The spring schedule was posted today. It looks like I'm not going to have any scheduling problems to worry about. biggrin
The bad news is that I got my first paper back from my Jane Austen class. My paper was on the use of gothic novels in Northanger Abbey. I thought that my paper was pure gold, but when I got it back, I discovered to my dismay that I made a 78 on it. @_@ I don't get "C's" on anything! I'm one of these a**l straight "A" students. I am not a happy camper. crying

K, well two of those done. We get an extension on the program so I'm taking a break before tackling that and my schedule isn't going anywhere soon so that can wait as well. Hell leading up to fall break is finally over burning_eyes
My web server's just a little thing we have setup so we can run ajax/xml code and whatnot and actually integrate servers/databases into it.

I'm glad to hear that you got an extension. I know that one of the reasons that I am always behind is because I spend too much time on Gaia. I know that I need to cut back a bit, but the Halloween event is coming up! heart
Speaking of the Halloween event, which side are you planning on joining? I think SoundBlast is joining the dark side. blaugh I was thinking about joining that side too. I'm betting that the prizes will be better. I'm afraid that if I join the good side, I'll get a bunch of aquarium items. (I have an aquarium, but I don't really care anything about it. I just got one because of peer pressure.)
Aren't servers really expensive?

Dunno what side I'm joining. I'll wait and see what we're gonna get to do in the event first. I typically go with whatever side has the better attack. (Shotguns > Biting).
Physical servers themselves are expensive, yeah. A web server though is just a program that lets your computer act like a server for programming purposes.

I don't even know if I'll do this event. I know I didn't do the school event, but I can't remember if I did the one before that.

The school "event" was barely even an event. Whenever there is a real event, I always get my mule in on the action so I can get the prizes from both sides. blaugh I usually make my primary account join the side with the better prizes just in case I can't finish the event on my mule because of time constraints. I always do the events if I'm on Gaia. I've missed a few during my hiatuses. I just hope that I don't abandon Gaia for several months again. Real life happens. xp

Hmm, one of my managers and several of my coworkers think I should apply for the "manager" job that's opening up soonish. I dunno, on the one hand it means more money but on the other I don't know how the hours would work out.
Also, why must tomorrow be Monday? Seriously.
