Jami laughed and ruffled her hair playfully. "Hey, don't give me that. Ansion is a Mid Rim world. Close enough."

Alyssa laughed and lightly pushed Jami away from the rail. "Yia, close enough...even though I hadn't heard of it before I met you..."

"It's a relatively unknown world. It's small and out of the way. It has a large network of alliances, though, which is why it's so important to the Republic." Jami grinned and wrapped her in a brief hug.

"Why? This is just a friendly hug." Jami smiled down at her and held her closer to him.

Jami sighed and reluctantly let her go. He savored his moment of weakness, the fantastic feeling of her body resting agianst him. "Anyways, I should probably get going. I need to train some more."

You are right to ask such questions. To which I shall ask another, who is worth saving? If someone who is "evil" is about to be killed do you save him? What makes his life less important then someone else? Through the Force all things are linked. Let's say this evil man is the leader of a business, if he is killed then the people he hurts are better, but what about the people that work for him? With him gone they have no job and now are hurt because he is dead. You have to think about every choice you make, every little choice could have the biggest effect of this world and every other. We do everything we can to keep peace, but one must becareful not to cause more damage when helping. This is why training takes so long, it's not just your skills or your power but your understanding. Understand of the Jedi, our code and basicly life itself.

"I should go, too...all that punching wore me out..." Alyssa lightly kissed Jami on the lips, then walked back towards her room, blushing a very bright red.

Jami blushed deeply and brushed his lips, then sighed happily and stretched. He wondered if he simply liked Alyssa or if he was really in love. He wasn't sure, but whatever it was, he liked it.

Jami quietly walked back inside the Temple, part of him glad to be away from that steep drop just beyond the edge of the balcony. As he walked past the room where Kari and Makum were, he overheard Kari explain the principles of "evil". He remembered her words, as they held a great wisdom in them; even now he could see that. Jami then walked to his training room and began to meditate, opening himself up to the galaxy and perceiving it's ripples and currents....

Fina had returned to the Elevator after looking through the archive for Sephiroth. He wasn't there... Perhaps he was in his quarters or the council chamber, but just didn't want to be disturbed. She could understand, she guessed. Apon her return to the elevator, the side of which could be seen through because it was just glass, she saw the troops enter the dropship. She looked curiously at the ship and the people entering it for a moment before simply shrugging. Oh well... Sephiroth would have likely turned them down anyway...
Having seen the troops leave, she decided to pay the library a visit. Perhaps she could read up on the past for a bit. She plugged her Holopad into one of the terminals and loaded information about Lightsaber Techniques into it, as well as information about well known Jedi Masters and Knights. After doing this, she unplugged the holopad and headed to the elevator. She would read about this in the comfort of her room...
Fina stepped out of the Elevator and into the hallway, heading to her quarters. The door slid open for her, and then shut after she walked in. She moved to her bed and lied down, pulling the holopad up to read it. First she looked up the well known Jedi Masters and started reading. She rather enjoyed learning about the jedi of the past...

Kalcos "Hey!," Talon yelled spoting Renii. He yelled and waved to her. His saber swayed on his robes while he ran. He was in an alright mood for now. ((sorry i took a while to respond sweatdrop )) Renii turned around and watched Talon approch. She raised her com link and told K'tana to stop and come. "Hi. Talon right? I met you when i first came here. Sorry abou the whole Korriban adventure. So did you get a master here?"

Evil or not, our purpose is to be defenders. A person is a person, and we are meant to protect. If we let ourselves pick and choose who we should save, how does that make us any better then the sith?

With Sith or Dark Jedi everything they do is to gain. It could be power or just to control another pawn. We work for the greater good, which can be a problem many times. How can you weigh live? If you know saving one could cost ten more their lives do you save that one? It's true we are defenders, but many time a fight will break out between two groups that are both in the republic. So when that happends who do we defend? Do we have a right to get in the middle of a conflict that is not yours to control. We have to keep the peace, nothing more and nothing less. I know it's hard to understand, but it's something you will understand when the time comes.
