai slams into the side of the head, of a poor shinobi that had been practicing hand seals not too far away. As their eyes widened momentarily before glazing over, the shinobi topples to the ground, slamming their head into the tree and causing blood to splatter across it's bark, before the now dead shinobi's body trailed down to lay limp at the base of the tree. Meanwhile, Brian lowers his hand in a rather dramatic fashion, as his head snaps up to allow twin crimson eyes to lock onto the face of the possibly now turned male he had begun speaking too. A rather spectacular entrance if anything else, Brian waits for a response to all this that had happened with equal amounts of happiness for his kill, and sadness for the waste of time that he is stuck in, due to being at this Academy for the weak and defenseless.

James felt the explosion, and he knew that she was powerful, but so was he. He needed to talk with someone, he knew that she wouldn't talk with him because she felt insecure. He sighed and he appeared from the shadows. He activated his sharingan as he blinked and growled at Neru. He disliked her...he had a bad feeling about her, she was too protective. Miku was his friend, and so was Ryu, he smiled to himself but he sort of liked Haku...he didn't know why. He blushed lightly and he shook his head. He sighed.
"Haku, can I talk with you, please?" he asked and he sighed, konwing what might be the outcome.
