As you can see, parents want to guide their children to go in the right way. They know that violence is everywhere and they don't want them to be influenced by that. My mom? She freaks out whenever I turn on the TV.
Mom: VALERIE! THAT SHOW IS TOO VIOLENT! TURN OFF THE TV!! IT'S BAD FOR YOU!!
Me: But mom, it's only That 70's Show...
Mom: ME NO LISTEN! NOW, TURN OFF THE TV!!
M'kay. That was just weird. I mean, since when That 70's Show is violent? Then, my mom came up to me a few days after... That sentence totally changed my life.
Mom: VALERIE!! IF YOU DON'T TAKE OUT THE TRASH BAGS, I'LL KILL YOU!! It feels so right
