((I am posting))
Kai was lying on the couch, another fever. He also spend the night taking care of a fuzzy Acher. He was sweating and shaking. From afar hs mother looked, knowing she couldn't do anything made her sad.

Kai sat up and with closed eyes started calling Jad, "I need those scrubing stuff...I healed myself wrong again...." he smiled but fell back again, hugging the pillow lying on the sofa.

Kai walked down shirtless, showing a black spot that came from his heart to his neck. He sat down and looked at his cup, wanting some cocoa, but he just wanted to sit down too. "I wonder why no one is here anymore? I'm alone..."

Corinne came downstairs, sighing and shaking her head. Richard was gone for weeks and his niece Alyssa evidently didn't want to speak to her. "Good evening," she said politely to the man at the bar, if sounding a bit depressed.

Kai looked at her and smiled, "Can I help you? I serve up smiles..." he got up and walked to the other side of the bar. "Maybe some cake?"

Corinne smiled politely and took a seat at the bar. "No thank you sir," she said, leaning against the counter. "I'm not quite hungry right now."

"OH?" he leaned forward and pressed his hands together. He slowly got his hands close to her and opened them slowly. There was a pink flower glittering with light, "What about a flower? Jst for you, mi'lady."

Kaen walked down the stairs carrying Acher, bouncing him in her arms as she walked, making him giggle. "Good evening," she said as she moved to the bar and smiled at Kai.

Corinne smiled and blushed slightly as she reached out for the flower. "Thank you," she said, touching the blossom gently. "It's quite lovely."

Kai made it float, "It's a special flower..." he saw kaen and Acher and crouched down, to hide the black spots on his chest, "Well, hello, my princess. You slept okay? Don't tell me Acher woke you up..."

"No he didn't. I was needing to get up," she said, easing herself up onto a stool. She watched the flower float across the room to Corrine. "That is a special flower indeed," she commented.

Corinne looked up from the flower to Kaen and Acher. "Good Evening Kaen," she said, smiling warmly at the child and not thinking that Kaen might not recognize her since she looked so different from when she was Lady Crystal.

Kai found no squirming out of that. He made the flower float to the woman, "It's for you." he moved a bit up to look at Kaen, "Hey, kaen, can I show you something and you won't get mad, remember that what I'll show you it isn't my fault...so don't kill me if you think of it...a-and and there are witnesses!" he said pointing to Corinne.

"Hello...Corrine, wasn't it?" she said, smiling at the other woman.
She tilted her head at Kai, a confused look and small smile on her face. "Ok, I promise not to do anything to you. Let me put Acher in his play pen first," she said, sliding off the stool and walking over to the mesh and wood play pen in the corner. She laid Acher down and set pillows around him so he could sit up, then returned to Kai. "Okay, what are you needing to show me?"

"Yes," Corrine said, smiling down at the flower in her hand and then looking back up to Kaen and Kai, wondering why he would need her as a witness.
