Joe smiled. "Sounds like a fair deal to me." He looked to Maiyeta to lead him in.

Jacob sighed, "To be honest with you, I've known that other guy for years, and he sure as Hell wasn't able to do that the last time I saw him. This stuff, it's still pretty damn new for me, I can't really explain it."

Maiyeta led Joe in. He saw several children - a good five feet tall on average - playing tag. On his right, he saw someone at a forge with several shining black weapons nearby.

The Clockwork Knight quarters appeared to be a series of small rooms. Every few seconds, someone would break off from the crowd, enter a room, and lock the door.

Joe looked around in wonder. "Who governs here?"

"That's not much..." Jacob admitted, leaning against the plane, "But I do know that what attacked us wasn't human, but that fiery guy, he was. And the sky changed because we weren't on Earth anymore, we were in Crossover, same thing for the ground."
He then proceeded to explain to them what was going on and how it was possible, demonstrating his powers if the need were to arise.
He did, however, leave out tons of information, mostly information that he felt would cause panic, such as everything and anything about Legion, and also information that he figured they didn't need to know.

Paul shook his head. "Listen, they probably have identification. Keep close to our tail and we'll make him give us his by pressing in behind. A good strike to the face will keep him quiet, and us two can overpower him," Paul told Marco. He was, indeed, a smaller gentleman.
