*She blinks at the hand the man offered, but took it long enough for him to help her into a sitting position. Her ribs sent waves of pain through her for a second and she clenched her teeth and shut her eyes until it passed. She regained control of her muscles again and relaxed them slowly.*

What happened to me....What happened was that monstrosity that Draeken has made himself into.

You still haven' told me your name. Oh well. To be breif, my...Truinthil corrupted Draeken somehow. The corruption was so complete that it even affected his ancestor, to a point. Draeken then managed to merge souls with himself and his ancestor, increasing his power exponentially.
*She took a slow breath before continuing.*
Then to make matters worse he went and found an ancient artifact of his ancestors that would allow him to merge completely and seamlessly with Truinthil. The three of them, both Draeken's and Truinthil that is, have become one. Something happened, however, to interrupt the process that would have allowed for his body to adjust to the sort of power he had gained. So now that beast is on his way here. Why, I don' know. Aria and I were able to cause him to overexert himself so now he rests again. That is good and bad. I suspect that we wont be able to harm him while he sleeps and while it gives us time to prepare, it also means he will emerge with more strength than before. Likely not complete yet, but enough to easily crush me next time....
*She was still irked by the fact that she couldnt hide her aura from everyone. Likely everyone would know by tomorrow that she wasnt just a regular, everyday human. Any that looked close enough to her aura would also find it slightly familiar. That was the part she dreaded most.*

*Nodding, she cracked it with one hand then winced at doing so. She winced not from pain but from the fact that she was getting to comfortable knowing that this person could likely sense that she was anything but human.*
Goals? How should I know? Just because a third of him is...

Total destruction...Purification...Testing himself...Any of them really. Theres no way to tell. All I know is that he doesnt seem to have the use of his arms or wings. He fought Aria and I for some time without even opening his eyes, but when he did...
*She paused and felt the same terror that had taken over her mind before, do so again. It was impossible. He wasnt here, yet just the memory of that man's gaze made her body lock still with fear. It took her maybe an entire minute to shake her head and regain her train of thought.*
...I think it is safe to say that you should try to avoid looking at his eyes if you can at all. That's why I ended up with broken ribs...

Bit slow for an adult arent ya? Anyway, he didnt fly off. He simply stood there and wrapped himself in this black energy that felt as if all the energy of the world was surrounding him. Not to mention his invisible guardians that always seem to be around him. They protect him from anything, but today I think he made them stand down just so that he could test himself against Aria and I. He was toying with us...

Fear...That's what they did. I have never known such a great fear. Ever. Just that one unprepared look into his eyes froze me where I stood. I couldnt move until eye contact was broken with him...After he had kicked me in the chest, breaking nearly all my ribs in one attack...
*She took the stones and nodded her thanks. The first was helping considerably.*

There was another heavy thud in the training room. If one where to look in a few more training dummies would fly across their vision. But the look of the mess in the training room, Aria had been there all night. Her skin was still charred, bruised and wounded. She was significantly slower then last night due to her lack of energy now. But she kept going, with every step she took another labored breath.
