Ello there I am the Podgemeister! biggrin I listen to a wide variety specializing in of course...metal... some others I listen to are comedy/parody, very very very little rap/hip hop and very very very little country. Planning on going to Ozzfest hopefully this year. Mostly I'm interested in Thrash/Speed Metal including but not limited to Metallica, Slayer, and Megadeth. I don't listen to much death metal or doom metal though I like a rousing bout of an album of Maiden or Dragonforce to fill the power metal slot... I own a LH B.C. Rich Platinum Series Warlock with a ivory or creme color... as for more bands I listen to heres a sampling:

My name is Sam, I'm 23 & I live in Canada.
I am married to my highschool sweetheart & boyfriend of 7 years, Joey...Together we are proud parents of our beautiful daughter, Aleksia, who is almost 1 year old.
I have 2 "fur-babies" as well, my cats: Enya is an 8 year old purebred Norwiegian Forest cat & Meriadoc(Merry) is a 6 year old Black Domestic Shorthair/Norwiegian Forest cat, Enya's only surviving kitten.
I love to listen to a wide variety of music, but my main favorite genres are Metal & Industrial xd
I look forward to making some friends here biggrin

I'm Kevin, and my friend got me into metal not long ago. Well, sort of, like June-ish. Been a metal fan since he gave me some DEATH.

I'm James. I was raised on Hair-Metal...*shudders slightly* From there i have been progressing into harder and heavier metal. I've followed many metal bands over the years listening to everything they have, but i stick to three main bands:
Avenged Sevenfold
GWAR
and last but certainly not least: Dio. (He may be old-skool metal but he still kicks a**!)
I hope to have a friend of mines bands website link up in the reccomendation thread once they have the music up on their site...which could take a couple weeks because my friend isn't exactly the sharpest tool in the shed. xd

Hello all real names Bryan. Thank you for accepting me into this guild! I like a good assortment of style late 80s metal, some Death metal, Power metal, Epic metal, Classical or Neo-classical metal. Some of my favorite bands include Nightwish, Rhapsody, Twilightning, and Apocalyptica.

Hey everyone. My name's Ben, I'm 22, and I'm unemployed. I got into metal about 7 years ago, and have been going strong since. I particularly like power metal, folk metal, viking metal, and battle metal, though I will indulge in other areas. Right now my big fascination is with Finntroll.

Hey! i just dot excepted to this guild, im not on much but when i am here is where i'll be. I like most metal but my favorite genres are Black and Death metal. some bands i like are Amon Amarth, Morbid angel, Leviathan, Draconian,Arch enemy,Devildriver and many more.

whats up dudes and dudettes alike! my names dave. i was raised on 90s alternative/grundge and 80's pop.... Then came Black Sabbath... Then Slayer... Then Cannibal Corpse.... and i have been listen to all metal ever since then (exept nu-metal....it doesnt really appeal to me)....
Favorite genre is either Thrash or Death... Thrash is just some of the most powerful stuff ever and is the father of many metal genres including Death (i think)... Black Sabbath is still like the Grandpa of all metal... anyways.... but death with death grunt vocals will rip you another butthole man... Black metal is alright... so is powermetal....Black Sabbath still pwns all...
i also listen to many classic rock stuff but i wont get much into that since this is the METAL guild... The Doors rule and Led Zeppelin rules... okay thats all i wanted to get in
