Keichii's fear of the Mizukage has slowly morphed over the years into a zealous admiration.
It mostly helps that he's now able to outrun her.
Most of Snow Village consists of Mist Village immigrants. Hell, the Yukikage married a Kiri-nin. So for that, Hiyo is not allowed to visit their famous hotsprings resort--formed from the enormous crater the Mizukage left in the tundra with a giant eel summon.
