Durrahn is in Belkan, I don't know about the other two.
Eva was fighting a hydra or something.

Durrahn with with Amaranth's group in Belkan. Kir and Lily told her that they will come back for her when the danger of the Academy is over.
Your other two I will assume are on the airship now with Rick.

I don't even know where to begin with that. Kir is back to normal only with a mechanical wing. He went with Lily, Lydia, and Mana(read the storyline updates to learn more). Not much posting happened after that.
